An Open Letter to Canadians about your Country’s Final Solution – and a Final Reckoning

A Special Communique by The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (Brussels) – Issued 23 September, 2012

An Open Letter to Canadians about your Country’s Final Solution
http://youtu.be/QTTzBQzaJV0

This week, thirty two public summonses were issued to mostly Canadian citizens, including Prime Minister Harper and major church officials, calling them to account for colluding in or concealing unspeakable crimes against children.

These crimes include beating children to death, kidnapping and starving others, torturing them in medical experiments or making them infertile, farming them out to wealthy child rapists, and gang raping and exploiting them as slave labor.

These abominations occurred in Canada for over a century in detention camps misleadingly called Indian residential schools, run by catholic and protestant churches. Some of these crimes continue today in your country.

Your tax money and church offerings have for many years helped to sustain these crimes and protect the guilty.

Your police have buried the grisly evidence of these atrocities, and continue to prosecute and silence those eyewitnesses who try to share the truth.

And your politicians and courts continue to whitewash these crimes and exonerate the churches that killed off more than 50,000 children in what they still call Indian residential schools.

The time of your complicity in these crimes against humanity is ending. For an International Common Law Court of Justice has convened and has charged dozens of Canadians with responsibility for genocide and criminal conspiracy. Their trial begins on October 15.

You can be in the global online courtroom that will judge the evidence of Canada’s Genocide and come to a verdict. You can help Canada come clean about its deliberate plan of extermination against Indians by holding your nation and its churches to account and be indicted for their home grown Holocaust.

The Common Law Court will be posting online all of the evidence behind its charges, commencing October 15. If a guilty verdict is reached, you are obligated under international law to stop funding and colluding with a government and churches found guilty of crimes like these:

- the beating to death of Victoria Stewart, age 9, by United Church employee Ann Knizky at the Edmonton Indian residential school on April 9, 1958

- the forced sterilization of Sarah Modeste and hundreds of other young women by United Church doctor George Darby at the infamous R.W. Large Hospital

- the use of Joan Morris and many other children as involuntary test subjects for drug testing, organ removal and pain endurance experiments at the Nanaimo Indian Hospital

- the attempted murder of William Combes, Ernie Tatooche and many other children by deliberately exposing them to tuberculosis and denying them treatment, at Catholic, Anglican and United Church hospitals and schools … and the actual killing of more than half of the children in these facilities by such methods

- the continued theft and trafficking of aboriginal children through “child aid” government agencies

The historic reckoning for these crimes has finally arrived. Be part of this cleansing and not its impediment … for all of the children.

Educate yourselves by seeing some of the evidence at www.hiddennolonger.com. Stay tuned to www.itccs.org for the complete posting of all of the cases and evidence in the Common Law Court docket indicting Canada, the Vatican and other powers for crimes against humanity.

Spiritual Engagement at this Crucial Time: A Message and Appeal from ITCCS Elders and Kevin Annett to all People of Soul

In the goodness and peace of creation, we greet you all.

We know that our enemy is not flesh and blood, but a spiritual power, older than time, inhabiting people and institutions to bring about their ruin and to prey upon the innocent and the earth itself. Its way is through lies and confusion; its means are conquest, torture and death. It can only be expelled from within us and among us by its relentless unmasking with truth and love. It can only be replaced by a new spirit that establishes justice and enshrines the Natural Law of Peace and Equality among all people and creation.

We commenced this spiritual battle against the thing behind the Vatican three years ago in Rome. The final engagement is approaching. And so we ask you to stand now as one heart and one shield to restore what has been taken from us, and end the oldest lie.

In this light, please be informed that a planetary spiritual convergence will commence this Sunday, September 23 by shamans, elders and all people of goodwill. Its purpose is to conduct a collective exorcism upon the authority and power behind the Vatican and its historic crimes, disestablish that authority, and replace its influence with a realm of truth and justice.

By casting light on the source of centuries of crime and abomination by the Vatican and its ruler, we also seek to reclaim those who have been lost and bring home all the wayward spirits for a final resting.

This Convergence will commence in waves across our world, at 11 am in your respective time zones on that day. We ask you to bring into this circle of light your prayers and actions on behalf of all the victims of church violence, past and present, and for all those who are confronting these crimes today. Surround the just and the suffering alike with the fire of love.

We ask you to sustain this Convergence and circle of light for three consecutive Sundays at this same hour, until Sunday October 7. These actions will culminate in a final convergence at 12 noon on Thursday, October 11, which will be the third anniversary of the first Vatican Exorcism in Rome on October 11, 2009.

