Pope Francis named by eyewitness as child trafficker

Exclusive reports from Madrid and Rome:

A former civil servant in the Argentine military junta who is living in exile in Spain claims that Pope Francis engineered the kidnapping and trafficking of children of political prisoners during the Dirty War of the 1970′s.
Ch
The man bases his claim on his personal involvement in meetings between Bergoglio and senior junta members that secured the child trafficking networks using Catholic orphanages and religious bodies as covers.

A Spanish reporter who has interviewed the former civil servant states,

“This guy is genuine and has many names and dates, and notes from meetings. Apparently, Bergoglio was promised the top spot in the Argentine church if he cooperated with the junta. So it’s small wonder that as the Pope, he’s made it harder for honest catholics to report child abuse, considering his own complicity.”

In related news, a Vatican source claims that former Pope Benedict (Joseph Ratzinger) secured an agreement with Queen Elizabeth as head of the Church of England to conceal child rape in that body by adopting the provisions of the canon law “Crimen Sollicitationas”.

The agreement was made at Holyrood Castle in Edinburgh on September 16, 2010, during the Pope’s unprecedented visit to England that month, the first such visit in papal history.

The adoption of the notorious law by Queen Elizabeth was one of the conditions for the absorption of the Anglican church back into the Church of Rome. It compels all Anglican clergy to subvert the laws of their own countries by protecting child rapists in their ranks, silencing victims and not telling the police of the crime.

Pope Benedict resigned on February 11, 2013, followed in August by the equally unexpected resignation of Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, who helped to broker the Holyrood Agreement.

The cancellation of Queen Elizabeth’s novel trip to the Vatican in March, 2013 soon after the appointment of Jorge Bergoglio as Pope Francis 1 was connected to the new Pope’s concerns that the Holyrood agreement might surface.

“Papa Francis was determined to keep the Holyrood deal secret at whatever cost because of his own ‘reform’ image and his plans to entrench Crimen even more completely in church law, which he did in his July 11 Apostolic Letter” states the Vatican source.

“One of his conditions for being made Pontiff was the dismissal of Bertone, who might link him to Holyrood. As a Jesuit, Il Papa knows you must feign one thing while doing another”.

In response to these latest revelations, the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels is actively proceeding with its next major case, in which its Prosecutors’ Office will seek the prosecution of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, on a charge of criminal conspiracy and aiding and abetting human trafficking.

The Court will issue its first Statement of Claim and Summonses no later than March 30, 2014.

The same Court issued a Legal Declaration on August 4, 2013, naming the Crown of England and the Roman Catholic Church as Transnational Criminal bodies under international law.

Further consequences of these facts will be disclosed this Friday, February 7 at a special press conference convened by ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett, commencing at 11 am outside the Canadian consulate at 1251 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.

Breaking and Thrilling News from ITCCS Central: Thursday, January 23, 2014 Jailed ITCCS member David Compan is released from London mental hospital following protests Also … Indicting the new Pope, the Banksters and Chemtrailers: New Common Law court actions are unveiled this week, along with new ICLCJ website and radio program

Thursday, January 23, 2014

London, UK: After being swamped with phone calls and a threat of an occupation, the authorities at the Park Royal Mental Health Centre have released incarcerated “thought criminal” David Compan, an ITCCS activist.

“They were going to hold him for ‘examination’ for at least 28 days, but now suddenly he’s free” explained Rhianne Mockridge, ITCCS organizer in Coventry, England and a friend of David.

“We know it’s because of the stink people were raising about David. The phones were ringing off the hook at the hospital so much that they stopped answering them! Thanks to everyone for their help, it’s meant everything”.

David was originally arrested last month for posting the common law notices about the conviction of Pope Benedict, Queen Elizabeth and other officials for crimes against children. (see www.itccs.org)

David, Rhianne and others in Coventry will proceed now to convene a public court to prosecute other church and state officials for crimes against the community. They are joined by similar common law courts that are assembling in Holland, Canada and the United States. (see below)

For more information and to participate, contact itccscentral@gmail.com.

Well done, everyone! The power of the people always trumps lies!

New Common Law court cases, website and radio program are announced

1. The Brussels-based International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) has launched its own website at www.iclcj.com.

“We have courts convening in four countries this week, around issues as diverse as child trafficking, mortgage fraud and chemtrails” said George Dufort, the Court Secretary, from Brussels today.

“Obviously it’s time to display online their work and their documentation, so that their eventual verdicts can be understood and enforced by the community”.

Similarly, the ICLCJ is collaborating with the alternative media network Radio Warrior to host an initially monthly blog radio program known as We the Jury on the last Saturday of every month at 4 pm Eastern time and 9 pm GMT. The first broadcast will be this Saturday, January 25 at www.radiowarrior.ca.

