Canada and its Churches must be prosecuted and disestablished for their proven Crimes against Humanity

Recently, the Canadian government officially acknowledged that thousands of Indian children died under its care in the infamous, church-run Indian residential school system. (New York Times, June 3, 2015) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, Beverley MacLachlan, has stated publicly that genocide did in fact take place in these schools.  And yet despite this acknowledgement, and the proven intent by Canadian church and state to wipe out non-Christian Indians under the cover of parochial schooling, the perpetrators will apparently face no consequence for their crime.

In what is a clear and gross obstruction of justice, Canada and its churches have since 2008 indemnified themselves from any liability for the deaths of these children, silenced eyewitnesses and hidden or destroyed key evidence, and actively impeded a genuine investigation of the Indian residential schools atrocities. As one observer of the government’s stage-managed “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” (TRC) noted last year,

“Canada is spending $68 million to create an appearance of disclosure while censoring from the TRC record any evidence that may implicate itself and the churches in the death of children. Lacking even the power to subpoena or prosecute those responsible for what is obvious genocide, the TRC can best be described as a failed attempt at cosmetics.”

Realistically, one can expect such manipulation and cover-up by any regime caught in its own malfeasance. Canada is hardly unique in that respect. Nevertheless, under the United Nations’ Genocide Convention, which Canada ratified in 1952 and to which it owes compliance, all signatories to the Convention must actively “prosecute and punish” Genocide once it has been proven. Not only has Canada not fulfilled this obligation under international law, but it has actively subverted this moral and legal requirement, and impeded justice.

For a growing number of Canadians, it is difficult to justify our allegiance to a government that is operating as a rogue body under the Law of Nations. That law – especially the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court – absolves citizens from allegiance to their own government when the latter is perpetrating or concealing war crimes or Crimes against Humanity, as Canada is clearly doing. This fact should give solace and encouragement to the nearly sixty percent of Canadians who want an end to their ties with the Crown of England – one of the main actors of the Canadian Genocide.

More broadly, the authority of “Canada” and its crown courts as a whole is in question, operating as they are as unaccountable bodies that flout the rule of law. Time and again, these courts have denied and circumvented litigation brought by aboriginal people that attempted to charge Canada and the Crown with genocide. As one frustrated native litigant said to me in 1998,

“Was Auschwitz just about rapes and beatings? Then how come the mass murder of our people is?”

It is a fact that Canada, the British Crown, the Vatican and the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada were responsible for sustaining an annual death rate in the Indian residential schools of nearly fifty percent for over a half century: a fact that makes highly suspect the “official” claim of only 4,000 deaths in these schools.The routine and deliberate spreading of tuberculosis among healthy children, the systematic rape, torture and killing of non-Christian Indians, the standard practice of sexually sterilizing children at puberty in special Indian hospitals, and the continued destruction of native families and their lands and resources: all of these proven crimes point to an enormous and very intentional Genocide.

Indians in Canada today continue to die at the same levels as they did during the residential schools era. The routine trafficking of native children, murder of Indians by police, and desecration of ancestral lands by resource-hungry corporations is as much a feature of Canada as are the stereotypical red coated Mounties.

No-one is obligated to fund or obey the laws of a criminal regime like Canada. The Nuremberg precedents establish that such a regime has lost its right to lawfully govern: a fact that is fueling a growing movement to create a constitutional Republic in Canada that is free of the murderous legacy of Church and Crown.

Sir Edward Coke, a champion of the Common Law against the arbitrary rule of the British monarchy, declared to King Charles in 1628,

“Be you ever so high, you are not above the law”.

This unalienable truth is more than a warning to tyrants and criminals in high office: it can and must be an operating principle when dealing with our home grown war crimes. The only question now is what agency will compel such justice, and disestablish criminal institutions like those in Canada?

The answer, of course, is We the People: the source of all government, justice, and law.

The Plague reached out and punished us after we counted coup on it that day at the Cathedral. It especially hated Billy Combes because, ennobled and emboldened by his capacity to stand up against it, he went on to undress its horror even more, and name a name, on our airwaves.

We didn’t expect the counter-attack, as elated as we all were by the media fireworks that followed our church occupation and similar seizures by friends of other churches in Toronto and Winnipeg.

