Come Clean, Jorge: An Open Letter to the Bishop of Rome (aka “Pope Francis”) from Kevin Annett

Dispatched December 6, 2013

jorge

Call no man on earth your Father, for you have only one father, who is in heaven. – Matthew 23:9

Above everything, any successful ruler must appear to be religious. – Nicolo Machiavelli

………………

That dumb little smirk of yours is really starting to bug me, Jorge.

Like, so what if you’re the CEO of the richest corporation on the planet? I don’t care how many media moguls adore your ass. Try some decorum, man. Consider the lilies of the field, or something.

Of course, it’s not that you don’t have every reason to be smiling these days. I mean, congratulations, boyo! You’ve really pulled it off! For who else but a Jesuit could get the world to believe he’s the next best thing to Jesus Christ himself, merely by smirking and waving for the cameras, and mouthing the politically correct phrases that raped and battered people so desperately need to hear?

Sure, any Spin Doctoring 101 graduate will give you top grades for how well you’ve spread a shiny veneer over that spiritual slag heap of yours in Rome. But don’t let that go to your head. We all know you’re a people pleaser and a guy who greases wheels and hands: just look at the brilliant publicity job you did for General Galtieri and his fellow bad boys down in Buenos Aires, during their Dirty Wars. You lie better than the best of them, Jorge, sincerely and convincingly: unlike your sorry predecessor, Herr Ratzinger, who even you Cardinals liked to call “Joe the Rat” for his unabashedly honest nastiness.

Say hi to Joe, by the way. From me. I hope he doesn’t bear me a grudge.

But enough of this gay banter, Jorge. I need you to clear up a few things for me, and the world.

I get you, so far. You’re keeping your critics and various lawyers bearing subpoenas at bay with your politically correct bafflegab while your Vatican Bank number crunchers transfer all that laundered mob money and war machine profits into various offshore hands, including in Bejing, apparently. Maybe it’s even true that you and the Chinese are trying to dominate world money markets with a single currency, as some of your own insiders claim. And so why shouldn’t your little distraction ploy work? It’s a tried and true method of all regimes under siege.

Well, as we say in Belfast, Jorge, I’ll have a pint if you’re buying, but only if your money’s good. And the looming fuck up on your gilded horizon is this: blame it on hubris, maybe, but the very success of your “Jorge the Second Coming” performance seems to be convincing you of your own lie, if judging by recent (and there have been many) public exhortations you’ve made.

Now that’s never good, according to Machiavelli, whom I know you read. That 16th century street wise advisor to popes told guys like you to never conceal their real purpose for too long lest they become entangled in their own dissimulation, and end up confusing and dividing their own court. You’re starting to do that, and apparently piss off some king-making Italian cardinals and their banksters who quite rightly know, as you do, that prayers and piety is fine for the masses, but that meanwhile, your god deals in cash and credit.

Anyway, Jorge, why don’t you just come clean? You know fully well that you’re not about to tamper with global capitalism or bring justice to the poor – although I did like that cute story your media people circulated recently, about you wandering like a latter day St. Francis through the streets of Rome at night, feeding the homeless. Very nice.

But don’t let all that feel good shit make you forget what happened to the last Pope who tried cleaning house and giving away the Vatican wealth, back in the fall of 1978. John Paul Number One died after 28 days in office – poisoned, apparently – while you, Jorge, are still very much alive. That sure tells us something.

Besides, the more you prattle on about justice and reform, dummy, the more your credibility starts hanging down somewhere below that spotless white robe of yours. Because after all is said and done, you are still the fiduciary (read: legally responsible) head of the biggest child trafficking racket and criminal conspiracy on the planet: a criminality you affirmed in your July 11 “Apostolic Letter”, which reminded all catholics that anyone who talks about in-church child rape can end up counting their rosary beads inside that dank private prison of yours in the Vatican’s basement.

Now that was more like it, Jorge. Machiavelli would be proud of such forthrightness. Rulers, he said, should never shrink from ruthlessness to protect their authority. And your Apostolic Letter was simply doing what Machiavelli prescribes, which is, when caught in a wrong, a ruler must pretend to be reforming his kingdom while eliminating any chance that he may be further exposed. He has to bury the evidence and plug all the information leaks, which is what you’ve done.

But holy shit, Jorge! Your mentor said to just pretend reform. Pretend! Don’t actually do it, stupid! For the last thing one does to a tottering regime like yours is to open the floodgates of change at critical moments.

Jesus, Jorge, you must know that. It’s elementary political arithmetic; and nobody gets to be CEO of the Beast in Rome without knowing the score. Maybe the professional shyster in you has us all fooled. Just don’t end up fooling yourself in the process: the cardinal sin for any ruler, says Machiavelli.

But here’s the final rub, Jorge, and the main purpose of my little epistle to you: ultimately, none of this shit matters, considering the legal and the spiritual fact that neither you nor your Vatican Incorporated actually exist any more.

Last August 4, your entire church was declared to be a Transnational Criminal Organization under International Law, which means that since that date, you are null and void as a legitimate or lawful power.

Now, it being the Christmas season and all, it’s true that everybody is engaged in the Santa Claus Myth for the sake of the children; and what bigger Santa Claus fable is there, besides old saint Nick, (sorry, girls) than the unsupportable belief that the Vatican is a “sovereign nation” with its own laws and authority. But even millions of believers in the King’s adornment doesn’t hide his actual nakedness.

Sure, politicians and judges around the world play along with this big papal lie: I mean, who wouldn’t, for a million bucks at election time? But behind all this human duplicity stands the immutable truth of the law, Jorge: that law which says that no ruler, anywhere, is above justice, and that an institutionalized child trafficking and money laundering church like yours is a criminal body whose assets and property can be lawfully seized, and its officers arrested … not tomorrow, but today.

It gets worse for you, boyo. For behind even that law stands God, who condemns you far more deeply and more finally than can any human court.