As we enter the inner sanctuary of that which has enslaved and killed so many, remember that Truth allied with action is what the thing fears the most and has no power to resist; and that when truth invades its inner sanctuary the thing is undone. It is thus no accident that the Vatican hierarchy and its servants fear most the occupation of their churches by our truth bearers.
We reach out now and until October 11, and beyond, with these words of prayer and institution:

The lie has been named and the false church and its spirit exposed; let it leave our world and return to its source.

For one cycle is over and another shall begin; the old world is gone, with its corruption and death, and a new world is established in our midst.

We choose to be citizens of the new creation and embody its immortality, in that land of eternity promised and made real now in each of us and throughout our world.

Anti-Christ is de-throned as the Christ light within us arises. God and Goddess are one again and the oldest wound and separation is healed and transformed: for the last has been made first, and the first made last. It is accomplished.

As the early morning birds sing their melodies before the light of day can be seen, we call out from the present darkness to usher in the dawn of the new world promised to all people. Take heart and lend yourself to this song.

Blessings and strength to all of us in these coming days!

Urgent Update from the International Common Law Court of Justice

Posted on September 17, 2012 by itccs

Kevin Annett September 17, 2012 Announcement Summons Issued
http://youtu.be/AboMuE2A9mE

Hello again and welcome. This is September 17, 2012, and I’m Kevin Annett with the International Common Law Court of Justice.

Today, the Prosecutor’s Office of our Court is issuing Public Summonses to thirty two officials of church and state around the world, charging them with criminal offenses and summoning them to appear in our court. This Summons and the names and positions of these officials will be read today so that the world is able to follow these historic proceedings.

This Summons has particular force right now because of the refusal of the named churches and persons to respond this week to ten measures of justice demanded of them by their victims – and by a consequential Banishment Proclamation that has been issued against these churches by organizations of abuse survivors around the world.

Our Court has received reports that yesterday, in Ireland, the Netherlands, Canada and the United States, roman catholic churches were occupied by church victims and other citizens, and church officials there were issued with banishment and eviction notices, which declared these churches to be open, public space in which these same church officials were now trespassing. These notices were also posted in town council offices and public places in these countries.

In the light of these actions, we call upon the church and government officials named in this Public Summons today to appreciate the seriousness of the protest and reclamation movement that is growing against them – a movement for real justice and recovery – and to therefore respond to this Summons and answer for their actions before the world, in our public court of law.

Let me read now the Public Summons that is being sent today the officials who will be named afterwards:

PUBLIC SUMMONS

BE ADVISED that you have been named as a defendant and a primary witness in a matter brought before this Court for adjudication, in that you are charged in a personal and corporate capacity with ordering, aiding and abetting, colluding in and concealing Crimes against Humanity and other criminal acts, and with personally and deliberately participating in a Criminal Conspiracy.

BE FURTHER ADVISED that you or your attorney have ten (10) working days as of this date to respond in writing to this Public Summons and to indicate your willingness to participate in a pre-Trial Conference and Examination.

Failure by you or your attorney to respond to this Summons can be understood and interpreted by this Court to mean that you do not dispute or challenge the charges made against you by the Plaintiffs named in these cases, and that by your silence you are consenting to the proceedings. As a potentially incriminating admission, such a refusal to respond may cause a guilty verdict to be delivered against you by this Court in absentia.

A complete list of charges, specifications and Plaintiffs in these cases will be forwarded to you separately.

In closing I wish to add a personal appeal and message to all of you watching this broadcast.

Last year, after commencing preparations for this court, I was arrested, imprisoned and then deported from England without any reason given. I was informed recently that the British Home Office has ordered my detention if I try returning to England.

So let me say that in the course of my travels throughout Europe over the next few weeks, or upon my return to north america, if I am arrested and held in communicado, I rely on each of you to confront the authorities about my arrest, and their crude attempts to obstruct justice and shut down our efforts to protect the children of our world from predators in power.

No amount of repression can stop the wave of justice represented by the survivors of church terror who are now coming forward. By jailing or harassing individuals, the state is simply empowering more of us by awakening us to the tyranny around us.

But let me say on the record that if anything happens to me or to those I work with over the next, crucial period, I ask you all to hold the following authorities responsible: the Home Secretary and security forces of Great Britain, the Vatican secret service and assassination network known as the Holy Alliance, and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service and the RCMP.

Once again, I call upon the police forces of every country to obey their oaths of office and defend our civil liberties, and refuse to protect and aid child raping criminal organizations like the Vatican and other churches named in our Court.

Please stay tuned on October 2 for more updates from that Court. And remember the words of the English poet Percy Shelley, who wrote after the infamous Peterloo massacre of the poor in Manchester in 1819,

Rise like lions after slumber, in unvanquishable number;

Shake your chains to earth like dew, which in sleep had fallen on you.

You are many; they are few.

Thank you.