The Thing was on the defensive. Ottawa announced an “official investigation” and a possible upcoming “apology” for the residential schools, goaded by Members of Parliament who, echoing our line, began calling for a return of the children for a proper burial. And like a strategic missile launched at a dying foe, our year-in-the-making documentary film about the Canadian Holocaust entitled Unrepentant was released precisely at that time, and was watched everywhere: including in the corridors of power.

All of this made even our most dejected aboriginal members become cautiously hopeful: Billy Combes in particular.

Before our seizure of the catholic Cathedral, he couldn’t even approach a church without becoming ill, no doubt recalling his sodomizing and torture on the rack in the Kamloops residential school basement. But that day of our action, Billy had been there with us, wandering up and down the church aisles, giving leaflets to aghast parishioners and grinning in triumph. And the week after the event, he was actually able to stop drinking rot gut booze, for the first time in many years.

“I couldn’t let you guys down” he explained to me shortly after, when I’d asked him how he’d found the nerve to walk into the cathedral with all of us.

“Now it feels like some of the fear’s gone for me”

So inspired, Billy began to share even darker remembrances on the airwaves of Hidden from History. And one day, he named a perpetrator who calls herself the Queen of England. As through the mists of time …

None of the children knew who she was. All they knew is that they were actually fed and given new clothes the day before she arrived. She wore an expensive suit and bright white boots that laced up the front. The boots were remembered by the children who survived what followed, because all of them had to kneel before it and kiss it.

Billy Combes was barely eleven, and he and his buddy Jessie Jules tried to get out of attending the picnic with the strange woman, since they smelled trouble. But all of the children in those two dorms of the Kamloops Indian School were herded by catholic priests with cattle prods into the front hallway of the school, and from there, into the school bus that took them to Dead Man’s Creek, two miles west of there.

The woman was called “Your Majesty” by the priests who accompanied her, and she was joined by a thin and cold-eyed man that one of the priests called the Prince. It was a short ride down a dusty gravel road.

Once they’d arrived at the Creek, the woman and the Prince stood apart from the children and examined them like they were cattle at an auction. The woman even pointed at several of the children. The priest in charge, a Brother Murphy, began separating ten children from the main group: seven boys and three girls, all of them from that part of central British Columbia.

None of them was older than ten years old.

The Queen and the Prince left with the children soon after that, while the other kids were given lemonade to drink. Billy remembers the lemonade. It had a strange taste to it, and all the remaining kids were forced to drink it. Billy remembers nothing after that until he awoke in his bed back in the dorm.

None of the ten children who left with the Queen and the Prince were ever seen again.

Brother Murphy heard Billy asking questions about the absent children a week or so later, and after pummeling Billy unconscious he placed him in a closet for two weeks where Billy almost died. But he never forgot about the ten missing children, or the strange woman with the white laced boots, on that day of October 10, 1964: a date whose numbers, like the disappeared boys and girls, all add up to ten.

“And Job had seven sons, and three daughters … and behold, there came a great wind from beyond the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, which fell upon the children of Job, and they were killed …” (Job 1:2, 19)

Billy Combes began speaking about that day when the Kamloops Ten disappeared; not just on my radio program, but in interviews, at rallies, and even once to a reporter who quickly hurried away when he realized what Billy was saying.

That went on until the day that Billy was killed at St. Paul’s catholic hospital in Vancouver, just before he was to come to London, England and speak about what he knew before a public Tribunal.

“Doppelganger” drama of a post-Revolutionary Canada will begin production this fall

Fresh on the heels of an official Canadian acknowledgement of the genocide that killed thousands of Indian children, the man who brought it all to public light has written a hard hitting play about the crime that reviewers have already called “a stirring masterpiece and whodunit … akin to The Man in the Glass Booth”. The play is “Doppelganger”, and will commence production in September. Its protagonist is a former Canadian clergyman on trial for war crimes at the hands of an aboriginal government in a post-revolutionary Canada.

The author of the play is Kevin Annett, who led the twenty year campaign to expose and prosecute crimes in Canadian Indian residential schools.

“We’re putting out a casting call in September and will begin production that same month” Kevin announced today from New York City, where he is lecturing and reading from his new novel Samuel Wedge: Memoir of Necropolis. (Author House, 2015)

“Doppelganger is a play that turns the tables on the ones who got away with the crime, and places them in the docket. Naturally, Canadian theater companies have been loath to produce it. But considering the timeliness and undeniability of the issue, this is a work that cries out for viewing.”

