Breaking News Communique from the ITCCS Central Council, meeting in closed session in Montreal, Canada

November 1, 2015
Investigative team definitively links top Canadian politicians, churchmen to child trafficking and sacrifices, and to death of investigator – Key ITCCS leaders placed in protective quarantine

After nearly a year of investigations and relying on undercover informants, the ITCCS has established that at least two Canadian senators, a former cabinet minister in the Harper government and three senior church officials are actively engaged in trafficking children for sexual and sacrificial purposes in the Ottawa-Montreal area.

The ITCCS has also learned that these same accused men are complicit in the 2014 murder of Ottawa police inspector Kal Ghadban, who was investigating the disappearance of children at the hands of the accused;  and that key ITCCS investigators in Canada, including Rev. Kevin Annett, are also being targeted for elimination by them.

The six accused men are Senators Larry Campbell and Patrick Brazeau, former Harper cabinet minister Denis Lebel, Quebec Catholic Cardinal Gerald Lacroix, and Anglican Bishops Fred Hiltz and Bob Bennett.

The full details of the exhaustive investigation by a special ITCCS team were shared this past weekend with the ITCCS Central Council during its closed gathering near Montreal. In response, the Council has placed Rev. Kevin Annett and other Canadian investigators under a protective quarantine, and announced plans to convene a new common law court in Canada in the new year to indict and prosecute the six accused men.

The Council will be issuing a full public statement to the global media this week, along with excerpts from the Investigative Report.

A Council spokesman said today,

“All of these accused men have been under investigation for some time. Senator Campbell has been named by police sources in Vancouver as a major suspect in the disappearance of aboriginal women at the notorious Pickton farm. Senator Brazeau has already pleaded guilty in a  Quebec court to charges of sexual assault with a deadly weapon and drug trafficking. Denis Lebel, his friend Cardinal Lacroix, and Bishops Hiltz and Bennett have all been named by government and church insiders as active participants in the Ninth Circle ritual killing of children, at secret catholic church facilities in Montreal and Rome. We will be issuing indictments against all of these men, based on sworn testimony.”

Kevin Annett will be issuing his own televised statement to the public to accompany the ITCCS media release.

Three Minute Memories triumph again: “Liberals” trounce “Conservatives” in the Canadian election – but the Corporation carries on, for now

by Kevin D. Annett

Illusion is the most tenacious trait in humanity. History teaches but it has no pupils.

- Antonio Gramsci

Two millenia ago, the emperors of the Chin dynasty developed the earliest known type of crowd control. An especially hated minister of the government would periodically be thrown to the mob and ripped to pieces, thereby satiating the restlessness and rage of the people while keeping Imperial power safely intact.

This system was later perfected into something we call voting.

I can’t say I was surprised yesterday when a majority Liberal government was appointed over the ashes of one of the most hated political regimes in Canadian history. That’s how the game works, after all: the old tag-team operation of manufactured change designed to convince the mob that it’s really achieved something by bringing in the new guy.

Like those similarly deposed rulers named “Pope” Benedict and President George Bush junior, Prime Minister Stephen Harper increasingly and expertly played his role of irredeemable villain in order to draw upon himself the hatred of a majority of the electorate, allowing his attractive, smiling Liberal replacement to be acclaimed and loved by the crowd simply for looking nicer. This kind of puppet show worked admirably for those other Villains’ appointed successors, President Obama and “Pope Francis”; and now it’s worked equally well for Justin Trudeau, that paltry reincarnation of his wife beating and child molesting father Pierre.

Meanwhile, the election game concluded, the Empire will carry on, for now: the mob “democratically” satiated, the Corporatocracy preserved.

Any Canadian who has the semblance of a political memory must find the entire thing more than repulsive, especially if we remember how the same apparent changing of the guard happened not so long ago after an equally despised Tory Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney, saw his party wiped out and reduced to two seats in Parliament on the wave of the same kind of Liberal landslide. Then, after years of the same kind of mob-ruled corruption, the Tories under Stephen Harper took over again with the same promising of goodness.