Maybe you know this, too, considering how compulsively you refer to God with words that reduce Deity to a harmless iconic image. That’s what killers do to their victims, and paying lip service is always the first response of the guilty. But none of that works any more, Jorge. Because now, the joke is on you.

I guess you’d call it the comic punch line, which I first gleaned the day after I conducted our first exorcism ceremony outside the Vatican in late 2009, and a tornado struck central Rome the next morning. And this is it:

The living God has stepped out from behind religion and rhetoric to shatter you and your blood soaked Temple. And all of your words and posturing have no power to stop the cataclysm that is bringing down your entire corrupt mess.

I hate, I despise your religious assemblies, and will have no more of them … For I am against the false shepherds and will destroy them utterly. Remember?

God is written on human hearts, Jorge, and needs no interpreter, least of all a false church and its false shepherds. For what need has a living God of justice for a man-made religion like yours – especially at a crisis moment in human history, like now, when God alone can save us?

So take off the white robe, Jorge. That’s a command, not a request. It doesn’t become you, anyway.

We’ll see you in court – and you know which court I mean.

“I saw Joseph Ratzinger murder a little girl”: Eyewitness to a 1987 ritual sacrifice confirms account of Toos Nijenhuis of Holland

A Global Media Advisory from the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) and its Central Directorate, Brussels

“I saw Joseph Ratzinger murder a little girl”:
Eyewitness to a 1987 ritual sacrifice confirms account of Toos Nijenhuis of Holland

New Evidence of Vatican’s guilt prompts Italian politicians to confront Pope Francis as next Common Law court case is announced – The Papacy retaliates with global “black ops” attacks against ITCCS

A Breaking News Summary and Update from ITCCS Central, Brussels

Monday, October 28, 2013

The criminal prosecution of yet another Pope came closer to reality this month as Italian politicians agreed to work with the ITCCS in a common law court action against the papacy for its haboring of a wanted fugitive from justice: deposed Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger.

The agreement came after a new eyewitness confirmed the involvement of Ratzinger in a ritual child sacrifice in Holland in August of 1987.

“I saw Joseph Ratzinger murder a little girl at a French chateau in the fall of 1987″ stated the witness, who was a regular participant in the cult ritual torture and killing of children.

“It was ugly and horrible, and it didn’t happen just once. Ratzinger often took part. He and (Dutch Catholic Cardinal) Alfrink and (Bilderberger founder) Prince Bernhard were some of the more prominent men who took part.”

This new witness confirms the account of Toos Nijenhuis, a Dutch woman who went public on May 8 with her eyewitness account of similar crimes involving Ratzinger, Alfrink and Bernhard. (see: http://youtu.be/-A1o1Egi20c)

Soon after his historic resignation from office last February 11, Joseph Ratzinger was convicted of Crimes against Humanity on February 25, 2013 by the Brussels-based International Common Law Court of Justice, and a global citizens arrest warrant was issued against him. Since then, he has evaded arrest within Vatican City under a decree of the present Pope Francis.

The surfacing of this new evidence of Vatican complicity in child murder has prompted a group of Italian politicians to agree to work with the ITCCS in confronting the papacy with a common law court case against the present Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, for his sheltering of Ratzinger and his own complicity in war crimes. The politicians had been in closed negotiations with ITCCS representatives since September 22.

“We are looking at revising if not abolishing our country’s Lateran Treaty with the Vatican, whose actions in harboring child rapists certainly meet the definition of a Transnational Criminal Organization under international law” stated a spokesman for one of the politicians.

In response, during the same week of October 7 when these new allegations surfaced, the Vatican commenced a series of attacks against ITCCS groups in Europe involved in documenting the church’s involvement in cult ritual murder.

Paid operatives sabotaged ITCCS work in Holland and Ireland during that week, and on October 14, the main ITCCS website was destroyed by the same saboteurs.

Political sources in Rome have revealed that these attacks were paid for and coordinated through the Office of the Vatican espionage agency known as the “Holy Alliance” or The Entity, and its affiliated “dirty ops” bureau, the Sodalitium Pianum, established in Rome in 1913. They also involved the agents of the Papal Nuncio to Holland, Archbishop Andre Dupuy, who made direct contact with two of the saboteurs, “Mel and Richard Ve”, and with the Archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid Martin, who likewise paid bribes to disrupt ITCCS work in Ireland.

“Obviously the Vatican is panicking. This is a good sign” commented ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett today from New York City.

“The political tide has shifted against the church, and it’s no longer possible for child killers in robes to hide behind the Lateran Treaty. And in its death throes, the church hierarchy is using its usual methods of lies and misinformation to shift the focus off its own criminal guilt.”

In response to this breakthrough and to the renewed attacks on its work, the ITCCS Central Directorate in Brussels has today made the following announcement to the world media and to its affiliates in twenty six countries:

1. During November, our network will convene a global press conference in Rome with Italian politicians to announce a new phase of our campaign to disestablish the secular power of the Vatican. This campaign will include the launching of a new common law court action against the present Pope Francis and his agents for complicity in Crimes against Humanity and cult ritual murder.

2. To safeguard these efforts, our main website at www.itccs.org has been restored and protected with new security features. In addition, henceforth, all ITCCS sections will operate under an official Charter which all members must sign and swear to. A copy of this Charter will be posted at itccs.org and circulated to all our sections.

3. For information purposes, our former television site at www.itccs.tv has been compromised and seized by the paid operatives known by the aliases “Mel and Richard Ve”, who are acting in deliberate opposition to the ITCCS to blacken our work and the good name of Kevin Annett, our Field Secretary. Neither “Mel and Richard Ve” nor the itccs.tv site are affiliated with nor in any way represent the ITCCS.

4. Jorge Bergoglio (alias Pope Francis) and other officials of the Vatican are now under criminal investigation for heinous offences involving the trafficking, torture and killing of children. We advise all persons to refrain from assisting Bergoglio and his agents under pain of summary conviction for participating in a proven criminal conspiracy emanating from the Curia and the Office of the Roman Pontiff.