Why is Canada still lying about how four Indian boys died? A Post-Mortem Study of how a Crime Carries On

To allege they were merely trying to visit their parents over the holiday does not correspond with the facts of their deaths.”

The picture of their corpses appeared on the internet suddenly and conveniently this year. It was in fact the first time an image of dead residential school children was ever shown to the Canadian public, which says a lot. But why now, and why this particular photograph?

Hold on to that question.

There are only three Indian boys in the picture, but four of them were said to have died: frozen to death on January 2, 1937 after fleeing from the Lejac Catholic school in central British Columbia. In the photo, the features of the three boys show no trauma, but are composed, their hair combed, and their arms tied neatly across their chests. Their corpses are also garbed in heavy winter clothing.

Someone dressed them up that way after they died, and posed their bodies for the camera.

The first Coroner’s report claimed that the boys were not found in winter clothes but rather in “light summer clothing, lacking even overcoats and footwear.” Clearly, something terrible enough caused these boys to flee from the Lejac Indian school in the depth of night, in a blizzard, with only the clothes on their back. A cover story of their wanting to “visit their parents” was made up after the fact.

The same Coroner also reported that one of the boys had still been alive when their bodies were found. But the final Inquiry report says that all the boys were dead when discovered. So what happened to that fourth boy?

All of these inconsistencies were quickly concealed by government and church authorities in the days following their death. A fake story was issued. And that lie is still being propagated today, in accounts of the boys’ deaths published as recently as January, 2014 in the National Post.

So, why is there this continuing Big Lie? And why is this photograph being issued, right now?

The runaway boys’ names were Allen Willie, Andrew Paul, Maurice Justin and Johnny Jack, and they were all eight or nine years old. I know their story well, because I first came across it in the spring of 1999 as a doctoral student in Vancouver. The documents I unearthed then from Indian Affairs archives showed a clear cover up of what happened to the boys. And for sixteen years, not surprisingly, nobody in the media, government or academic world has wanted to look at what I unearthed.

That said, the evidence suggesting foul play and concealment is even more damning, when we consider the identity of the Coroner who kept changing his account of the boys’ fate.

The man’s name was Dr. C.W. Pitts, the Indian school medical inspector for central B.C. He was also the son of a residential school Principal who was accused during the same period of torturing children at the Port Alberni facility. Dr. Pitts the younger wrote a remarkable letter to the local Indian Agent barely one year before the four boys died, in which he admitted that a genocidal “two standards of care” system operated in the residential schools, including at Lejac.

Referring to his examination of Indian kids at Lejac and stating that such regular medical care of these children would “serve no purpose”, Pitts explained that,

“Were I to apply the standards of health to them that is applied to children of the white schools, I should have to discharge 90% of them and there would be no school left” (October 22, 1935)

In short, a lower standard of care for Indian children means that lots of them could die or suffer at an “acceptable level”, and it would never be reported or dealt with. This “two standards” was an effective and legal way for massive killings of children to occur.

Two months after the death of the runaway boys, for instance, the same Dr. Pitts reported that children were routinely being admitted to Lejac who were suffering from “active tuberculosis”: a practice still reported a dozen years later at the same school, in 1948.

It’s clear now that the Lejac school was a “Special Treatment” facility in which germ warfare and experimental research was conducted routinely on Indian children by church and military doctors, just like at the Catholic Kuper Island school, the Anglican Mohawk school in Brantford, and the United Church facility in Port Alberni. And so it’s not surprising that the Lejac runaways of 1937 were driven to their deaths and that one of them was killed to keep things quiet.

As part of Canada’s big genocidal secret, the official story of these four boys’ fate is an “approved”, sanitized account of residential school deaths; and as such, it is one required and usable these days by the government’s Holocaust-Denying “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” (TRC).

The TRC, after all, has publicly acknowledged that thousands of children died in the system. Now, they have to produce the evidence behind their claim: but only the right kind of evidence, which will incriminate nobody and continue the veil of secrecy over the “Special Treatment” programs. And that’s why we are allowed to see only this one manufactured image of three dead Lejac boys, and none of the other pictures stashed away in the hidden military archives from which this picture emerged.

I still find it mind boggling how controlled a land is Canada, when not a single image of the dead is allowed to emerge for decades, and only then at the hands of the perpetrators. To say that the church and state criminals still have a firm monopoly on official truth is an understatement;  and what is remarkable is how unchallenged they continue to be by otherwise “aware” Canadians.