The International Common Law Court of Justice

Kevin Annett 15 September 2012 Announcement
http://youtu.be/EfFVvPvbmEI

Hello and welcome. My name is Kevin Annett Eagle Strong Voice and I am speaking to you today on behalf of the Council of Elders of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State: a multinational coalition of over fifty organizations in seven countries.

Under the authority of that Tribunal as well as Common Law and the Natural Land Law Jurisdiction of Sovereign Nations, I declare that as of this day, Saturday, September 15, 2012, a Public International Court of Justice is hereby convened to consider evidence related to charges of crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy by institutions of church and state, and their fiduciary officers.

The crimes that will be documented and judged in our Court are abominable and almost unimaginable. They span centuries, and range from outright murder to systematic torture, rape, slave labor, germ warfare, medical experimentation, drug testing, involuntary sterilizations, child trafficking, genocide and wars of extermination against peaceful nations. These crimes are all the more heinous by the fact that they were often aimed at children and occurred not randomly by isolated individuals, but historically, systematically, deliberately, and officially, by express command of heads of church and state according to their laws and customs – and by the fact that many of these crimes carry on today against the innocent at the hands of the same authorizing institutions and heads of state.

The enormity of these crimes requires a new approach. For this Court is a unique experiment, in that under existing international law, institutions cannot be brought to trial or account for genocidal or criminal actions, despite the fact that these crimes arise from and are caused by such institutions. There has consequently been no legal recourse for millions of people whose cultures and lives have been destroyed by the deliberate plans and actions of institutions of church and state, such as in the case of the conquest of entire continents of non-Christian people by European kingdoms operating under the sanction of so-called papal laws.

Similarly, in the case of countless victims of sexual assault and torture by clergy of catholic and protestant churches, national courts have continually denied these victims the right to sue these churches as a whole and restricted their litigation to individual perpetrators, despite the fact that church laws and policies allow, protect and legitimate such assaults.

These very restrictions require not only an entirely new legal approach to the historic wrongs of church and state, if justice is to be done and seen to be done; but the fact that existing courts refuse to address the root cause of these crimes by naming the systems responsible for them compels the citizens of all nations to rely on their customary and unalienable rights to win justice and protect themselves and their children when existing authorities refuse to do so.

It is in this spirit that our International Common Law Court of Justice is convened.

Our Court stands upon the precedent of the Nuremberg Laws and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which state clearly that citizens everywhere have the right and obligation to refuse to obey or pay taxes to governments or institutions engaged in crimes against humanity. That is, it is recognized by international law that institutions as well as individuals can be engaged in criminal actions and can therefore be held accountable and liable in a court of law.

The purpose of our Common Law Court is to do precisely that. Our Court has standing under not only the customary right of citizens to pursue justice and defend their communities, but by our relationship with the courts of various nations that claim universal jurisdiction over human rights cases. The evidence presented before our Court will also be filed in these national courts that do not operate under the authority or legal systems of the various powers we will be naming as defendants, such as the so-called Crown of England and its Admiralty laws, or the Vatican and its so-called Canon laws.

Our Court will be pursuing this course in order to render an enforceable verdict against churches and states responsible for the heinous crimes that we will document to the world. Our Court is not a symbolic gesture but a legitimate legal procedure that will seek the indictment and imprisonment of guilty parties, the restoration of stolen land, lives and wealth, and the abolition of institutions responsible for ongoing crimes against humanity.

With all this in mind, let me begin by explaining the procedure and protocols of our Common Law Court, and our timetable in the weeks ahead.

Today’s session is part of a normal pre-trial process, in which the terms of the trial are established, the cases and parties to the action are named, and a Public Summons is issued by the Prosecutor’s Office to the named defendants. These defendants will be given ten working days – until October 1, 2012 – to respond in writing to the Summons and agree to a Pre-trial Conference (often called Voir Dire or Examination for Discovery) in which evidence can be shared and pleadings heard. If the defendants refuse to respond, their silence can be deemed to mean they do not contest the charges made against them, and is often interpreted as a tacit admission of guilt. In this case, our Court will proceed with the Prosecution’s case against the Defendants in absentia and the formal trial will begin.

This legal process will be overseen by a Panel of five sworn judges, an Office of Citizen Prosecutors, and a common law jury of fifty eight Citizen Jurors based in Canada, the United States, Ireland, England, the Netherlands, Italy, and Australia. All of these participants have as of today been duly sworn and have taken an oath of confidentiality and service. For reasons of security and due process, the identity of these judges and jurors will remain confidential until the day the final verdict of the Court is pronounced, and the court officers are discharged.

Today, September 15, a Public Summons is being issued to all of the parties and institutions named in the five cases being presented by our Court. These parties will have until midnight Greenwich mean time on Monday, October 1, 2012 to respond to the charges and agree to a Pre-trial Conference date. After October 1, either that Conference or the trial itself will proceed, if necessary in absentia.