Please stay alert for further announcements and actions.

Media Statement from Rev. Kevin Annett presented before the Italian media in Savona, Italy

Media Statement from Rev. Kevin Annett, Field Secretary of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State

kevin italy

SAVONA, ITALY — The following is a summary of what Kevin Annett presented before the Italian media in Savona, Italy today May 23, 2013.

“Hello. My name is Kevin Annett, and I am the acting Field Secretary of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, the ITCCS, which represents over fifty organizations of survivors of church torture in nine countries, including Italy.

It is an honor to be present here today with Francesco Zanardi and the organization Rette L’abuse, at their invitation, and to join with them in an historic campaign to stop forever the religious torture of children.

For years now, Francesco has been conducting a heroic fight here in Italy for the same things that our Tribunal is campaigning for, by exposing child torture within the Roman Catholic church and bringing those responsible to justice. I look forward to working with Francesco and many others in Italy in the months ahead.

I have been authorized by the ITCCS Central Office to issue the following public statement:

1. As a Citizens’ Tribunal of Conscience with standing under international law, we call upon Italian President Giorgio Napolitano to seek the immediate extradition from the Vatican and the arrest of former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, on the grounds that Ratzinger is a fugitive from justice and a wanted criminal duly convicted of crimes against humanity on February 25, 2013 by an international common law court of justice.

2. We further call upon President Napolitano and his government to abide by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court by giving no further aid, tax exemptions or financial subsidies to an organization guilty of crimes against humanity and children, namely, the Vatican Incorporated, and to cancel and annul the so-called Lateran Treaty between the government of Italy and the Vatican.

3. If President Napolitano fails to abide by international law and refuses to take these measures, our Tribunal, its international affiliates and Italian citizens will commence an international boycott of Italian goods, trade and tourism; and within Italy, we will commence peaceful church occupations, citizens arrests and other direct actions against the Vatican and its officials. This campaign will commence on September 20, 2013, the 143rd anniversary of Garibaldi`s liberation of Rome and expulsion of the papacy.

4. The purpose of this campaign will be to enforce the lawful verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice of February 25, 2013, which convicted thirty officials of church and state of genocide and a criminal conspiracy, including former Pope Benedict and top Catholic Cardinals. (see www.itccs.org). This verdict sentenced these officials to immediate arrest and imprisonment for a term of twenty five years, and the confiscation of church property and wealth.

5. The Vatican and the Roman Catholic church as a whole represents a clear and present danger to the children of the world because of its standing policy known as Crimen Solictationas, which actively protects child rapists in the church and subverts justice and child protection laws in other nations. The present Pope Francis is actively complicit in this war crime by his position as head of the Church of Rome and his personal involvement in such crimes in Argentina. By this law, the Vatican constitutes a global criminal conspiracy and permanent war waged against the children, the sovereignty and the laws of all nations, and under the Law of Nations (jus gentium) must be resisted and opposed, and its power curtailed, for the wellbeing of people everywhere.

The ITCCS and its affiliates and allies in other governments are committed to doing so. We therefore call upon all citizens of Italy to withdraw their funding and allegiance from the Roman Catholic church, to demand that President Napolitano seeks the extradition of Joseph Ratzinger and the annulling of the Lateran Treaty, and to join our September 20 campaign to end forever the criminal actions of the Church of Rome.

We also make a formal request to the police forces of Italy to assist Italian citizens in protecting their children and their communities from child-raping catholic clergy by arresting such known and suspected predators, and by refusing to aid or assist the Roman Catholic church and its officials evade justice and prosecution for their crimes.

The government of Italy and President Napolitano have until September 20, 2013 to respond to this statement and abide by its requests, and to a registered communication being sent to the Presidential Office and the Parliament of Italy.

Enforcing the Banishment Proclamation against the Catholic Church: A Practical Guide to Cleansing your local Temple

Posted on September 11, 2012 by itccs
by Kevin D. Annett
(Banishment Proclamation is posted below)

That old trouble maker and community organizer, Saul Alinsky, once said that no public action was worth doing if the people doing it didn’t have fun. More to the point, he elaborated that sustained mockery of the powerful, like by occupying their sacred turf, was something they had no defense against.

The horrified reaction of Catholic Bishops everywhere to our occupation of their churches during Sunday services seems to bear out Saul. So it’s delightful to know that we few in the vanguard of a growing army of justice for children have a way to really grab the clerics where it hurts.

This article is an accompanying piece to our just-issued Proclamation of Banishment against the Roman Catholic Church. It’s a sort of “how to” manual with practical hints of ways to sustain our campaign to expose and open up these churches long past the day when the Banishment is pronounced.

The Fly in the Elephant’s Ear

First, a word on our general strategic situation: our forces are like a fly in an elephant’s ear – tiny, but lethal in the right moment and place. That’s because we have the truth, solid evidence, and a potential army of witnesses on our side. Our strongest weapon is to always stand loudly and clearly on that evidence, and to keep shoving it in the face of the church and the public, in ways they don’t expect.

The Catholic Church Inc. is the oldest corporation in history, and therefore the most vulnerable and the least flexible. We are the opposite: we have nothing to lose, are adaptable, and completely unpredictable. That’s how guerrilla movements historically operate, and win against seemingly unbeatable tyrants.

The best example I like about what our little guerrilla groups can do is how a dozen or so of us in Canada forced the Indian residential schools genocide into the political and media mainstream in the spring of 2007 simply by occupying churches in Vancouver and Toronto during their Sunday services. And years before that, in the fall of 1995, by picketing the United Church head office in Vancouver I forced its top officers to prematurely issue a public statement denying that children were killed in their Indian schools – even before I had accused them of causing such deaths!