2. Child trafficking and the Guilt of Pope Francis – Mortgage Fraud – and Atmospheric Chemical Spraying: The new ICLCJ cases

The Central Office of the ICLCJ has announced today three new court actions to commence under its auspices by March 15. These cases are:

1. A prosecution of international child trafficking, including the role of the Vatican and the present Pope Francis in aiding and abetting this crime. Launched by the Central Court in Brussels and by the Common Law Court of Holland.

2. A prosecution of fraudulent mortgage practices by banks and government agencies in the United States. Launched by the Common Law Court of New Hampshire.

3. A prosecution of those responsible for atmospheric chemical spraying (“chemtrails”). Launched by the Common Law Court of Long Island, New York.

The aim of all of these cases, brought by citizen prosecutors, will be to halt such criminal practices and to jail those liable and responsible.

These court cases will be guided by Natural Law, the protocols of due process, and the philosophy and procedures laid out in the Common Law Training Manual found online at www.itccs.org.

Come Clean, Jorge: An Open Letter to the Bishop of Rome (aka “Pope Francis”) from Kevin Annett

Dispatched December 6, 2013

jorge

Call no man on earth your Father, for you have only one father, who is in heaven. – Matthew 23:9

Above everything, any successful ruler must appear to be religious. – Nicolo Machiavelli

………………

That dumb little smirk of yours is really starting to bug me, Jorge.

Like, so what if you’re the CEO of the richest corporation on the planet? I don’t care how many media moguls adore your ass. Try some decorum, man. Consider the lilies of the field, or something.

Of course, it’s not that you don’t have every reason to be smiling these days. I mean, congratulations, boyo! You’ve really pulled it off! For who else but a Jesuit could get the world to believe he’s the next best thing to Jesus Christ himself, merely by smirking and waving for the cameras, and mouthing the politically correct phrases that raped and battered people so desperately need to hear?

Sure, any Spin Doctoring 101 graduate will give you top grades for how well you’ve spread a shiny veneer over that spiritual slag heap of yours in Rome. But don’t let that go to your head. We all know you’re a people pleaser and a guy who greases wheels and hands: just look at the brilliant publicity job you did for General Galtieri and his fellow bad boys down in Buenos Aires, during their Dirty Wars. You lie better than the best of them, Jorge, sincerely and convincingly: unlike your sorry predecessor, Herr Ratzinger, who even you Cardinals liked to call “Joe the Rat” for his unabashedly honest nastiness.

Say hi to Joe, by the way. From me. I hope he doesn’t bear me a grudge.

But enough of this gay banter, Jorge. I need you to clear up a few things for me, and the world.

I get you, so far. You’re keeping your critics and various lawyers bearing subpoenas at bay with your politically correct bafflegab while your Vatican Bank number crunchers transfer all that laundered mob money and war machine profits into various offshore hands, including in Bejing, apparently. Maybe it’s even true that you and the Chinese are trying to dominate world money markets with a single currency, as some of your own insiders claim. And so why shouldn’t your little distraction ploy work? It’s a tried and true method of all regimes under siege.

Well, as we say in Belfast, Jorge, I’ll have a pint if you’re buying, but only if your money’s good. And the looming fuck up on your gilded horizon is this: blame it on hubris, maybe, but the very success of your “Jorge the Second Coming” performance seems to be convincing you of your own lie, if judging by recent (and there have been many) public exhortations you’ve made.

Now that’s never good, according to Machiavelli, whom I know you read. That 16th century street wise advisor to popes told guys like you to never conceal their real purpose for too long lest they become entangled in their own dissimulation, and end up confusing and dividing their own court. You’re starting to do that, and apparently piss off some king-making Italian cardinals and their banksters who quite rightly know, as you do, that prayers and piety is fine for the masses, but that meanwhile, your god deals in cash and credit.

Anyway, Jorge, why don’t you just come clean? You know fully well that you’re not about to tamper with global capitalism or bring justice to the poor – although I did like that cute story your media people circulated recently, about you wandering like a latter day St. Francis through the streets of Rome at night, feeding the homeless. Very nice.

But don’t let all that feel good shit make you forget what happened to the last Pope who tried cleaning house and giving away the Vatican wealth, back in the fall of 1978. John Paul Number One died after 28 days in office – poisoned, apparently – while you, Jorge, are still very much alive. That sure tells us something.

Besides, the more you prattle on about justice and reform, dummy, the more your credibility starts hanging down somewhere below that spotless white robe of yours. Because after all is said and done, you are still the fiduciary (read: legally responsible) head of the biggest child trafficking racket and criminal conspiracy on the planet: a criminality you affirmed in your July 11 “Apostolic Letter”, which reminded all catholics that anyone who talks about in-church child rape can end up counting their rosary beads inside that dank private prison of yours in the Vatican’s basement.