But “one man and the truth makes a majority”, I have learned: and this latest exposure of how Canada has continued to mask a cover-up of murder 78 years old shows that the residential schools Genocide is hardly a dead issue, or a “resolved” one.

The hunt for the assassins continues.

Murray: Ok, got it! (pause, clears his throat) “According to our painstaking research and without acknowledging any prior knowledge of or complicity in the alleged incidents, our Commission has concluded that some children died in the residential school system.”

Wink: Some?

Murray: That’s right.

Wink: How many is some?

Murray: Well, I haven’t checked with our legal department about the specifics, Wink …

Wink: Bloody lawyers, eh Murray? (laughter) So what, did your solicitors dig the graves? Don’t answer that, Murray. I wouldn’t put anything past a lawyer.

(laughter)

Murray: (chortling) You should try living with one.

(greater laughter)

Wink: Hey, that’s good, Murray! You’re a real funny guy! (laughter) So anyway, about those dead children …

Murray: There were two of them. I think.

Wink: Two?

Murray: Yeah, well, one for sure. We’re not certain about the other one.

Wink: Two dead children. (pause) Wow, Murray, that’s great detective work. (laughter) So how much have you hit the taxpayers for all that, you chubby faced enemy of the people?

(laughter)

Murray: (sheepishly) Oh, well, it’s somewhere around $68 million, I guess.

Wink: Holy shit, Fat Man! That’s $34 million a corpse!

Murray: No, now just wait, Wink! We had lots of other expenses on the TRC!

Wink: Such as?

Murray: Well, our offices, for one thing. And all the paperclips. You wouldn’t believe the paperwork we had!

Wink: Uh huh.

Murray: Then there were all the luncheon meetings …

Wink: Yeah, we heard about those. Mighty fancy spreads you laid out for yourselves, Murray. Fresh trout, filet mignon, baked Alaska, and all the booze you could stand!

Murray: Well, that’s just your standard Canadian government protocol, you know.

Wink: No doubt. (laughter) I see you’ve got a sweet tooth too, Murray.

Murray: What?

Wink: A Ms. Elsie Two Feathers says she saw you scarf down more than a dozen pastries during just one session of your TRC forum. (laughter) Elsie and her friends even gave you an Ojibway Indian name after that …

Murray: (proudly) Really?

Wink: Yeah. “Eats Many Muffins”.

(Laughter)

Murray: (indignantly) I’m on a weight loss program, just so you know, Wink.

Wink: You could have fooled me. (laughter) Anyway, Murray, let’s move on to talk about the “G” word.

Murray: The what?

Wink: Genocide, Murray.

Murray: Oh, we never use that term, Wink. We say cultural genocide.

Wink: Say, what?

Murray: Cultural genocide. It sounds nicer. Not so hard on the ears.

Wink: Or on the bank accounts, eh Murray? (laughter) Alright then, Muffin Man. We’ll play in your ballpark. What is this “cultural genocide” thing, anyway?

Murray: It’s when we didn’t appreciate their language.

(pregnant pause)

Wink: Yeah? And?

Murray: And nothing. We were just, you know, kind of insensitive to the Indians.

Wink: Right. And by “we”, you mean who exactly?

Murray: Well, the white people, of course.

Wink: But you’re an aboriginal, aren’t you, Murray?

(pause)

Murray: Oh. Right. I forgot. (laughter) Well, okay, I meant, they were insensitive, uh, to us. The Indians.

Wink: Is that why those kids died, Murray? From insensitivity?

Murray: Well, no. They caught a cold, or something.

Wink: The two of them.

(Another pregnant pause)

Murray: You know, come to think of it … (sound of more rustling papers) … Right. I guess there was more than two.

(laughter)

Wink: Really? How many more?

(pause)

Murray: Well, like I said, Wink, I have to check with the lawyers first …

Wink: Right. (laughter) Say Murray, if you need some help with that, you could just ask the people who put them in the ground.

Murray: What? (pause) Who do you mean?

Wink: The churches, numb nuts.

(laughter)

Murray: Oh, no, we couldn’t do that! I mean, my own wife is a United Church member!

Wink: Apparently. (laughter) You much of a church goer, Murray?

Murray: (cautiously) Sometimes. But just on certain holidays …

Wink: So you never asked the churches where those dead kids ended up?