These events as they occur will be posted the same day on this website.

Now, in conclusion, allow me to present to all of you the five cases being brought to trial by our Prosecutor’s Office: cases which summarize the main evidence gathered to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the churches, governments and individuals named as defendants are guilty and indictable for crimes against humanity and a monstrous criminal conspiracy.

Our first case, in the Matter of Kevin Annett and the People v. the Government of Canada, The United Church of Canada, the Roman Catholic Church, the Anglican Church in Canada, the Crown of England, the Assembly of First Nations, the Weyerhauser logging company, the RCMP “E” Division, and the Law Society of British Columbia, and the officers of these corporations.

The Plaintiffs Kevin Annett and the People claim that the defendants are associated with a centuries-old criminal conspiracy and crime against humanity authorized by church laws to conquer, enslave, terrorize and permanently eradicate non-Christian nations and indigenous peoples, and to deprive these peoples of their identity, livelihood, lands and resources; and that the same defendants have actively used and are using the medium of their religion and so-called Indian residential schools to accomplish this conquest and other crimes which fit the definition of genocide under international law.

The Plaintiffs further claim that these crimes have caused the death of at least 50,000 children in the residential schools alone, and many hundreds of thousands of other native people and their offspring.

The Plaintiffs further claim that these crimes continue to the present day and involve the deliberate targeting and extermination of indigenous families, children, and land based communities across Canada; and that these crimes are aided and abetted by officials of the Crown and private corporations, as well as the media, church officials, the RCMP, the courts and legal community, and their agents.

The Plaintiffs further claim that this plan to eradicate native families is deliberately aimed at traditional female elders and their lineage, and involves operating child trafficking and pedophile-sex slavery networks, the murder of native women and children, “snuff” films and other criminal acts.

The Plaintiffs further claim that the defendants are actively concealing these crimes and their complicity in them through a sustained campaign of historical falsification, misinformation, lies, destruction of evidence and eyewitnesses, obstruction of justice, and other methods of dissumulation and fraud.

The Plaintiff Kevin Annett further claims that the defendants did knowingly and with malicious intent enter into an ongoing criminal conspiracy to intentionally assault and destroy his livelihood, employability, good name and family in order to conceal evidence of all of these crimes and especially of their theft and profiting off of land of the Ahousaht Nation, their defrauding of the public, and their collusion in genocide, rape and murder of generations of indigenous children across Canada in their so-called Indian residential schools and Indian hospitals.

In our second case, in the Matter of the People v. the Government of Canada and its officers, the Roman Catholic Church and its officers, the Anglican Church in Canada and its officers, the United Church of Canada and its officers.

The Plaintiffs claim that the government and named churches of Canada are deliberately obstructing and subverting justice, defrauding the public, and concealing their own crimes against humanity by establishing a self-regulated, restricted inquiry into Indian residential schools named the “truth and reconciliation commission” that has neither the mandate nor the legal power to conduct a competent and legally effective investigation.

The Plantiffs further claim that these named organizations and persons are deliberately concealing, destroying and subverting evidence of their own crimes in these schools, silencing eyewitnesses, denying the latter due process and civil liberties, and are re-traumatizing the latter with intent to destroy them.

In our third case, in the Matter of the People v. the Crown of England and the New England Company, the Anglican Church of Canada, the government of Canada, and the Six Nations Confederacy and its officers.
The Plaintiffs claim that the defendants are responsible for the intentional, planned extermination of generations of native children at the Mohawk Indian residential school in Brantford, Ontario, and for the deliberate and ongoing concealment and destruction of evidence, documentation, burial sites and human remains at this school and elsewhere.

The Plaintiffs further claim that these parties actively conspired and planned ways to destroy the Mohawk Nation in its entirety through the medium of the same Mohawk Indian school by way of a formal agreement signed between these parties in 1870.

In the fourth case in our Docket , in the Matter of the People and Victoria Stewart v. The United Church of Canada and its officers, the RCMP and its officer4s, the Estate of Ann Knizky, the government of Canada and its officers.

The Plaintiffs claim that the defendants killed and aided and abetted in the killing of Victoria Stewart, age 9, at the United Church Indian residential school in Edmonton, Alberta, on April 9, 1958.

The Plaintiffs further claim that the defendants concealed this murder by falsifying records, removing body organs of the deceased, silencing eyewitnesses to the killing and issuing a false and fraudulent account of her death; and that this concealment and obstruction of justice continues.
And in the fifth case in our Docket, in the Matter of the People v. the Vatican and its chief executive officers.

