Great Moments in the History of White People in Canada

Part One: How the Fix Began, or, Sweeping Up the Little Bones

Sunday, April 14, 1996 – Port Alberni, British Columbia

With a foresight unusual for United Church of Canada bureaucrats, Marion Best and Virginia Coleman of the General Council Office convene a secret meeting this evening with top officials of the west coast Nuu-Chah-Nulth Tribal Council (NTC). The latter have recently commenced the first major class action lawsuit against that church for the crimes committed by its employees in its Alberni Indian residential school.

Marion and Virginia have brought along their cheque book.

The confidential conclave is not without a touch of irony, for it takes place at St. Andrew’s United Church, the former clerical abode of the Reverend Kevin D. Annett, who has just recently been fired without cause and threatened with defrocking by the same top church officers after he imprudently began asking questions about missing brown children at the said school.

Unfortunately for the beleaguered duo of Marion Best and Virginia Coleman, one of Kevin’s associates, the Reverend Bruce Gunn, is present that night at the secret meeting with the west coast chiefs. And like the proverbial fly on the wall, or snake in the grass, depending on one’s viewpoint, Bruce Gunn later gives to the sadder but wiser Reverend Annett a blow by blow account of what transpired.

The buck that evening stops with Virginia Coleman, who as General Secretary of the United Church brandishes an offer she is sure the chubby NTC chieftains will not refuse.

“The United Church is willing to provide some monetary compensation to a limited number of our former residential school students” she declares, her eyes never lifting from her attorney’s carefully worded script. “But there are two conditions to our offer.”

One can assume that at this point, visions of something more than sugar plums are starting to dance in the heads of the Indians who are present, all of whom learned the score while children themselves in the local death camp called a residential school.

The first condition is that you must agree to restrict your litigation to issues of personal injury and not matters of a criminal nature, such as the alleged killing of students. And the second condition is that you must disassociate yourselves from Kevin Annett and his claims of murders in the Alberni residential school.

Our faithful observer, Bruce Gunn, was surprised by the speed with which the august body of aboriginal leaders gobbled up the deal. Nelson Keitlah, Cliff Atleo and all the other NTC brass who were present that evening swallowed what was offered to them, but not, of course, before demanding an added sweetener in the form of certain considerable benefits that would accrue to themselves personally as part of the backroom arrangement.

Not surprisingly, there was a general atmosphere of good will and “reconciliation” prevailing afterwards among the pale and brown skinned aficionados who were present that night. That spirit of course did not extend to anyone outside the Arrangement: especially to Kevin Annett, his family, or any of the many thousands of residential school “survivors” who could now expect, at best, a few drops of blood money.

Those of us who occasionally wonder why no native politician in Canada has ever called for a criminal prosecution of the churches that killed 60,000 of their own relatives should remember the Port Alberni meeting of April 14, 1996. For that night’s Arrangement set the pattern for all of the subsequent concealment of Genocide in Canada by the churches that did the killing and their willing accomplices who call themselves “First Nations leaders”.

United Nations head censured as ITCCS activates new campaign to disestablish criminal powers

Kevin Annett’s “speaking and recruitment” tour expands to Canada and Europe, activates indigenous missing children inquiry in America

Update One: New York City – Censure, Remove top UN leader

A motion to officially censure and remove United Nations Secretary General Ban-Ki Moon from his position will be introduced this morning by a group of delegates and NGO officials at U.N. Headquarters in New York.

The motion is prompted by Ban-Ki Moon’s refusal to fulfil his oath of office and expel three convicted criminal regimes – Canada, Great Britain and the Vatican – from the U.N. General Assembly, as requested by a Letter of Demand given to him on March 31.

“The Secretary General is protecting and colluding with regimes proven to have committed and concealed the murder of children, and are still engaged in crimes against humanity” remarked Kevin Annett, who delivered the Demand Letter to Ban-Ki Moon’s office on March 31 on behalf of the ITCCS, whose common law courts lawfully convicted the three criminal states of genocide and criminal conspiracy.