Murray: No.

Wink: That’s great police work, Murray. Leave out the prime suspects. (laughter)
Murray: (impulsively) Now look, Wink, don’t blame me for everything! Things were arranged long before I showed up!

(Yet another pregnant pause)

Wink: Oh yeah? Like, what kind of arrangement? (long pause) Murray?

Murray: Yes?

Wink: Are you saying the whole TRC was fixed?

Murray: That’s pretty judgmental of you, Wink. We prefer to call it healing and reconciliation.

Wink: Meaning, what?

Murray: If you start accusing people of things, that just causes bad feelings, Wink.

Wink: Well, we wouldn’t want that, Tonto. (laughter) Now Murray, I hear you’ve been personally attacked by certain people …

Murray: (angrily) Oh yeah? Who?

Wink: Let me finish …

Murray: If it’s someone called Denise I completely deny all of her allegations! I was nowhere near that hotel on the night she claims!

Wink: Excuse me?

(pause)

Murray: Oh. Sorry. Never mind.

(laughter)

Wink: Actually, I was referring to some of the public critics of the TRC …

Murray: (moaning) Oh, not him again!

Wink: What?

Murray: Him! That smart ass out on the west coast! He’s just a no good son of a …

Wink: Murray, now be nice!

Murray: Oh but you will! That’s how he works! He uses that know-it-all mouth of his to worm his way into the media …

Murray: It’s the old sex appeal gimmick! It works every time! Even I almost fell for it!

Murray: Sure! There I was, at the Bayshore Inn one night, my hand on the phone, ready to call up that little prick and ask him out … I tell you, he’s seductive, that one. His soft compelling voice with its masculine undertone, brimming with self-confidence and virility … Jesus! If only he worked for me! I tell you, I’d whip him into line … Yeah …

(A very pregnant pause)

Wink: Murray?

Murray: What?

Wink: We were talking about the TRC. And its critics.

(pause)

Murray: Oh yeah? Oh, right. Well, that’s him. He’s the opposition.

Wink: Who?

Murray: Jesus H. Murphy, Wink! Are you covering for that little ex-Reverend? (pause) Are you working with him too, that fucking hottie?

Wink: Okay, Murray, why don’t we switch gears for a moment …

Murray: Sure. Fine. Just let him get away with it again …

Wink: Who’s getting away with what, guy?

Murray: (screeching) Him! He’s out there, lying about me, teasing me … as if he’s the only one who’s ever published statistics or occupied a church …

Wink: Oh. I get it.

Murray: What?

Wink: You’re talking about …

Murray: No! I refuse to hear his name! That’s what we told the Globe and Mail! You print his name ever again, you quote that little white prick, and you’re gonners! Slam dunk!

Wink: What else did your media buddies agree not to mention, Murray?

Murray: You don’t expect me to answer that, do you?

Canada evades its Genocidal legacy to mask its ongoing crimes

Whenever the winners of a war write its official history and pronounce absolution on themselves, the results are both tragic, and comic. Canada demonstrated that in spades this past week when the government-run “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” (TRC) released its “official” report on the homegrown church-and-state slaughter of thousands of native children in the so-called “Indian residential school” system.

Despite the rapturous attention the TRC report received in the world press, it said nothing we didn’t already know, and that I personally didn’t broadcast to a deaf world as far back as June of 1998. What the TRC report did do was to cast a thick veil around Canada’s crimes of the past in order to protect its crimes of the present, like institutionalized child trafficking.

To the uninformed, and to those who somehow consider it legitimate for criminals to investigate themselves, it is a convincing enough veil. All the right words were used in the TRC report, concealed of course by horror-softening adjectives: an antiseptic term like “cultural genocide” becomes a substitute for the truth of tortured bodies, sterilized genitals, and violated and torn little children tossed into mass graves at night. Can 50,000 dead innocents really constitute simply a “cultural” extermination?

Besides, regardless of its beguiling doublespeak and outright lies, the TRC report could hardly have unearthed any type of truth about crimes in the residential schools when the primary perpetrators of those crimes – the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada – were given years to destroy incriminating evidence, trash or hide documents, silence eyewitnesses and obliterate grave sites stuffed with their young victims.

Any judge that allowed a suspected killer to do such a thing would obviously be charged with aiding and abetting crime, and removed from his office. But that’s precisely what the TRC – whose Directors were nominated by these same churches – allowed them to do.

