New Covenant calls Christians out from criminal churches, proclaims “spiritual and political separation” from global corporatocracy

BREAKING NEWS RELEASE

“Here We Stand” revives the spirit and aims of the Radical Reformation

Boston, Edinburgh – (Common Law News Service, 6/8/2017)

At special ceremonies today in Scotland and America, a new movement known as The Covenanters released a “spiritual battle cry” that summons all people to leave the Church of Rome and other criminal churches, and gather in separate spiritual and civil communities.

Entitled Here We Stand – Summoning God’s People in a Time of Judgement, the founding declaration of the Covenanters was issued on the eve of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation’s birth “to halt the spiritual absorption of free Christians into the demonic church of Rome”. Here We Stand was read aloud at the historic sites where Scottish Covenanters and American Puritans declared a similar independence from Rome and the world during the 17th century.

According to Covenanter convener John Burke, who read the declaration outside the Greyfriars Kirk in Edinburgh where the 1638 Covenant was signed,

“We are the spiritual and lineal descendants of the Puritans who forged the American Republic and the Scottish Covenanters who broke free from papal and episcopal tyranny. We recognize that today, not only our faith but the survival and freedom of all people face extinction at the hands of a global, anti-Christ corporate culture spawned from Rome. We reject the genocidal one worldism of that culture. We will obey God rather than the murderous laws of such man made tyranny, by establishing our own Covenant and society of free born men and women under God’s own common law.”

The Covenant was released during the week of the fourth anniversary of the Declaration of the Vatican as a criminal organization, by the Brussels Common Law Court of Justice (August 4, 2013). See this link to the 2013 Declaration:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ju5YH4Kd958 ; and to the 2014 Order that nullified the Vatican: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zvtuHT7Cl4&t=29s

Similar ceremonies were held by other groups of Covenanters in Boston and at sites in Ireland, Canada and England. The Covenanters will be launching public actions, reclamations and witnesses commencing in September.

A Home Rule Proclamation for a New Republic

Self-Government established under Common Law

in the land known as Canada

Kanata Logo-2

Under Natural and Customary Law, all authority arises from the inborn and unalienable liberty and sovereignty of the people, who are the source of all law and government. Under this maxim, all legitimate government owes its existence to the people whom those governments serve, and governments exist to secure and protect the rights of the people and their communities. Any system of government that becomes destructive of those ends is not legitimate, lawful, operative or constitutional, and is in fact no government at all.

The people of the territories known as “Canada” possess both the collective and individual right of self-governance to ensure their well being, peace and liberty as freeborn men and women. That right precedes and predates all of the laws, statutes and acts of the government of Canada, its Parliament and the Crown of England, and cannot be usurped, superseded, nullified or in any way altered or diminished by those external powers.

Under this same right, the people of the territories known as “Canada” are not obligated to owe allegiance to Canada, its Parliament or the Crown of England or their laws when these powers violate, diminish or threaten either the liberties and rights of the people, the sanctity and health of the land itself or higher moral and international law. Under such conditions, the people are required to actively dissociate themselves and secede from those tyrannical powers, and through their own self-governing assemblies establish a new and just system of government and law to maintain the civil peace.

THEREFORE LET IT BE KNOWN:

That We the People on the land known as “Canada” proclaim and establish our unalienable liberty to create and charter self governing, home rule Peoples Assemblies with the power and the lawful, jurisdictional and legislative authority to enact the following laws and binding measures:

  1. The abolition of Crown jurisdiction and authority, its courts and its statutes

  2. The canceling of all federal and provincial taxes and payments

  3. The issuing of a Republican Constitution and Charter of Liberties  (* see Charter below)

  4. The establishing of sovereign common law courts of record as the sole de jure legal system

  5. The establishing of trained citizen militias to replace and absorb the standing army and police

  6. The expropriation of all banks, surplus wealth and land and their equal redistribution to all of the people in the form of a guaranteed annual income

  7. The expropriation of all medical services, transportation and surplus housing and their operation on a free or subsidized basis for all the people

  8. The abolition of all income taxes, rents and mortgages and an imposition of a progressive tax on all inherited, corporate, foreign and excess wealth, and on all foreign corporations and churches

  9. The abolition of all foreign ownership of the land and the economy

  10. The establishing of agricultural reserves and cooperative land trusts, and the subsidizing and protection of family farms and the lands and waters as a whole

  11. The recognition of the sovereignty and independence of all self-governing indigenous nations, including their right to succession within a framework of equal and lawful partnership with the non-aboriginal peoples through their Republican constitutional governments

  12. The establishing of local neighborhood and workplace Assemblies to facilitate direct grassroots democracy by all the people