The Plaintiffs claim that the defendants are part of a deliberate international criminal conspiracy and crime against humanity to aid and abet organized child rape, torture and trafficking within the Roman Catholic Church, using their position to protect and maintain such crimes.

The Plaintiffs further claim that the defendants are actively obstructing justice in Italy and internationally according to a Vatican canon law policy known as Crimen Sollicitationis, which is binding on all Catholic clergy, and which compels them to engage in the same criminal conspiracy by protecting and aiding child rapists within the Catholic church and concealing these criminals from police and legal authorities.

The evidence regarding these five cases will be presented by our Prosecutor’s Office commencing October 1, in the absence of a pre-trial conference. That evidence will be posted and available on line in the course of the trial, as well as being submitted to the fifty eight sworn Citizen Jurors who will be charged with rendering a final verdict. The world in effect will be in the court room to hear and consider this evidence of some of the worst crimes against humanity in history, and to come to its own consensus about what must be done to end forever the reigh of terror of criminal institutions in our midst.

In the meantime, please read the background to these cases and some of the evidence being presented at the website www.hiddennolonger.com.

Again, you can follow the progress of our court at www.itccs.org. Our next broadcast will occur on October 2, 2012. Thank you, and may we close by saying: Let justice be done though the heavens may fall.

Enforcing the Banishment Proclamation against the Catholic Church: A Practical Guide to Cleansing your local Temple

Posted on September 11, 2012 by itccs
by Kevin D. Annett
(Banishment Proclamation is posted below)

That old trouble maker and community organizer, Saul Alinsky, once said that no public action was worth doing if the people doing it didn’t have fun. More to the point, he elaborated that sustained mockery of the powerful, like by occupying their sacred turf, was something they had no defense against.

The horrified reaction of Catholic Bishops everywhere to our occupation of their churches during Sunday services seems to bear out Saul. So it’s delightful to know that we few in the vanguard of a growing army of justice for children have a way to really grab the clerics where it hurts.

This article is an accompanying piece to our just-issued Proclamation of Banishment against the Roman Catholic Church. It’s a sort of “how to” manual with practical hints of ways to sustain our campaign to expose and open up these churches long past the day when the Banishment is pronounced.

The Fly in the Elephant’s Ear

First, a word on our general strategic situation: our forces are like a fly in an elephant’s ear – tiny, but lethal in the right moment and place. That’s because we have the truth, solid evidence, and a potential army of witnesses on our side. Our strongest weapon is to always stand loudly and clearly on that evidence, and to keep shoving it in the face of the church and the public, in ways they don’t expect.

The Catholic Church Inc. is the oldest corporation in history, and therefore the most vulnerable and the least flexible. We are the opposite: we have nothing to lose, are adaptable, and completely unpredictable. That’s how guerrilla movements historically operate, and win against seemingly unbeatable tyrants.

The best example I like about what our little guerrilla groups can do is how a dozen or so of us in Canada forced the Indian residential schools genocide into the political and media mainstream in the spring of 2007 simply by occupying churches in Vancouver and Toronto during their Sunday services. And years before that, in the fall of 1995, by picketing the United Church head office in Vancouver I forced its top officers to prematurely issue a public statement denying that children were killed in their Indian schools – even before I had accused them of causing such deaths!

In short, a big enemy, properly goaded, will cause its own undoing, since it knows it’s guilty and is operated by lawyers and bureaucrats whose bottom line is a purely financial one: that is, calculating everything on the basis of what they stand to lose.

Practical Steps: Be Creative and Have a Ball!

What we’re starting around the world is an enormous reclamation movement: we are telling the Catholic Church to get off our land or conform to the will of the people. We are taking over churches and making them open, public space. And from the reaction so far, including from over three hundred ecstatic volunteers in seven countries, we have struck a chord in the public imagination.

Our own worst enemy now is our own fear and lack of imagination.

First, about fear: it’s what religion relies on, especially Catholicism. Most of us have been conditioned to fear churches and clergy, and assume that those cloistered altars and pews are somehow sacred and untouchable realms. We’re even told by some statutes that to “disrupt” a church service is an offense under the law.

In practice, that’s a statute that cops will never enforce, because they know it’s bullshit. After all, what is “disruption”? Somebody challenging a priest or questioning his interpretation of scripture? Maybe an old granny should be jailed for coughing during a priestly homily?

In our case, our occupation of churches during the service has always been done respectfully and non-violently. It’s always the priests who resort to violence in that situation.

For instance, I was personally grabbed and put into an arm lock by an enraged cleric at Holy Rosary cathedral in Vancouver once when I stood peacefully with fifty others bearing a banner “All the Children Need a Proper Burial”. The priest’s absurdity was obvious to everyone in the pews that day, and in fact, a few minutes later, the whole congregation stood reverentially as we walked past with the banner.