In short, a big enemy, properly goaded, will cause its own undoing, since it knows it’s guilty and is operated by lawyers and bureaucrats whose bottom line is a purely financial one: that is, calculating everything on the basis of what they stand to lose.

Practical Steps: Be Creative and Have a Ball!

What we’re starting around the world is an enormous reclamation movement: we are telling the Catholic Church to get off our land or conform to the will of the people. We are taking over churches and making them open, public space. And from the reaction so far, including from over three hundred ecstatic volunteers in seven countries, we have struck a chord in the public imagination.

Our own worst enemy now is our own fear and lack of imagination.

First, about fear: it’s what religion relies on, especially Catholicism. Most of us have been conditioned to fear churches and clergy, and assume that those cloistered altars and pews are somehow sacred and untouchable realms. We’re even told by some statutes that to “disrupt” a church service is an offense under the law.

In practice, that’s a statute that cops will never enforce, because they know it’s bullshit. After all, what is “disruption”? Somebody challenging a priest or questioning his interpretation of scripture? Maybe an old granny should be jailed for coughing during a priestly homily?

In our case, our occupation of churches during the service has always been done respectfully and non-violently. It’s always the priests who resort to violence in that situation.

For instance, I was personally grabbed and put into an arm lock by an enraged cleric at Holy Rosary cathedral in Vancouver once when I stood peacefully with fifty others bearing a banner “All the Children Need a Proper Burial”. The priest’s absurdity was obvious to everyone in the pews that day, and in fact, a few minutes later, the whole congregation stood reverentially as we walked past with the banner.

Of course, what we’re planning this week and beyond is more permanent than a one-time occupation. We will be actively dis-establishing the Catholic Church, and taking over their premises. And for that, we need serious and wider community support.

We will be creating that support by breaking the ice and naming what is, and doing something. Most people hang back and are secretly inspired and thrilled by the doers, no matter how risky is the doing. What gets them on board is when they see that the doing is happening more than once. So above all, we need to sustain our effort.

But here are two very simple things that will guarantee community involvement, and even media interest: music, and humor.

Some folks in Vancouver are planning a Public Frock Off in local catholic churches, where known child rapists and other crooks among the clergy will be named and escorted from the premises. They’re asking everybody to show up and witness the Frock Off, and to please bring drums, instruments and banners for the event.

A local singer-friend of mine in Vancouver plans to sing from the pulpit a diddy he composed called “I Saw Jesus Today”, which reminds people how you won’t find Christ in a church but out among the suffering.

In the coming days, an aboriginal women’s group in Canada plans to occupy and open up their local catholic church as a free daycare and safe house for threatened people: wonderfully appropriate, when you think of it, considering the role of the same church in creating generations of tortured native women and men. I love the image of a hundred dark skinned kids running around a fancy catholic sanctuary!

The sky’s the limit in these actions. Some survivors’ groups in Europe plan to open up catholic churches as the site of Street Corner Tribunals, where victims can name the crimes and the criminals. And in Canada and the USA, our people will often rely on simple “infiltration” of Sunday services, sitting among the parishioners and speaking with them, or mounting the pulpit to address the congregation.

Pulpit seizures are a fine and honorable tradition, after all. The early Quakers and Ranters in England did it nicely, inciting church goers to seek God in the world and their neighbors, and not in “idolatrous temples”.

And speaking of temples and their cleansing, Jesus himself – on the one occasion he was ever in a church – used a tactic that we’d recommend as well. Need we say more?

What to Do if …

Okay, so your cheerful hordes have entered a church and camped out, read the Banishment, and been told by the grumpy ushers to leave. You don’t, so they call the cops. Now what?

Well, going into a church isn’t a crime. It’s your public right, especially since those of you who pay taxes are actually funding the place, and that makes it public space. And that’s the first thing you tell the boys in blue when they arrive: sorry officers, but this is a religious gathering in public, and we’re all worshiping what really matters.

The cops and anybody, in fact, can get in trouble under the law if they disturb a religious gathering. We’ve found that at this point, the gendarmes either leave or stand around looking helpless: in which case, go ahead and start educating them about the crimes of the church they’ve shown up to protect.

And that’s a key point: the police are sworn to be public servants and not the private security force for institutionalized child rapists. So tell them that, and tell them you’re deputizing them to be public peace officers who’ll protect your right to gather peacefully inside and outside the church.

We did that in Vancouver churches on three occasions. Each time, the cops left.

But life is unpredictable, and what if the police or some catholic thugs try using force to evict you? Unlikely. The church’s chief concerns are their public image, their property and their revenue. Violence in the church threatens all three of those. So stand pat on your rights, your peaceful occupation, and the truth that the church killed and still harms children, and you will retain the moral and practical high ground.

In the Long Run

Displacing and replacing the church is our long term aim. These Banishments and Occupations are merely our opening salvos. On those occasions where native groups in Canada have ordered the catholic church off their land, the church has complied, since it knows it was squatting there illegally all along.

In the long run, we will be relying on such evictions like the ones ordered by hereditary elder Kiapilano of the Squamish nation, who in March 2008 issued eviction notices to all of the churches that killed his relatives in residential schools: the Church of England, the Catholic, and the United Church.

For now, our Ten Measures statement (May 4 posting, www.itccs.org) is what needs to be broadcasted to catholics everywhere during our occupations: that is, the catholic folks can stay, as long as they agree to these ten steps. This will help force church goers to choose, and will help launch a new sort of Reformation, if history tells us anything.

For now, be bold, imaginative, and film everything that you do, and post it on youtube. Send us the links. We will be spreading news and updates to you all.

Remember: what you do today will save the life and the sanity of a child tomorrow – and may even resurrect the memory and hopes of the little ones murdered by Imperial Christianity.