  • Charter of Liberties

All citizens are born and endowed with inherent, unalienable liberties under Natural Law which cannot be restricted, abrogated, denied or abolished by any authority, statute or power. These liberties are not limited by the act of defining them, and include but are not restricted to the following:

  • Freedom of thought, speech and expression

  • Freedom of conscience and religion, and freedom from religion

  • Freedom of the press and publication

  • Freedom of cultural expression and autonomy

  • Freedom to organize politically and to form political parties and movements

  • Freedom of dissent, civil disobedience and non-cooperation with the law and government according to one’s conscience and the provisions of the Common Law

  • Freedom to revolt and to supplant and replace any tyrannical government or power

  • The right to fair, equal, speedy and responsive treatment before the law

  • The constitutional and unalienable right to a trial by a jury of one’s peers under the common law

  • The right to bear arms and defend oneself and one’s family against arbitrary, cruel or unjust treatment, including from agents of the government

  • The right to be free from fear, harassment, discrimination and exploitation

  • The right to parent and raise one’s own children with love and respect free of any threat, intervention or assault by any agency or power

  • The right to free and unrestricted movement

  • The right to life itself, through the free and unrestricted access to all of life’s essentials, including healthy food and water, quality medical care, education at every level, public transportation, decent housing and fair, sustaining and meaningful employment

United Nations head censured as ITCCS activates new campaign to disestablish criminal powers

Kevin Annett’s “speaking and recruitment” tour expands to Canada and Europe, activates indigenous missing children inquiry in America

Update One: New York City – Censure, Remove top UN leader

A motion to officially censure and remove United Nations Secretary General Ban-Ki Moon from his position will be introduced this morning by a group of delegates and NGO officials at U.N. Headquarters in New York.

The motion is prompted by Ban-Ki Moon’s refusal to fulfil his oath of office and expel three convicted criminal regimes – Canada, Great Britain and the Vatican – from the U.N. General Assembly, as requested by a Letter of Demand given to him on March 31.

“The Secretary General is protecting and colluding with regimes proven to have committed and concealed the murder of children, and are still engaged in crimes against humanity” remarked Kevin Annett, who delivered the Demand Letter to Ban-Ki Moon’s office on March 31 on behalf of the ITCCS, whose common law courts lawfully convicted the three criminal states of genocide and criminal conspiracy.

“Ban-Ki Moon had thirty days to respond and he didn’t. So now it’s up to the international community to stop these regimes when the so-called official leaders refuse to do so.”

Speaking from an ITCCS conference at Mount Shasta, California today, Kevin and other ITCCS officials outlined a new international campaign to enforce its common law court verdicts against Canada, Great Britain and the Vatican by disestablishing and replacing these powers. (See following report)

Update Two: Mount Shasta – Global Conference activates “grassroots revolution”

After gathering in closed session for three days, top ITCCS officers and field secretaries from six nations approved a new international campaign to replace criminally-convicted regimes with sovereign common law Republics.

The ITCCS campaign will include establishing Peoples’ Assembles and common law courts of record to “actively reclaim the law and government from the murderous corporate elites who are destroying our liberties and our world”, according to Elise Depardieu of the ITCCS General Council.

“We will use the same methods that convicted and deposed Pope Benedict: a grass roots revolution based on people directly reclaiming lawful power in their own communities. You can expect to see the citizen arrest of known and convicted child killers and the seizure of their property and assets.”

As part of this campaign, in Sacramento, California aboriginal survivors of Catholic-led genocide announced today a plan to launch their own common law courts to prosecute and halt land theft, child trafficking and murder among their people. Their courts will also conduct “the same kind of exposure of the ongoing genocide that Kevin Annett has so successfully achieved in Canada”, according to a spokeswoman of the Navajo nation.

Representatives of the new indigenous coalition met this past week with Kevin Annett during his speaking tour across northern California.

Update Three: Kevin Annett tour to expand to Canada, Europe

Spurred by a growing demand for his two new books (“Unrelenting: Between Sodom and Zion” and “Murder by Decree: The Crime of Genocide in Canada” - amazon.com) , Kevin Annett will expand his “speaking and recruitment tour” across Canada and Europe during the spring and summer months.

Besides giving book readings and lectures, Kevin will work with local activists to conduct training workshops in the common law and spiritual-political reclamation.

“I’ve had invitations from Vancouver to Ireland to Russia” remarked Kevin today. “Our work has finally hit a critical mass and people everywhere are moving from awareness to action. Both of my books are part of the historical movement that brought down a pope and showed people how they can win against oligarchies, and that’s inspiring a new kind of groundswell.”