Of course, what we’re planning this week and beyond is more permanent than a one-time occupation. We will be actively dis-establishing the Catholic Church, and taking over their premises. And for that, we need serious and wider community support.

We will be creating that support by breaking the ice and naming what is, and doing something. Most people hang back and are secretly inspired and thrilled by the doers, no matter how risky is the doing. What gets them on board is when they see that the doing is happening more than once. So above all, we need to sustain our effort.

But here are two very simple things that will guarantee community involvement, and even media interest: music, and humor.

Some folks in Vancouver are planning a Public Frock Off in local catholic churches, where known child rapists and other crooks among the clergy will be named and escorted from the premises. They’re asking everybody to show up and witness the Frock Off, and to please bring drums, instruments and banners for the event.

A local singer-friend of mine in Vancouver plans to sing from the pulpit a diddy he composed called “I Saw Jesus Today”, which reminds people how you won’t find Christ in a church but out among the suffering.

In the coming days, an aboriginal women’s group in Canada plans to occupy and open up their local catholic church as a free daycare and safe house for threatened people: wonderfully appropriate, when you think of it, considering the role of the same church in creating generations of tortured native women and men. I love the image of a hundred dark skinned kids running around a fancy catholic sanctuary!

The sky’s the limit in these actions. Some survivors’ groups in Europe plan to open up catholic churches as the site of Street Corner Tribunals, where victims can name the crimes and the criminals. And in Canada and the USA, our people will often rely on simple “infiltration” of Sunday services, sitting among the parishioners and speaking with them, or mounting the pulpit to address the congregation.

Pulpit seizures are a fine and honorable tradition, after all. The early Quakers and Ranters in England did it nicely, inciting church goers to seek God in the world and their neighbors, and not in “idolatrous temples”.

And speaking of temples and their cleansing, Jesus himself – on the one occasion he was ever in a church – used a tactic that we’d recommend as well. Need we say more?

What to Do if …

Okay, so your cheerful hordes have entered a church and camped out, read the Banishment, and been told by the grumpy ushers to leave. You don’t, so they call the cops. Now what?

Well, going into a church isn’t a crime. It’s your public right, especially since those of you who pay taxes are actually funding the place, and that makes it public space. And that’s the first thing you tell the boys in blue when they arrive: sorry officers, but this is a religious gathering in public, and we’re all worshiping what really matters.

The cops and anybody, in fact, can get in trouble under the law if they disturb a religious gathering. We’ve found that at this point, the gendarmes either leave or stand around looking helpless: in which case, go ahead and start educating them about the crimes of the church they’ve shown up to protect.

And that’s a key point: the police are sworn to be public servants and not the private security force for institutionalized child rapists. So tell them that, and tell them you’re deputizing them to be public peace officers who’ll protect your right to gather peacefully inside and outside the church.

We did that in Vancouver churches on three occasions. Each time, the cops left.

But life is unpredictable, and what if the police or some catholic thugs try using force to evict you? Unlikely. The church’s chief concerns are their public image, their property and their revenue. Violence in the church threatens all three of those. So stand pat on your rights, your peaceful occupation, and the truth that the church killed and still harms children, and you will retain the moral and practical high ground.

In the Long Run

Displacing and replacing the church is our long term aim. These Banishments and Occupations are merely our opening salvos. On those occasions where native groups in Canada have ordered the catholic church off their land, the church has complied, since it knows it was squatting there illegally all along.

In the long run, we will be relying on such evictions like the ones ordered by hereditary elder Kiapilano of the Squamish nation, who in March 2008 issued eviction notices to all of the churches that killed his relatives in residential schools: the Church of England, the Catholic, and the United Church.

For now, our Ten Measures statement (May 4 posting, www.itccs.org) is what needs to be broadcasted to catholics everywhere during our occupations: that is, the catholic folks can stay, as long as they agree to these ten steps. This will help force church goers to choose, and will help launch a new sort of Reformation, if history tells us anything.

For now, be bold, imaginative, and film everything that you do, and post it on youtube. Send us the links. We will be spreading news and updates to you all.

banishment proclamation

PUBLIC PROCLAMATION OF BANISHMENT
issued against the Roman Catholic Church, Inc.
on the sixteenth day of September, 2012
and read to Roman Catholic Church officials and congregations around the world

Whenever any power becomes a destructive and uncontrollable force in our communities and endangers the lives and well being of our children, it is the inherent, lawful and customary right of the People to expel that power from their midst, especially when constituted authority refuses to do so.

The Roman Catholic Church as a whole has become such a destructive force, causing centuries of suffering, plundering, genocide, warfare and death, maintaining a regime of institutionalized terror against children, protecting child rapists and murderers in its ranks, and holding itself unaccountable for its crimes. This criminal regime compels its own clergy to obstruct justice by protecting child rapists among them, from a law promulgated by the Pope himself and by the Vatican.