Carry it on! The world is watching!

banishment proclamation

PUBLIC PROCLAMATION OF BANISHMENT
issued against the Roman Catholic Church, Inc.
on the sixteenth day of September, 2012
and read to Roman Catholic Church officials and congregations around the world

Whenever any power becomes a destructive and uncontrollable force in our communities and endangers the lives and well being of our children, it is the inherent, lawful and customary right of the People to expel that power from their midst, especially when constituted authority refuses to do so.

The Roman Catholic Church as a whole has become such a destructive force, causing centuries of suffering, plundering, genocide, warfare and death, maintaining a regime of institutionalized terror against children, protecting child rapists and murderers in its ranks, and holding itself unaccountable for its crimes. This criminal regime compels its own clergy to obstruct justice by protecting child rapists among them, from a law promulgated by the Pope himself and by the Vatican.

Since it is we the People who have through our taxes and tax exemption laws allowed such a church to operate among us and even profit off its exploitation and torture of our children, we the People have the legitimate right and duty to annul such tax exemptions and legal privileges now enjoyed by the Roman Catholic Church.

By the same measure, since the Roman Catholic Church is a publicly funded institution, we the People have the right to freely enter any such Church to ensure that children are not being harmed, that evidence of wrongdoing is not being concealed, and that child abusers are not operating under church protection. And ultimately, we the People have the right to prevent the same Church from operating in our community by banishing it outright when it proves resistant to change.

Therefore, firm in this knowledge and our right, as well as our sacred duty to defend all children, we the People make the following Public Proclamation:

The Roman Catholic Church Incorporated, and all of its dioceses, parishes and agencies, are henceforth as of this date and forever declared to be banished and denied the right to operate in our communities.

Individual Roman Catholic congregations are exempt from this Banishment if they agree to abide by the ten terms set forth below.

The Church as a whole or individual congregations will be allowed the right to resume operations in our communities only when it agrees to and implements the following measures:

1. The Pope and College of Cardinals, and all of their Bishops and other authorities, must annul the Canon Law doctrine known as Crimen Solicitationas and all other rules and policies that give aid and protection to anyone who harms children.

2. The same Church authorities must immediately defrock and deny any compensation to any and all of its clergy who have harmed children or who in the future do harm to children, and to anyone who protects such abusers.

3. The Church must issue full reparations to survivors of harm done by church employees or clergy, according to the wishes of those survivors.

4. The Church must unconditionally surrender for a proper burial the remains of all those children and others who died in church facilities.

5. The Church must unconditionally return all land and wealth taken from those incarcerated in their facilities, and all wealth generated by their exploitation as low paid or unpaid laborers.

6. The Church must unconditionally surrender all the evidence and the perpetrators of crimes done by the Church against children, indigenous people and others.

7. The Church must agree to the public licensing of all of its clergy, Bishops and employees as accountable and supervised public servants who take a binding, Public Oath to unconditionally defend the rights and sanctity of all children and expose anyone who harms children, even if this Oath contradicts Church customs and policies.

8. The Church must agree to withdraw from all tax exemptions, financial concordats, legal or diplomatic immunity, and all other privileges granted to it by governments.

9. The Church must annul the status of the Vatican as a state and abolish Rome’s authority over its congregations.

10. The Church must redistribute its wealth and the resources of the Vatican Bank to church victims and the community, as Christ himself commands.

If the Pope, Cardinals, Bishops and Clergy of the Roman Catholic Church publicly agree to these Ten Requirements of Humanity and the Law, the Public Banishment of the Church will be suspended, and it will be allowed to legally and morally operate in our communities.

However, if these authorities refuse to implement these measures, all church buildings, assets and properties of the Roman Catholic Church Incorporated and its dioceses and parishes will continue as of this date to be under Public Ownership and Control, and will be freely occupied and used by the community for its benefit. Any officials or clergy of the Church found on these Public Premises after this date will be considered to be illegally trespassing, and may face immediate Citizens’ Arrest.

We call upon all members of the Roman Catholic Church and all of its clergy to stand now with humanity and justice, and abide by this Proclamation in order to forge a new consensus and faith that unconditionally upholds the sanctity and well being of all children and all people.

As of today, under the authority of this Proclamation, all members of our communities, and especially our homeless and poorest members, are invited and encouraged to permanently occupy and reclaim Roman Catholic churches everywhere, which are now and forever proclaimed to be Open, Public Space.

An ITCCS Urgent Action Alert and Call to Mobilize

An ITCCS Urgent Alert and Call To Mobilize
http://youtu.be/9W9rd2W7yN0

Officials of the Vatican, the Crown of England and other accused parties will face summary banishment and trial commencing in exactly one month if they do not abide by ten measures issued to them on May 4.

This Urgent Action Alert calls upon just men and women everywhere to prepare themselves to launch church occupations, public protests, citizens’ arrests and other direct actions beginning on September 15. The purpose of these actions will be to disestablish and bring to justice criminal organizations and their officials that have harmed, killed or exploited children or committed other crimes against humanity.

Click here for a copy of our original ultimatum to the Vatican Incorporated and its chief executive officer, Joseph Ratzinger. The same ultimatum has been issued by us to over 150 officials of the Roman Catholic Church, the Anglican Church of England, and United Church of Canada, the governments of Canada and Great Britain, and major pharmaceutical companies.

The ITCCS will lead this public campaign at the head of hundreds of volunteers and organizers in Canada, the United States, Ireland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain and Australia.

We urge the reader and our supporters everywhere to take the following five steps of preparedness:

1. Distribute an official ITCCS leaflet at Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Churches (Methodist-Presbyterian) in your community beginning Sunday, September 2. This leaflet will be issued to you by August 30.

2. Gather at least three to five other people to form a local ITCCS action group to regularly leaflet and hold protests and direct actions.

3. Volunteer to be a Citizen Juror in our International Common Law Court of Justice that will convene on September 15.

4. Arrange local media interviews and speaking engagements for ITCCS field organizer Kevin Annett.

5. Distribute this notice and all of our emails and You Tube broadcasts throughout your internet networks.

Please be clear that you will be acting within the Law when you confront churches and organizations that have harmed children and obstructed justice.