At what even the media called the “circus like atmosphere” at the TRC forums, any residential school survivor who wished to speak had to submit their statement to the TRC officers for screening and censoring before they could make them. Then they got a whopping ten minutes to make their statement. Yet Church officials who used the forum to spout their “we were only trying to do good” propaganda had no such time restrictions placed on them. “It was disgusting, like sitting in the same room with my rapist and having to go through it all over again” one old Cowichan woman said to me after a TRC event in Victoria, BC.

Even worse, whenever survivors mentioned the names of their torturers or those who’d killed children, it was all carefully stricken from the TRC transcripts. That fact alone goes far to disqualify the TRC from any claims at legitimacy or legality: something the global media seem to be ignoring.

“How can all this crap produce anything but a total white wash of our genocide?” bemoaned Squamish Chief Gerry Kiapilano to me after sitting through an early TRC forum in Vancouver.

A white wash is precisely what the TRC report produced, seven years later. But if one can stomach sifting through its hundreds of politically correct, lawyer-crafted pages, much of which is distraction and padding, the ultimate strategy of the report does emerge: namely, to minimize the total dead body count in the residential schools so as to “prove” that the genocide wasn’t intentional.  For if there’s no intention, there is no crime, under the law.

Half the children dead is clearly a deliberate genocide, whereas one tenth of them dead is simply “negligence”. And so the TRC spin machine went to work to convince us that, rather than the figure of 50,000 and more dead children yielded by a simple calculation of the constant 40% plus death rate that was the norm for nearly a century, only “four of five thousand” kids actually died.

That low a figure, spread over more than one hundred residential schools, means that according to the TRC, only fifty children died in the entire system every year, or one death for every second school! Such a grotesque Holocaust denial is not only absurd but disproved by all of the records, which routinely report dozens of deaths at individual schools every year, especially in the west.

Given such bald faced deception, it’s hardly surprising that the TRC chairman, a corpulent puppet Indian named Murray Sinclair, recently issued the lie that “the (Canadian) government stopped publishing residential school death records in 1920”. That’s an odd claim to make, even for a sellout, since I have time and again found and published such government death records that span the years 1889 to 1969. I even sent copies of them to Murray.

If the intent of these “schools” wasn’t genocidal, then why did that enormous death rate of 40% to 60% never subside, decade after decade? And why was it present the very first year that the western residential schools opened, in 1889? (www.itccs.org)

Neither the TRC, nor anyone in Parliament or the media or the universities, has ever bothered to address these questions, any more than they are searching for all of those missing children in the twenty eight mass graves documented by me across Canada. For to do so would be to point towards the obvious conclusion that the TRC was established to avoid: that Canada and its churches deliberately exterminated tens of thousands of children, and that this genocide machine has never been turned off.

The massive trafficking and torture of aboriginal children through the government’s “child care” and foster care system; the continual murder of reserve Indians for their lands and resources; and the “Agenda 21” plan of depopulating indigenous nations to one tenth of their present levels by mid-century are the hard indicators of these ongoing Canadian crimes that the TRC was set up to conceal.

Fortunately, there is a little matter called International Law, which ever since the Nuremberg judgements has clearly said that citizens under a proven criminal regime like Canada are not only obligated but required not to pay it taxes or obey its laws. Such a regime, in fact, has lost its right to govern, and it must be replaced by a new political arrangement that is lawful, and that reflects the will of the people.

In short, more than damage control was at work in the TRC fiasco. The very survival of that corporate redundancy called the crown of England is at stake, especially now that patriots have proclaimed an alternative to it and to genocidal Canada, through the new common law jurisdiction of the Republic of Kanata. Rather than the neat resolution hoped for by its blood soaked creators, the TRC has unwittingly opened the door to the disestablishment of Canadian church and state as convicted criminal actors, by confirming that thousands of children died at their hands. None of us are compelled to cooperate with genocidal institutions, and indeed, to do so is to collude in a crime against humanity.

Amidst a similar revolution against the British crown and its tyranny in 1778, Thomas Paine observed that regimes that are collapsing tend to make decisions that are increasingly suicidal, as if seeking out their own destruction. Christian Canada and its sponsors in London and Rome have borne out this axiom. The only question now is whether We the People of Kanata will take advantage of such an historic opportunity, and cleanse our country once and for all of its legacy of institutionalized mass murder.