Since it is we the People who have through our taxes and tax exemption laws allowed such a church to operate among us and even profit off its exploitation and torture of our children, we the People have the legitimate right and duty to annul such tax exemptions and legal privileges now enjoyed by the Roman Catholic Church.

By the same measure, since the Roman Catholic Church is a publicly funded institution, we the People have the right to freely enter any such Church to ensure that children are not being harmed, that evidence of wrongdoing is not being concealed, and that child abusers are not operating under church protection. And ultimately, we the People have the right to prevent the same Church from operating in our community by banishing it outright when it proves resistant to change.

Therefore, firm in this knowledge and our right, as well as our sacred duty to defend all children, we the People make the following Public Proclamation:

The Roman Catholic Church Incorporated, and all of its dioceses, parishes and agencies, are henceforth as of this date and forever declared to be banished and denied the right to operate in our communities.

Individual Roman Catholic congregations are exempt from this Banishment if they agree to abide by the ten terms set forth below.

The Church as a whole or individual congregations will be allowed the right to resume operations in our communities only when it agrees to and implements the following measures:

1. The Pope and College of Cardinals, and all of their Bishops and other authorities, must annul the Canon Law doctrine known as Crimen Solicitationas and all other rules and policies that give aid and protection to anyone who harms children.

2. The same Church authorities must immediately defrock and deny any compensation to any and all of its clergy who have harmed children or who in the future do harm to children, and to anyone who protects such abusers.

3. The Church must issue full reparations to survivors of harm done by church employees or clergy, according to the wishes of those survivors.

4. The Church must unconditionally surrender for a proper burial the remains of all those children and others who died in church facilities.

5. The Church must unconditionally return all land and wealth taken from those incarcerated in their facilities, and all wealth generated by their exploitation as low paid or unpaid laborers.

6. The Church must unconditionally surrender all the evidence and the perpetrators of crimes done by the Church against children, indigenous people and others.

7. The Church must agree to the public licensing of all of its clergy, Bishops and employees as accountable and supervised public servants who take a binding, Public Oath to unconditionally defend the rights and sanctity of all children and expose anyone who harms children, even if this Oath contradicts Church customs and policies.

8. The Church must agree to withdraw from all tax exemptions, financial concordats, legal or diplomatic immunity, and all other privileges granted to it by governments.

9. The Church must annul the status of the Vatican as a state and abolish Rome’s authority over its congregations.

10. The Church must redistribute its wealth and the resources of the Vatican Bank to church victims and the community, as Christ himself commands.

If the Pope, Cardinals, Bishops and Clergy of the Roman Catholic Church publicly agree to these Ten Requirements of Humanity and the Law, the Public Banishment of the Church will be suspended, and it will be allowed to legally and morally operate in our communities.

However, if these authorities refuse to implement these measures, all church buildings, assets and properties of the Roman Catholic Church Incorporated and its dioceses and parishes will continue as of this date to be under Public Ownership and Control, and will be freely occupied and used by the community for its benefit. Any officials or clergy of the Church found on these Public Premises after this date will be considered to be illegally trespassing, and may face immediate Citizens’ Arrest.

We call upon all members of the Roman Catholic Church and all of its clergy to stand now with humanity and justice, and abide by this Proclamation in order to forge a new consensus and faith that unconditionally upholds the sanctity and well being of all children and all people.

As of today, under the authority of this Proclamation, all members of our communities, and especially our homeless and poorest members, are invited and encouraged to permanently occupy and reclaim Roman Catholic churches everywhere, which are now and forever proclaimed to be Open, Public Space.

One Week to go before Direct Actions commence against child-killing churches

An Update and Plan of Action from Kevin D. Annett, ITCCS fieldworker

Dublin, Ireland

Breaking News Item: Vatican officials have one week to respond to ten requirements issued last May by survivors of church terror, or face permanent banishment, occupations and legal summonses.

Hello to you all,

It’s fitting that I’m writing this from Dublin, where the top Catholic prelate in that land, Cardinal Sean Brady, is implicated in protecting child rapists in his diocese and may soon resign; and where his probable replacement, Archbishop Dermot Martin, has been forced to meet with ITCCS and ACCAW activists after they occupied Dublin’s main cathedral recently and one of them, John Deegan, even manacled himself to the cathedral altar during a mass.

This direct action by survivors has the church worried, and Archbishop Martin’s assistant, Rev. Damian O’Reilly, said yesterday that it was their concern about further church occupations that forced them to sit down and try to directly negotiate with survivors like John Deegan of ACCAW (an acronym meaning Anti Catholic Church Activists Worldwide, which is affiliated to the ITCCS).