And so on.

I’ve always hated ping pong. It seems so mindless and repetitive – just like Canadian voting patterns. Strait jacketed by a two party bi-polarism, Canadians exhibit the cyclical behavior pattern of an untreated manic depressive, feverishly handing total power first to one palliative and then to another, and never learning a thing in the process. The farce is almost like American politics, except it’s a hell of a lot more boring north of the border.

Like mashed potatoes without the gravy, to quote Canuckophobe Billy Bob Thornton.

I don’t imagine any of this reality will register with the smug electorate who think they did something on October 19, even when their momentarily shiny and new Prime Minister stands up in Parliament and with all the other neophyte Pigs at the Trough takes his oath of loyalty not to those who elected him or to a Constitution, but to a senile pederast in London. But surely it’s time for those of us who call ourselves awakened to do something more than gripe about the tragic-comedy called Canada, Ltd.

Blasted out of my own accommodation to Canadiana by what I discovered up close about the masses of little corpses upon which this nation is built, I have called for a Republic for years now: not as a nice idea but as a moral and lawful necessity. It’s not a new call: MacKenzie, Papineau, my ancestor Philip Annett and lots of other folks tried unsuccessfully to create such a Republic in arms in 1837. But history and our own recent efforts show us the truth that regardless of what opinion polls will tell you, Canadians aren’t ready for self-government – including the ones who say they are.

Simply put, they lack the courage.

I’ve met and worked with a lot of smart, militant and good-hearted Canadians over the decades, but I know very few courageous ones. Many of the paper members of our fledgling Republic of Kanata movement are experts in common law court procedure and how to wangle yourself out of paying personal income taxes. Some of them even tepidly challenge the system as one man shows and become internet celebrities. But the valor and the consistent will that breaks down every obstacle and forces a revolutionary movement into being is rarely to be found in Canada.

We can, and do, blame our upbringing for this, of course. Who of us in Canadian schools didn’t have pumped into our vulnerable little brains the recurring refrain that we are not free citizens, but “loyal subjects” of someone calling herself a Queen? The hilariously accurate scene from the comedy “Canadian Bacon”, in which every Canuck in a crowd keeps saying “Sorry!” to the rowdy American who keeps slamming into all of them, tells it all, in a way. Canadian “niceness” is in reality just veiled over cowardice.

During the critical years from 2005 to 2008 when a few of us forced our home grown Genocide into mainstream consciousness, I couldn’t find many other Canadians to occupy churches with us. It was mostly aboriginals who did so, and a host of them paid for their courage with their lives. White Canada hung back and watched our actions in trepidation – especially the “progressives”. Still to this day, the idea that we, the people, have the power to nullify criminal institutions, convene our own courts and take back our country is one that frightens most Canadians – including those in our Kanata network.

In that sense, it’s perhaps small wonder that the recent October 19 election witnessed one of the biggest voter turnouts in Canadian history, if you believe the corporate media. “Change” for Canadians still means timidly handing over their authority to somebody else – even to unaccountable servants of a foreign criminal power, and to the real rulers like Power Corporation and the Bronfman and Desmarais families.

Nevertheless, as Sun Tzu reminds us, change and uncertainty is the only constant in the universe. There is a new spirit in the land, even here in Canada: but it can only be detected close up.

So, in closing, some words from the wise: when you see that spirit becoming embodied and emerging in your own neighborhood – in closed down crown courts and reclaimed property, in the citizen arrests of child rapists and criminally convicted church and state officials, and even in new Peoples’ Assemblies of local self-governance – be sure not to act like a Canadian. Don’t draw the curtains, or run for help to see if it’s all “legal”. Instead, have the fortitude to forget who you think you are and stand with us, and risk everything for our one improbable chance at liberty.