That is because after September 15, 2012, if these churches and other bodies do not respond to our Ultimatum they will be declared public enemies and will be banished from our communities. They will have lost all public and legal protection and their property will be considered free and open public space under common law jurisdiction. Their officials will face summary arrest and expulsion for aiding and protecting child rapists, and known offenders will be stripped of their office.

To enforce these actions, we are requiring that all police officers in these nine countries take a Public Oath of Service to help us protect the children of our communities by not protecting these criminal bodies, and by serving and enforcing subpoena and arrest warrants against church and corporate officials.

That is, we will be deputizing the police to obey and enforce their public oath of office, or stand down from their positions and be replaced by duly sworn Common Law Peace Officers.

Now is the time to take heart and unite in defense of our children and our liberty. We rely on each one of you to make real the hopes of the innocent.

Further updates and instructions will be issued by ITCCS Central on September 1.

Why We are Still in the Middle Ages: The Vatican Inquisition Strikes Back

Posted on May 28, 2012 by itccs
by Kevin D. Annett

It’s a church! No, it’s a state! Stop! You’re both right!

vatican human rights council
Vatican Human Rights Council

Paolo Gabriele is languishing in a secret church prison tonight in Vatican City after being arrested by church police for having some of the Pope’s private papers in his possession.

The Pope’s former butler and a father of three children is threatened with thirty years in a papal jail for having uncovered some of Joseph Ratzinger’s dirty secrets.

Paolo might as well not be an Italian citizen, since his civil rights vanished once he crossed the Vatican. The law of the church supersedes that of any nation, it seems, since clearly the Pope can arrest and jail anyone he doesn’t like.

It’s quite abominable. How many corporations get to arrest and put on trial in their own private courts one of their employees who’s found with internal company documents?

How often does the CEO of such a company get to shelter and exonerate child rapists in his firm, hide the crime from the police, and silence those who know about it all?

Does the company itself get to launder money, finance wars, conduct genocide and crimes against humanity, and depose governments, and never answer for these crimes?

The Vatican Incorporated is the one company in the world that can do all this. And what’s more, they even get massive financial subsidies from taxpayers in over a hundred countries to do so!

That said, it’s a sign of the degree of institutional rot and panic erupting in Rome these days that members of the papal inner circle are breaking ranks and squealing on their boss. Paolo’s arrest follows hot on the heels of the forced resignation of the chief of the Vatican Bank, Gotti Tedeschi, who allegedly had blown the whistle on shady transactions by the bank.

It’s small wonder the papacy is crushing a lone employee like Paolo so rapidly. Some of the documents held by the butler suggest that the Pope personally accepted bribes to award Vatican contracts to friends and supporters of his, and that he engineered a cover up of the whole thing, including by expelling Vatican City governor Archbishop Carlo Vigano last year when he asked the Pope to come clean.

One can’t help but be reminded of the last days of Richard Nixon. But the former president cum gangster, at least, was legally accountable to the United States Congress. The Pope is answerable only to himself. He is, under his own laws, both “Master and God”: church and state all rolled into one, all powerful ruler of humanity.

Roman Emperor Aurelian invented that title known as “Dominus et Deus” in the year 273 when he created a new religious cult of sun worship that evolved into state Christianity under a later Emperor, Constantine. For the first time, and ever since then, one ruler was designated as having absolute authority over everyone, and could therefore never be challenged.

Adolf Hitler was a pale imitation.

When Aurelian’s god-emperor evolved into the papacy, Europe inherited a monster called Christendom that would cause more death and atrocity than any force in human history. Sadly, over the centuries governments have accommodated themselves to this monster since historically they arose in partnership with it, and derived their authority from papal sanction.

What Martin Luther called “the two swords” – church and state working in tandem – is still the governing principle that allows so-called “canon law” to supersede civil laws in most nations, with the result that men like Paolo Gabriele can simply disappear with the nod of a pope.

We really are still in the middle ages, in many ways: and we techno-serfs still blindly clamor for justice from institutions run from the top-down by men who consider themselves gods.

Joseph Ratzinger is an expert at making people disappear, having run the papal Inquisition – renamed the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith – for many years. But the very absoluteness of his power as Grand Inquisitor made Ratzinger many enemies, and the latter are gathering nowadays to help expose their adversary.

The details of Ratzinger accepting bribes, for instance, actually came from Vatican Secretary of State archives to which Paolo Gabriele could not have had access. Only senior Cardinals could have released such damning evidence.

This kind of power struggle in the papacy is nothing new, but since it is happening amidst efforts to criminally indict the Pope for concealing child rapists and obstructing justice, many of the Curia are worried that the institution will suffer permanent damage: a fact quite unacceptable to the money boys who stand behind the papal throne.

To quote a senior Italian state senator who spoke to me in Rome in the spring of 2010,
“The Vatican, the mafia, and the government, they’re really all the same men, and they have one major concern: to hold on to their revenues. They are terrified that the ORI (Vatican Bank) will suffer from these scandals and will lose its credit standing with the banking cartels. They will never let that happen, even if the heads of popes have to roll in the dust.”

So it’s an interesting question: who is more powerful, ultimately – the “Master and God” himself, or his creditors? The image, or the finances?

For men like Paolo Gabriele, or any victim of priestly rape, the answer is perhaps moot. For whoever is in charge in Rome is like any self-governing dictator: one who cannot be reasoned or negotiated with, but simply overthrown.

I believe the world is finally waking up to that fact. The issue now is, how will we unite across faiths and borders to finally unseat the God Emperor and his vile kingdom?

Our network has given the Vatican until September 15 to undertake ten steps to relinquish its power and do justice to its victims. After that day, the church will have lost its right to operate in our communities. And the occupations that will strike Roman Catholic churches and facilities after that date will include the targeting of secret papal prisons where men of conscience like Paolo Gabriele are being held.