Expel Canada, United Kingdom and the Vatican from the UN General Assembly: Letter of Demand issued to Secretary-General Ban-Ki Moon

Breaking News from the United Nations:

SANYO DIGITAL CAMERA
Kevin Annett outside the United Nations prior to the delivery of the Demand Letter to Ban-Ki Moon – Kevin holds a copy of “Murder by Decree”

New York City: (Dateline 31 March, 2016)

A Public Notice and Letter of Demand was issued today to Ban-Ki Moon, U.N. Secretary-General, calling on him to fulfill his Oath of Office by barring three convicted criminal states from membership in the General Assembly. Those states are Canada, the United Kingdom and the Vatican – “Holy See”.

The Demand was submitted to the UN Secretariat by a delegation from the International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) and its North American Field Secretary Kevin Annett.

A copy of the Demand Letter follows.

Along with the Letter, which requires a response from Ban-Ki Moon within thirty days, the delegation presented to his office a copy of its recently-published report on Genocide in Canada entitled “Murder by Decree”, which contains incontrovertible evidence of the genocidal acts and intents of these states towards indigenous people in Canada.

Kevin Annett, interviewed outside the United Nations today, stated,

“I would be surprised if the Secretary-General refused to reply, considering the diplomatic nature of the Demand Letter and the public and legal perception that his lack of a reply would generate that he is colluding with the criminal states in question”.

The Demand Letter and the report “Murder by Decree: The Crime of Genocide in Canada” can be viewed at www.itccs.org and www.murderbydecree.com . Further updates will be posted this week.

Amazon review of Unrelenting: Between Sodom and Zion by Kevin D. Annett

Reviewer: Angelyn Ray, MSW

March 1, 2016

Once a generation, if we’re lucky, a prophet arises among us who will relentlessly call us out on our insane abuses of the innocent and vulnerable, and who will also enlighten a path for those among us who are ready to surrender our ignorance and complacency.  For us, this prophet is Kevin Annett.  There are others, thankfully, but none I know of whose call is as searching and clarion as his.

In Unrelenting, Kevin Annett moves us along seamlessly from his own roots, to their flowering in his eviction not only from the church ministry but also from life as he knew it, to the international movement he has stirred.  Naming his passionate detractors and attracting wounded witnesses and a few survivors of the genocidal Canadian holocaust, he airs children’s buttons and bones, charred and buried in dirt, entangled in the roots of trees planted to cover the crimes.  He bares the horrors hidden underneath the robes that swagger within the courts, churches and palaces.

Kevin Annett details the long trail of progress through truth-gathering and truth-telling to strategic action, when he spearheaded the creation of the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ).  Public summonses were issued, not to the usual scapegoats, but to the usurpers of royal thrones and to the papacy itself.  No guns, no bombs, just the power of the truth ferreted out, fearlessly told, and finally administered by common law.  The world knows about the pope’s resignation; now the inside story is told.

The paradox of enlightenment is that the greater the beam the greater the darkness that is exposed, and the darkness revealed in Unrelenting is of such a depth that, even while cheering the toppling of the usurpers of power and decrying the murders of the little ones, we would gladly look the other way, returning to our preoccupation with our own births and deaths and all that goes between.

We can conspire to kill the messenger, lash out in resistance, avert our eyes, or just stand in awe.  Or we can take in the stark revelations and allow them to permeate our reality and influence the ways in which we proceed.  How we cross that Rubicon and where we alight on the opposite shore will differ for each of us, with the caveat:  there is no return.  Such is the effect ofUnrelenting upon the sincere reader.  Yet, the author does not leave us in the furnaces or the hells he has exposed; there is a path home.

Few authors can present their own narrative with as much coherence and flow, born of relentless honesty and unfaltering focus.  Time and what the rest of us do will reveal the ongoing effects of what is past; and whether what is done as recorded in Unrelenting remains the most important story in memory, or the beginning of a global healing that is long overdue.

A narrative of extraordinary power and importance, Unrelenting is the long-awaited account of how one man’s courage toppled a Pope and changed the face of the world.

The twenty year saga of Reverend Kevin Annett to expose Genocide and child torture by his own Canadian culture has been recounted in part in other testimonies, but not until now has the entire story been told with such depth and humanity.

In his own words, and drawing on a rich body of evidence and experience, Kevin recounts a Herculean struggle to force a buried truth into the light of day, and to prosecute Church and State for their unspeakable crimes against the innocent.

Written as both historical record and spiritual reflection, Unrelenting moves past the bare facts of a global crime to the deeper question of how moral people are to respond to official malfeasance in their own back yard. Its passion and devotion reveal a man who has found his real vocation as “a doer of the word, and not merely a speaker”.

In the manner of the author’s own cited 18th century ancestor, the persecuted English free thinker Peter Annett, this work is written not as mere commentary, but to arouse the readers and summon them to change.

Reverend Kevin D. Annett has twice been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. He is an award winning author, broadcaster, film maker and human rights figure. He lectures widely in North America and Europe and serves as a community minister and spiritual adviser to many communities including the International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State.