“Ban-Ki Moon had thirty days to respond and he didn’t. So now it’s up to the international community to stop these regimes when the so-called official leaders refuse to do so.”

Speaking from an ITCCS conference at Mount Shasta, California today, Kevin and other ITCCS officials outlined a new international campaign to enforce its common law court verdicts against Canada, Great Britain and the Vatican by disestablishing and replacing these powers. (See following report)

Update Two: Mount Shasta – Global Conference activates “grassroots revolution”

After gathering in closed session for three days, top ITCCS officers and field secretaries from six nations approved a new international campaign to replace criminally-convicted regimes with sovereign common law Republics.

The ITCCS campaign will include establishing Peoples’ Assembles and common law courts of record to “actively reclaim the law and government from the murderous corporate elites who are destroying our liberties and our world”, according to Elise Depardieu of the ITCCS General Council.

“We will use the same methods that convicted and deposed Pope Benedict: a grass roots revolution based on people directly reclaiming lawful power in their own communities. You can expect to see the citizen arrest of known and convicted child killers and the seizure of their property and assets.”

As part of this campaign, in Sacramento, California aboriginal survivors of Catholic-led genocide announced today a plan to launch their own common law courts to prosecute and halt land theft, child trafficking and murder among their people. Their courts will also conduct “the same kind of exposure of the ongoing genocide that Kevin Annett has so successfully achieved in Canada”, according to a spokeswoman of the Navajo nation.

Representatives of the new indigenous coalition met this past week with Kevin Annett during his speaking tour across northern California.

Update Three: Kevin Annett tour to expand to Canada, Europe

Spurred by a growing demand for his two new books (“Unrelenting: Between Sodom and Zion” and “Murder by Decree: The Crime of Genocide in Canada” - amazon.com) , Kevin Annett will expand his “speaking and recruitment tour” across Canada and Europe during the spring and summer months.

Besides giving book readings and lectures, Kevin will work with local activists to conduct training workshops in the common law and spiritual-political reclamation.

“I’ve had invitations from Vancouver to Ireland to Russia” remarked Kevin today. “Our work has finally hit a critical mass and people everywhere are moving from awareness to action. Both of my books are part of the historical movement that brought down a pope and showed people how they can win against oligarchies, and that’s inspiring a new kind of groundswell.”

Expel Canada, United Kingdom and the Vatican from the UN General Assembly: Letter of Demand issued to Secretary-General Ban-Ki Moon

Breaking News from the United Nations:

New York City: (Dateline 31 March, 2016)

A Public Notice and Letter of Demand was issued today to Ban-Ki Moon, U.N. Secretary-General, calling on him to fulfill his Oath of Office by barring three convicted criminal states from membership in the General Assembly. Those states are Canada, the United Kingdom and the Vatican – “Holy See”.

The Demand was submitted to the UN Secretariat by a delegation from the International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) and its North American Field Secretary Kevin Annett.

A copy of the Demand Letter follows.

Along with the Letter, which requires a response from Ban-Ki Moon within thirty days, the delegation presented to his office a copy of its recently-published report on Genocide in Canada entitled “Murder by Decree”, which contains incontrovertible evidence of the genocidal acts and intents of these states towards indigenous people in Canada.

Kevin Annett, interviewed outside the United Nations today, stated,

“I would be surprised if the Secretary-General refused to reply, considering the diplomatic nature of the Demand Letter and the public and legal perception that his lack of a reply would generate that he is colluding with the criminal states in question”.

The Demand Letter and the report “Murder by Decree: The Crime of Genocide in Canada” can be viewed at www.itccs.org and www.murderbydecree.com . Further updates will be posted this week.

Amazon review of Unrelenting: Between Sodom and Zion by Kevin D. Annett

Once a generation, if we’re lucky, a prophet arises among us who will relentlessly call us out on our insane abuses of the innocent and vulnerable, and who will also enlighten a path for those among us who are ready to surrender our ignorance and complacency.  For us, this prophet is Kevin Annett.  There are others, thankfully, but none I know of whose call is as searching and clarion as his.