Written from free territory in the Republic of Kanata

This Sunday on Radio Free Kanata

Six Years Later: The Collapse of Corporate Church and State
Sunday, October 11, 2015
3 pm pacific, 6 pm eastern
On the sixth anniversary of the historic exorcism in Rome that began the disintegration of the Vatican, your hosts Kevin Annett and Ryan Gable will discuss the new Covenanting movement that is replacing the genocidal global corporatocracy.

This episode of Radio Free Kanata will also explore why the Republican common law movement to reclaim our nations must be built first in our own local communities, and how that is happening.

Tune in this Sunday and help make history.

Voting in Canada is Treason: It’s Time to Take Back our Nation!

A Call to all Canadians issued by the Provisional Council of the Republic of Kanata

October 1, 2015

(to be distributed at polling stations and generally to all voters)

On October 19, you will be asked to use a ballot to sign away your sovereign authority to an unaccountable and criminal foreign ruler: the so-called Queen of England. Your rulers call this “democracy”. We call it slavery – and an act of treason.

Every Member of Parliament you elect will take an Oath of Allegiance not to you or to the laws of Canada, but to “Queen Elizabeth the Second and all of her descendants”. Rather than accountable representatives, you will be electing servants of a “crown” that is guilty of centuries of genocide, theft and fraud against the peoples of Canada. Why hand over your power to such a tyranny?

Canadians are awakening to this crime. Nearly sixty percent of you want to end all ties with the British crown and establish a sovereign Republic in Canada. Last January 15, patriots across our country acted on this majority mandate and established a legal framework for such a Republic. You can now live under the freedom and jurisdiction of this Republic, and help bring about a new, truly democratic society under the Common Law.

By refusing to vote on October 19 and withholding your taxes to the unaccountable puppet government in Ottawa, you are declaring your refusal to live any longer under a corrupt foreign power. But we must do more than disestablish the old tyranny. Across Canada, the new Republic is being built on the ground according to the will of We, the People, who are the source of all law and government.

The police, judges and civil servants of Canada are now being asked publicly to disavow their allegiance to the criminal “Crown” and its laws, and swear loyalty to the People of Canada and their rising new Republic. And a Constitutional Convention to establish the first Republican Congress and its laws will be convened in the near future as a working alternative to the criminal regime in Ottawa.

Help us create a future of justice and freedom for all of our people and for your children. Take the Pledge of Citizenship to the Republic of Kanata, join your local Republican Peoples’ Assembly, and reclaim all that has been taken from us.

Why Voting in Canada is an Act of Treason – and Criminality

A Pre-Election Wake up Call by Kevin D. Annett

September 29, 2015

When I was barely fifteen years old I was nearly expelled from school after I loudly urged the other kids at University Hill Secondary to not pay their student council fees. It was my first overtly political act.

What prompted my call was that I had just learned to my outrage that our ostensibly democratically elected student council was in fact governed by an adult supervisor, the school’s Vice-Principal, who had to approve any of its decisions, and who could summarily dismiss the entire council if he so chose.

Welcome to Canada.

None of my fellow students back then seemed especially comfortable with self-government, any more than do most Canadians today. My fifteen year old self was called nasty names and told to stop rocking the boat when he impudently suggested that those we elect should be accountable to us, and not to an omnipotent father figure. For adolescents, and the Canadian electorate, prefer to defer to some august supervisor with the power to overrule their wishes, whether that shadow ruler be a Vice-Principal or a Governor-General. After all, every Member of Parliament we elect takes their Oath of True Allegiance and obligation not to We, the People, or to a Constitution, but to Queen Elizabeth the Second and all of her descendants.

In any responsible system of government, handing over one’s authority to unaccountable servants of a foreign ruler is normally considered an act of sedition. But such crime is the law here in Canada: a ritualized loss of sovereignty we like to call federal elections. And once again, we’re all set to repeat this treasonous farce on October 19.