We will free Paolo, if he is not free by then.

When Jesus of Nazareth first spoke publicly, he announced that God had sent him to release the captives, give sight to the blind, and let all the oppressed go free. The papacy of his day killed him for it, and the Vatican cemented that murder in its subversion of his message.
But fortunately, you just can’t keep a good man down.

A New Focus and some Tactical Advice concerning our Upcoming Actions

Notice from Kevin Annett and Occupy the Vatican:

Dear friends and supporters,

Groups in twenty cities across the world are launching protests, occupations and public defrockings of known child-raping priests at Catholic churches, beginning this Palm Sunday and Easter, on April 1 and 8.

These protests have until now been very effective in gathering public and media support, and exposing crimes by the churches.

On Palm Sunday, 2007, for instance, our Friends and Relatives of the Disappeared (FRD) network in Vancouver and Toronto occupied Catholic churches during their services, alongside survivors of the murderous Indian residential schools; and after considerable media coverage of the FRD actions, barely a month later, the Canadian government was forced to address in Parliament the matter of the dead residential school children for the first time.

Thus, our occupation actions in churches achieved more in one day in exposing the Canadian genocide than had been won in the previous five or more years.

With all of the international exposure since 2007 of church-sponsored crimes against humanity, including the personal complicity of the pope in concealing child rape and trafficking, the potential impact of these direct occupations of criminal churches is infinitely greater, especially now that we have linked hands with the Global occupy movement and Occupy the Vatican.

We therefore urge you all to be as audacious and public as possible in the actions you mount during April and beyond, as we unite around the call to disestablish and reclaim the space of churches engaged in crimes against humanity and children.

But remember always that our aim is to reach the hearts and the minds of church goers and congregations, and separate them from the hierarchy of the church corporations that have committed these crimes in their name and with their support and money.

In this regard, the work of a new network of serving clergy within Protestant and Catholic churches, known as Not in Our Name, is very encouraging, for it represents a movement within official Christianity to repudiate the child raping, genocidal legacy of Christendom. Their statement is reproduced here, and we urge you to circulate it to church goers as part of your actions on April 1 and 8.

Further in this vein, we’ve found that psychologically, church goers tend to close ranks against a perceived external threat like angry protestors, and can’t hear what they have to say.

Conversely, when we individually infiltrate church services and speak to congregants one on one, we outflank this aversion and make headway with the church goers. Using such methods last November, our Occupy the Vatican group in Vancouver actually caused some of the burly “Knights of Columbus” who were barring us access to the main Catholic cathedral to begin weeping as they were told of the missing and murdered children in Catholic schools.

In addition, infiltration methods into church services downplay and negate our small numbers and play up our real strength, which is our compassionate, moral high ground of our message. When we have fifty or a hundred people, then we can stage overt and visible actions; but short of that, if you are but a handful next Sunday, each of you can be a formidable army just by sharing the truth we hold with Christians who are ignorant of the murderous nature and history of their own church.

For this reason, we urge you this Sunday, and the next, to enter your targeted church individually, or in pairs, and disseminate information to people, try to make a statement during the “announcements” section of the service, or even try unfurling a banner or sign respectfully and peacefully during the service. There is no need for a mandatory protest outside if there are only a few of you, since your impact will be much greater inside the building rather than on the sidewalk.

Finally, and of direct relevance to this new focus and tactic, is the fact that we have been issued a legal Right of Entry into publicly-funded buildings like the taxpayer-supported Catholic and Protestant churches in your city. This legal right has been explicitly authorized in writing by various indigenous tribal chiefs, such as siem Kiapilano in Vancouver and some of the Mohawk elders, but more generally, it is a common law right that all of us enjoy based on something called a Necessity Defense under that law.

That is, citizens have the right to enter any place and arrest those suspect if they believe a crime is being committed and the police and courts refuse to intervene.

Since cops and governments everywhere are colluding openly in protecting the churches and their crimes against the innocent, our Right of Entry is thus required and guaranteed. And if the police or private security thugs try to evict or stop you from entering the church buildings, charge them publicly, on film, with aiding and abetting known child raping-and-killing organizations.

Rarely do churches want that kind of bad publicity.

In other words, it isn’t you who is trespassing or disrupting a religious service: on the contrary, you are engaged in a moral and community-protection action that must not be interfered with.

It’s vital that there are at least three or four of you working together on any such direct entry strategy; that someone not openly identified with your group videos the event or U tube posting afterwards; and that you try to directly reach the people in the pews.

We are enclosing a leaflet (download rtf here and below) for distribution in the churches on April 1 and 8.

Please send us reports and post the filmed proof of your action on You tube or by emailing it to us for our re-posting.

Further updates are pending.

May all strength and resolve be with you all, as you remember why we act: for the dead children, and for those who will suffer tomorrow if we don’t act today to end the power of criminal church corporations.

To all of you across Canada, the USA, Ireland, England, Italy, Latin America and Australia: audacity and courage!

Here is the text of the leaflet – please download the rtf and print and distribute at catholic churches on April 1 and 8:

Stop the Vatican’s War of Terror on Children and Liberty!

This Church is under Public Occupation until Justice is Won!

Statement to Church Goers and the Public:

Sunday, April 1 and 8, 2012

We are claiming this church as public space today under a Common Law Necessity Defense, which requires that citizens act to protect themselves when police and courts refuse to do so.

The Roman Catholic Church is a clear and ongoing threat to the safety of children everywhere.

Not only has it caused the death of untold hundreds of thousands of children in its orphanages, Indian residential schools and sweatshops, but Church policy requires that priests conceal rape and violence against children in their parishes, under the papal directive called Crimen sollicitationis.

Your child is not safe in this church, or anywhere in the catholic system.

Pope Joseph Ratzinger is personally implicated in concealing child rape and trafficking in his church, and is facing legal action for obstructing justice.