Nowhere else in the world has the church hierarchy actually bargained with their opponents; the church generally relies instead on obliging governments to shield them from the fallout from their crimes towards children. But the fact that this storm is erupting in the heart of the reputedly “most catholic” nation in the world is a sign of how desperate the church leaders are becoming. But more to the point, it demonstrates that only direct disruption and civil disobedience gets results when it comes to the oldest corporation on earth.

Now is the time, as they say, to press the matter home.

As John Deegan and the ITCCS said this week to Damian O’Reilly and his church bosses, the Vatican must do two simple things if it wants to avoid ongoing occupations: defrock all present and future child raping priests, and those who protect them; and make every clergy and church officer, from Pope Benedict on down, take a public, binding oath to protect children from predators and expose those who harm the innocent, even if doing so contradicts and defies church laws and customs.

If the hierarchy equivocates on this requirement of humanity and the law, or says no, then direct actions against the Vatican and its churches will commence in one week.

In this event, our Common Law Court will publicly convene in seven countries on September 15, to publicly share and judge extensive evidence of criminal actions by church and state. The following day, in the midst of Catholic masses around the world, a Public Banishment Order will be issued, binding on every catholic establishment. Church occupations will then follow.

The Banishment Order will, in effect, expel the Catholic Church from our communities and declare their churches and other property open to all people for their own use, like the homeless. Church officials will then be illegally trespassing and subject to arrest. Known and suspected child rapists will also face citizens’ arrests, as will anyone who protects them. And in some cases, “street corner tribunals” will be held on church property where victims of genocide and torture by the same church will tell their stories and share other evidence with the public and the media.

Coinciding and building on these actions, our Common Law Court will start broadcasting its proceedings, which will involve presenting our cases and issuing public summonses to church officials.

We have chosen five cases to present in the initial round of the Court, involving the most solid evidence we have of intentional genocide, child trafficking, homicide and crimes against humanity by various churches.

This evidence will be simulcast to nearly one hundred citizen jurors in seven countries by the prosecutors of the Court, for the jurors’ deliberation. And a transcript of the evidence and cases will be available online to anyone and the media.

Finally, knowing that our battle is fundamentally a spiritual one, on Sunday, September 23, we will be staging our third and final Public Exorcism aimed at the power behind the Vatican. Our first exorcism outside the papal residence in Rome in October, 2009, was followed the next day by a fierce tornado in the heart of Rome, and an even fiercer media revelation the next month of Pope Benedict’s personal complicity in protecting child rapists.

We are at the heart of a great wind of justice and reformation.

So in summary here is our Plan of Action:

1. Saturday, September 15: Public Court Case against the Vatican commences

2. Sunday, September 16: Banishment Order is read inside and outside Roman Catholic churches in seven countries

3. Monday, September 17: Permanent Occupation of Catholic churches and institutions commence worldwide

4. Sunday, September 23: Third and Final Public Exorcism is held aimed at the spirit and power behind the Vatican (to be televised and posted)

Please help this all happen by agreeing to read the Banishment Proclamation inside and outside your local Catholic church, on Sunday September 16 during their mass. Contact this email and a copy of the Proclamation will be sent to you.

(Such actions will be staged in thirteen cities in seven countries as of this date).

Please stay tuned on Saturday, September 15 for these actions to commence: at 9 am pacific time, 12 noon eastern time, and 5 pm GMT in Europe. Live broadcasts will begin and will be posted on the internet.

In closing, here’s a an item for concern, or levity, depending on your disposition.

I learned today that our ITCCS Council of Elders in Brussels was just informed by trusted sources of theirs in the British civil service and the European Parliament that the Home Office in London has declared me, Kevin Annett, a threat to British national security allegedly for having “caused threats to the peace of mind and security of Her Majesty”. I am therefore to be immediately detained and imprisoned under the Fixated Threat Assessment Protocol (FTAP) the moment I set foot on British soil.

FTAP is a way nowadays in England to brand activists as mentally disturbed and lock them away for years, under medieval-like laws harking back to the Inquisition and Star Chamber private courts. It’s also supposed to get us all too frightened to publicly protest, or speak out.

Well, I’m not frightened, Liz. This is just more obstruction of justice – more belated attempts to fog the fact of centuries of genocide by the Crown. Your own Archbishop of Canterbury did so last January, when he ordered Anglican Primate Fred Hiltz in Canada to bury all evidence of the deaths of Mohawk children at the Church of England residential school in Brantford.

Thus do the guilty squirm and evade judgement. But only for so long. For as Martin Luther King said,

“The moral arc of the universe is long, but it bends towards justice”.

But I would add, only when enough of us make it bend.

Spread the word, and stand ready with us and all the fallen children on September 15.