In Unrelenting, Kevin Annett moves us along seamlessly from his own roots, to their flowering in his eviction not only from the church ministry but also from life as he knew it, to the international movement he has stirred.  Naming his passionate detractors and attracting wounded witnesses and a few survivors of the genocidal Canadian holocaust, he airs children’s buttons and bones, charred and buried in dirt, entangled in the roots of trees planted to cover the crimes.  He bares the horrors hidden underneath the robes that swagger within the courts, churches and palaces.

Kevin Annett details the long trail of progress through truth-gathering and truth-telling to strategic action, when he spearheaded the creation of the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ).  Public summonses were issued, not to the usual scapegoats, but to the usurpers of royal thrones and to the papacy itself.  No guns, no bombs, just the power of the truth ferreted out, fearlessly told, and finally administered by common law.  The world knows about the pope’s resignation; now the inside story is told.

The paradox of enlightenment is that the greater the beam the greater the darkness that is exposed, and the darkness revealed in Unrelenting is of such a depth that, even while cheering the toppling of the usurpers of power and decrying the murders of the little ones, we would gladly look the other way, returning to our preoccupation with our own births and deaths and all that goes between.

We can conspire to kill the messenger, lash out in resistance, avert our eyes, or just stand in awe.  Or we can take in the stark revelations and allow them to permeate our reality and influence the ways in which we proceed.  How we cross that Rubicon and where we alight on the opposite shore will differ for each of us, with the caveat:  there is no return.  Such is the effect ofUnrelenting upon the sincere reader.  Yet, the author does not leave us in the furnaces or the hells he has exposed; there is a path home.

Few authors can present their own narrative with as much coherence and flow, born of relentless honesty and unfaltering focus.  Time and what the rest of us do will reveal the ongoing effects of what is past; and whether what is done as recorded in Unrelenting remains the most important story in memory, or the beginning of a global healing that is long overdue.

A Counter Report to the “Truth and Reconciliation Commission”
Edited by Kevin D. Annett

Inline image 1
400 pages; List Price: $20.00
“Murder by Decree” is an uncensored record of the planned extermination of indigenous children in Canada’s murderous “Indian residential schools”. It is issued as a corrective Counter Report to the miscarriage of justice by Church and State known as the “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” (TRC).

Based on eyewitness testimonies and archival documentation deliberately suppressed or ignored by the TRC, “Murder by Decree” proves that the genocide of indigenous people began as a religion-led campaign and continues to be a deliberate governmental policy in Canada. This Counter Report reveals these startling facts:

- Over half of Indian residential school children began dying the very first year these church-run facilities were opened

- This huge mortality rate continued unabated for over a half century because of deliberate practices of germ warfare according to a prescribed monthly “death quota”

- Evidence of these crimes and their intentional nature has been continually destroyed by the RCMP and the Catholic, Anglican and United Church since at least 1960

- The same genocide continues today, is aimed at indigenous women and children, and is driven by foreign corporate interests hungry for native lands and resources

Murder by Decree is issued by The International Tribunal for the Disappeared of Canada (ITDC), an international coalition of jurists and human rights groups. The ITDC was formed in December, 2015 to investigate the disappearance of people in Canada, prosecute those responsible and prevent a further whitewash by Canada of its Crimes against Humanity.

This report is an answer to these crimes and an urgent summons to the world and to all Canadians to live no longer under genocidal regimes.

Let Willie Pickton Speak: Revealing the Bigger Picture of Canada’s Genocide

by Kevin D. Annett

Inline image 1

“Pickton was the straw man set up for everyone to gawk at and hate while the real killers got away. The arrangement was vast and orchestrated from the very top”. – Grant Wakefield, former CSIS agent and undercover operative at the “Piggy’s Palace” killing site,  August 4, 2011

“It’s not just our women who are going missing. Whole families are disappearing, starting with the children.  Our northern communities are being wiped out for their land by big corporations and their hired RCMP thugs. It’s the residential school genocide taken to its next step.” – Carol Martin, Vancouver, September 12, 2008

I’ve never met the alleged serial killer Willie Pickton, but he and I have this much in common: we have both just published books that have Canada’s power brokers worried.