Aboriginal elders have issued eviction orders to Catholic churches on their territories for the Vatican’s crimes against humanity. We in Occupy the Vatican are enforcing those orders today, and declaring this church as free and open public space, especially to the poor and the homeless.

We ask all church goers to respect these facts by not obstructing our actions, and by withholding all money and tithing to this church.

We ask you to join with us to uphold the rights and safety of children, and hold the Vatican accountable for its centuries of crimes, and its ongoing injury to the innocent.

“A New Reformation”

Breaking News: “A New Reformation” to stop the Vatican’s War of Terror on the Innocent will Commence during “Holy Week”, Sunday, April 1:

A Call to Action by Occupy the Vatican

occupy 3
Occupy the Vatican

Rome:

Survivors of church terror and their allies are taking direct action against the world’s oldest and most ruthless criminal, starting Palm Sunday, April 1.

Occupy the Vatican and survivor’s groups in eight countries will launch church occupations, teach-ins, protests, and even “public defrockings” that day that will include the issuing of a New Reformation Charter, containing a ten point program to abolish the power of the Vatican as a criminal body.

The April 1 campaign will include actions by a new group within the churches called Not in Our Name, comprising Catholic and Protestant clergy who support the legal disestablishment of criminal church corporations like the Vatican and the Church of England, and a return to an egalitarian, congregational system of Christianity devoid of the genocidal legacy of Christendom.

Joining this Occupy movement will be traditional indigenous elders in Canada from the Mohawk, Squamish and Ojibway nations who survived Catholic and Protestant “Indian residential schools”, and who will be issuing new banishment orders to evict these churches from their lands.

In Ireland, plans are afoot to conduct “public defrockings” of known child raping priests who the authorities refuse to prosecute.

“We won’t let these bastards pose as men of God anymore, or practice in our communities. We’ll toss them out of the churches on their ass” described Colm O’Brien of Wexford, a member of Occupy the Vatican Ireland.

In Rome, Occupy supporters plan to create a human “exorcism” chain around the Vatican on Easter Sunday, April 8, to “expel the spirit of lies and violence” from the church.

Besides these direct actions, Occupy the Vatican is working with members and officials of the European Parliament and other nations to repeal the so-called “financial concordats” between the Vatican and governments, and to bring the operations of the Vatican Bank under public control and scrutiny.

“The important thing is to take action to dismantle the church from the ground up, and place it under public control. That’s the only way future generations of our children will be safe from a church that’s a law unto itself and feeds and profits off the suffering of the innocent” declared Caoimhin Ui Niall of Occupy the Vatican.

“Let everyone do something on April 1 and April 8 to end the reign of terror of this false church.”

Urgent Global Advisory from The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State

Posted on January 30, 2012 by itccs

Brussels -

Stop the War of Terror against Children! A Call to Humanity

On Easter Sunday, April 8, Help us End the Power of the Church to rape, torture and traffic our Children, and evade Justice

And Jesus said, “Whoever would harm one of these innocents, it would be better if a millstone was tied around his neck and he was thrown into the sea.”

For centuries, the Vatican has violated the innocent around the world and never been held accountable for its crimes.

This religious “wolf in sheep’s clothing” has raped and murdered untold millions of children, exploited their labor, protected those responsible, and continues to profit off a global network in baby trafficking and pedophilia.

The Church holds itself above the law and claims that Pope Benedict himself cannot be tried for his crime of obstructing justice, and concealing and aiding child rapists.

This year, many people around the world are uniting to put an end to this global reign of terror by the Vatican.

During the week leading up to Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012, groups of survivors of church terror in more than a dozen countries will be holding protests and press conferences, staging occupations of church properties, banishing criminal priests from their communities, and launching an international, grassroots political movement to bring the church and its clergy under public control so that justice can finally be won.

Aided by the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (www.itccs.org), this coalition of survivors and their allies have chosen Easter Sunday, April 8, to converge on the Vatican and on their local Catholic churches to not simply demand that the church and the pope face sanctions and criminal prosecution for their crimes against children, but to bring about that justice through direct, ongoing action.

Our ultimate goal is to bring charges against the Vatican at the International Criminal Court, and to bring about legislative and political changes that will bring the church and its wealth under democratic and public control.

This is a call to all humanitarians, to all people of good will within the Church, and to all those who have suffered at the hands of the Church, to take courage and join our campaign.

Help us fight for the children who have died, those still suffer, and who will be tomorrow’s victims, by standing together at 12 noon, local time, on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012, outside and inside your local Catholic church, around this Program:

1. Full Reparations for all survivors of Church torture – The Church must pay for all of the damages done to their victims, including their medical and counseling bills, and must return all of the wealth generated by their slave labor and commercial exploitation of children, including from baby and child trafficking.

2. Full Disclosure of the Crimes – The Church must surrender all of their clergy, employees and officials who have harmed children or aided or protected the perpetrators, as well as all of the evidence of their crimes, without conditions.

3. Repatriation – The Church must surrender for a proper burial, at its own expense, the remains of all those who died in their institutions or under their care.

4. Criminal Prosecution– All those in the Church, including the Pope, who have harmed or harm children, or aided and abetted their harm, must be arrested and tried in secular courts of law, and cannot be shielded from prosecution by any form of immunity.

5. Prevention – All clergy and church officials must be licensed as public servants, and their actions monitored and controlled by the community. Clergy must make a public pledge to swear to protect children in their parish and disclose harm done to them, regardless of papal laws or decrees. All legal tax exemptions and other benefits of the Church shall be abolished, and the diplomatic status of the Vatican annulled. The property and wealth of the Church shall be nationalized if it persists in its role as a clear and present public enemy and a danger to children.

Help us organize our campaign in your community.

Note: Kevin Annett of the ITCCS executive will be present in Europe to conduct follow up actions following the April 8 commencement, between May 4 and June 1, 2012.