Now, I don’t particularly care what shade of political opinion we choose to sell out our nation with next month, whether that be Tory Blue, Liberal Red, NDP Orange or Groovy Green. These politicians, like our high school puppet student government, all play the same deceitful game. And none of them who you elect on October 19 will represent or be answerable to you one bit. Just like at my old high school, our democratically elected politicians can be dismissed at any time by just one guy: in Canada’s case, a colonial fossil called the Governor General, whose official title is the Queen’s representative and official Head of State.

Forty five years ago when I dared to suggest that we refuse to fund a lie posing as democracy, I experienced my first taste of public rebuke and banning. None of my fellow high schoolers wanted to even look my way after I spoke my heresy. Whether then or now, slaves never like to have their chains pointed out to them. But adolescents and Canadians all have to grow up eventually; and the first act of maturity is to see things as they are, and not as we’ve been told they are.

The old codger who actually ran our student council all those years ago was a  stumbling fart named Arthur Lower, who seemed harmless enough, despite his tendency to fall asleep during council meetings. But if Art had have been caught and tried for raping some kid or stuffing a body in a garbage dump somewhere, I’d like to hope that committing such a felony would have disqualified him from being our student council’s  head of state.

Sadly, no such simple logic or justice applies here in Canada. For as it turns out, an equally tottering figurehead named Lizzie Windsor who is the CEO of our nation is in fact a convicted felon, duly prosecuted by an international court. On October 10, 1964 while in Kamloops, British Columbia, Queen Elizabeth kidnapped ten aboriginal children who were never seen again; and she also approved the murderous residential schools genocide that killed another 50,000 or more children. But still that royal criminal sits on her throne, and is deferred to and sanctioned by every elector, politician, cop and judge in Canada.

Does that sound right to you?

You know, it’s not every day that any Johnny and Susie Canuck can commit both treason and the aiding and abetting of a convicted criminal simply by marking an x on a ballot. We are, after all, allotted only about ten such scratches of democracy in a lifetime. Taking responsibility for one’s self, and one’s own nation, seems to be an onerous burden for many Canadians, who generally prefer to leave weighty matters of state and politics to child rapists, psychopathic lawyers and real estate speculators. And so while surrendering our sovereignty to yet another criminal in high office is not  an especially un-Canadian thing to do, it is really becoming all too banal, and unjustified.

However, we can all do something different, believe it or not. We can actually take back our nation.

In his book The Prince, Niccolo Machiavelli warned those of us who contemplate creating a new order of things that we will only succeed if we are armed, and if necessary we force the people to believe in the new way. Unarmed prophets, Machiavelli says, will always fail, for they must rely on the constant good will of the people, who are by nature fickle and easily turned. I’ve learned that hard lesson many times over. And so even now, when a new Republic is being envisioned and established to replace the old regime of Canada, the fickle crowd waits, and hesitates, even when nearly 60% of them believe that the crowned head of Britain must indeed fall in the dust.

Back at University Hill Secondary school, things finally did change for our body politic. Two years after I called for an end to our puppet student government, we achieved precisely that. Without waiting for anybody’s approval we established instead our own weekly Students’ Assembly, consisting of anyone who wanted to attend, debate and vote on any matter in the school. For the first time, we experienced self-government and the breath of liberty, but only because we had created it for ourselves.

What adolescents can do, even Canadians can attempt. Our new Republic will be won from the ground up, by establishing and maintaining such popular Peoples’ Assemblies that will draft and enforce the laws and Constitution of our new society. And so instead of voting away your liberty to a corrupt foreign tyranny on October 19, shut down or shun the voting stations and convene your own local Assembly that will elect delegates to a national Republican Congress.

That kind of direct sovereign action will be our answer to all of the puppets and the tyrants. It’s called genuine democracy. It’s called the Republic of Kanata. And it beats slavery, every time.

Reflecting on the Blood Soaked Papal Visit to America: The One Who isn’t Worth the Trouble

by Kevin D. Annett

I used to spend my days trying to convince people to do what should come naturally to them. And when they wouldn’t do it, I figured it was up to me to. But that didn’t work either. I suppose this repeat failure is all because of The One Who isn’t Worth the Trouble, since God forbid that any of us take the blame for what is happening under our very noses.