Willie’s book, Pickton in his Own Words, claims that he was framed by the RCMP for the murder of dozens of mostly aboriginal women. My own book, Murder by Decree: The Crime of Genocide in Canada, shows that such organized race killing is endemic to this nation and carries on today.

Like anyone who’s worked for many years on the streets of Vancouver’s downtown east side, I learned early on and firsthand of the deep complicity of both the RCMP and Vancouver police in the rape, disappearance and killing of local, mostly aboriginal women. These killings are no more random or aimless than were the murder by decree of more than 50,000 Indian residential school children. They were all in fact targeted executions designed to wipe out traditional native families to steal their lands and complete the final extermination of their nations.

Canada is doing its best to hide these racial murders and protect the real killers through sanitized “inquiries” run by the very groups responsible for our homegrown genocide. Our two books throw a damning spotlight on this cover up.

My book exposes the most blatant of these show pieces – the so-called Truth and Reconciliation Commission” (TRC) that found nobody guilty for the residential schools massacre – by publishing evidence suppressed by the TRC that proves that genocide in Canada by church and state was deliberate and institutionalized from the beginning, and has been massively concealed. And Willie Pickton’s book threatens to derail the government’s controlled in-house “Inquiry into Missing Native Women” by discarding his assigned role as official scapegoat for the organized racially targeted killing of Indians.

Regardless of Willie Pickton’s real or imagined involvement in these killings, he – like me – is a target of a huge public hatred and fear incited by those who stand to lose by the truth coming out. Insiders to a crime, after all, are always the most dangerous of witnesses. But no amount of fear mongering can mask these inconvenient truths:

1. Policemen, crown prosecutors and politicians were all present at Piggy Palace parties where women were tortured and killed, as routinely as “visiting dignitaries” at residential schools abducted and murdered children;

2. At least three other body dumping sites have been identified in Vancouver where Dave Pickton was seen depositing human remains: sites that both the police and media refuse to investigate as steadfastly as they ignore the twenty eight documented mass grave sites of residential school children;

3. As with the TRC cover up of the residential school genocide, every effort to extend the web of criminal complicity past lone individuals has been deliberately stopped and suppressed by the courts and the police;

4. The “official” dead body count, whether of residential school children or aboriginal women today, has been kept ludicrously low, contrary to all the evidence; and

5. Lawyers for aboriginal victims’ families have actively colluded with police and government to suppress any evidence suggesting a wider, systemic crime and not merely an episodic one.

It is truly remarkable how uniform is the pattern of official malfeasance and its accompanying obfuscation, whether years ago or today.

A west coast Indian Agent in January, 1940 expressed this design perhaps more honestly than most bureaucrats when he wrote, after the standard cursory inspection following the death of children at the United Church residential school in Ahousaht, B.C.:

“As this was the property of the church, care was taken to avoid too close an inquiry.”  (P.D. Ashbridge to Indian Affairs, January 17, 1940)

Honesty at the top or not, indigenous nations in Canada are still as firmly in the cross hairs of big money and their state accomplices as they ever were. Foreign investors with a stake in the riches of Canada’s western and northern regions – especially Chinese cartels – are the force behind the reign of terror being unleashed on aboriginal families to dispossess them of their lands and their children. The RCMP is the hired gun working for this Mob and the courts stand by to smooth the arrangement, while Ottawa dissimulates and prattles on about “healing and reconciliation”.

For these reasons and more, the systematic killing of native women and children across Canada will continue, for it is not only a profitable venture but the key to wiping out such a targeted culture over time. And so too will carry on the silencing of voices opposed to this genocidal paradigm and its official narrative. So don’t expect either my book or Willie Pickton’s to hit the Canadian bestseller list, or even to survive to a second edition.

That’s all the more reason, of course, to get our books.