Normally, nothing should make an issue clearer than the merciless descent of a sharp ceremonial blade into the entrails of a four year old, and the splattering of her blood to the four directions. But things are hardly normal anymore, if indeed they ever were. Even if the gore wasn’t carefully washed away and the remains of the latest innocent secretly shoved under the ground, the paradox would remain. Not even the daily, accurate news coverage of the slaughter or the arrest of the killers would resolve the mystery, which lies like a tumor at the heart of who we are.
The issue isn’t so distant from you and me. For who of us hasn’t felt the real or imagined assault of the other barnyard animals as we struggle to fade into obscurity to avoid being pecked to death – and thereby turn away from the unfortunate one who can’t escape the death blow? We all know what we must do to avoid becoming a statistic ourselves. The One Who isn’t Worth the Trouble is in truth the surrogate sacrifice who stands in our place, to allow us to hide and cringe for a little while longer, in what we like to think is safety.

You and I are not as ignorant or as apathetic as we pretend to be. Each of us intuitively knows the bloody score more than we will ever admit to ourselves. At the first approach of the killers we step back and allow the weakest among us to be taken. As three and four year olds are grabbed and caged and dragged off to be strapped down and raped and then hacked to death, we preoccupy ourselves with anything but their fate. We allow ourselves to think of the horror as part of a bigger and distant issue, sanitized by language and politics, hermetically removed from the irrelevant shit we call our lives. And so we are able to sleep at night as children die in agony.

But The One Who isn’t Worth the Trouble endures, nevertheless, even as she dies alone, butchered and betrayed: for the mystery yet remains unsolved. Perhaps as Job experienced, Eternity must continue to experiment with us, probing our worth, testing our capacity to become something more than squawking and frightened barnyard chickens: struggling to perfect us, and always failing. Maybe that is why the killings go on and on.

It really shouldn’t be difficult for any of us to break down a door and save the life of a child, regardless of who or what is wielding the sacrificial knife. Then why won’t we? And where will you be when the atrocity happens again?

Will the Pope face arrest by Interpol this week?

Standing arrest warrant against Jorge Bergoglio is delivered to US State Department by Interpol office in Brussels – A similar warrant compelled the resignation of Pope Benedict
A Breaking ITCCS News Flash: 21 September, 2015
(As reported on Radio Free Kanata and through global wire services)
Washington DC:

On the verge of the arrival to the United States of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, the American government has received from Interpol a copy of an outstanding arrest warrant against Bergoglio issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) on July 18, 2014. On that date, Bergoglio was found guilty as charged by the Court on two counts of committing and aiding or abetting crimes against humanity, including the trafficking of children, and sentenced in absentia to twenty five years imprisonment.

According to a source in Interpol, a copy of the arrest warrant was delivered to the US State Department by special courier on Friday, September 18, along with a formal request to the American government to comply with the terms of the arrest warrant and detain the named offender, Jorge Bergoglio.

The issuing of a similar warrant by a European government to the Vatican in early February, 2013 compelled the sudden resignation of former Pope Benedict, who was similarly convicted by the ICLCJ that same month.

Pope Francis – Bergoglio already faces protests and disruptions of his five day American tour following his controversial decision to “canonize” a genocidal catholic missionary and attend a Philadelphia gathering reputedly linked to an in-house catholic child trafficking network. (see www.itccs.org, September 12, 2015)

“These controversies will make it difficult for the Obama government to simply ignore the Interpol notice and standing arrest warrant” commented Kevin Annett today from New York City, where he and an ITCCS delegation are meeting with United Nations officials regarding Bergoglio’s visit.

“Jorge Bergoglio is a duly convicted felon, and the ICLCJ warrant carries with it the force of international law. By ignoring it the United States can justifiably be charged with giving aid and comfort to a wanted criminal and colluding in a war crime”.