Now that was more like it, Jorge. Machiavelli would be proud of such forthrightness. Rulers, he said, should never shrink from ruthlessness to protect their authority. And your Apostolic Letter was simply doing what Machiavelli prescribes, which is, when caught in a wrong, a ruler must pretend to be reforming his kingdom while eliminating any chance that he may be further exposed. He has to bury the evidence and plug all the information leaks, which is what you’ve done.

But holy shit, Jorge! Your mentor said to just pretend reform. Pretend! Don’t actually do it, stupid! For the last thing one does to a tottering regime like yours is to open the floodgates of change at critical moments.

Jesus, Jorge, you must know that. It’s elementary political arithmetic; and nobody gets to be CEO of the Beast in Rome without knowing the score. Maybe the professional shyster in you has us all fooled. Just don’t end up fooling yourself in the process: the cardinal sin for any ruler, says Machiavelli.

But here’s the final rub, Jorge, and the main purpose of my little epistle to you: ultimately, none of this shit matters, considering the legal and the spiritual fact that neither you nor your Vatican Incorporated actually exist any more.

Last August 4, your entire church was declared to be a Transnational Criminal Organization under International Law, which means that since that date, you are null and void as a legitimate or lawful power.

Now, it being the Christmas season and all, it’s true that everybody is engaged in the Santa Claus Myth for the sake of the children; and what bigger Santa Claus fable is there, besides old saint Nick, (sorry, girls) than the unsupportable belief that the Vatican is a “sovereign nation” with its own laws and authority. But even millions of believers in the King’s adornment doesn’t hide his actual nakedness.

Sure, politicians and judges around the world play along with this big papal lie: I mean, who wouldn’t, for a million bucks at election time? But behind all this human duplicity stands the immutable truth of the law, Jorge: that law which says that no ruler, anywhere, is above justice, and that an institutionalized child trafficking and money laundering church like yours is a criminal body whose assets and property can be lawfully seized, and its officers arrested … not tomorrow, but today.

It gets worse for you, boyo. For behind even that law stands God, who condemns you far more deeply and more finally than can any human court.

Maybe you know this, too, considering how compulsively you refer to God with words that reduce Deity to a harmless iconic image. That’s what killers do to their victims, and paying lip service is always the first response of the guilty. But none of that works any more, Jorge. Because now, the joke is on you.

I guess you’d call it the comic punch line, which I first gleaned the day after I conducted our first exorcism ceremony outside the Vatican in late 2009, and a tornado struck central Rome the next morning. And this is it:

The living God has stepped out from behind religion and rhetoric to shatter you and your blood soaked Temple. And all of your words and posturing have no power to stop the cataclysm that is bringing down your entire corrupt mess.

I hate, I despise your religious assemblies, and will have no more of them … For I am against the false shepherds and will destroy them utterly. Remember?

God is written on human hearts, Jorge, and needs no interpreter, least of all a false church and its false shepherds. For what need has a living God of justice for a man-made religion like yours – especially at a crisis moment in human history, like now, when God alone can save us?

So take off the white robe, Jorge. That’s a command, not a request. It doesn’t become you, anyway.

We’ll see you in court – and you know which court I mean.

Would Jesus Merely Finger a Child Rapist? And other theological reflections in a time of confusion

Posted on June 29, 2012 by itccs
By Kevin D. Annett

Some of my readers are upset that I ran this image of Jesus, below, as part of a recent article about the conviction of catholic bishop William Lynn, who spent decades helping priests in Philadelphia torture and rape children.

Jesus Finger
Offensive, or too meek?

I agree with my critics. This is hardly an accurate portrayal of Jesus. The truth is the man from Nazareth would do a lot more than passively gesture at child killers, especially if they claimed to be part of “his” church. Jesus, after all, was the guy who recommended tying a ten ton rock around the neck of anyone who harmed a child, and tossing the offender into the ocean.

Now, that was hardly a passive or non-violent thing to propose, let alone do: anymore than it is a gentle act to flog moneychangers from a Temple. But Jesus couldn’t dwell inertly alongside the slaughter of children like most of us do. Maybe that’s because he knew, and he didn’t simply believe, that children were of God. So I can only assume that in the defense of such God-ness, using force to stop whoever would harm children is not only permitted, but an order straight from heaven … if you believe Jesus Christ.

That makes sense to me, as it does to anyone who loves their children and any child.

Delmar Johnny, my deceased Cowichan native friend here on the west coast who endured a childhood of torture himself by catholic priests, blew away my idealistic stereotype of “indigenous traditions”.

Delmar told me once that among his people, before the whites invaded, if anyone harmed a child in one of their villages, the offender would be taken off into the woods by a special group of men and would never be seen again. Nowadays under white law, mused Delmar, the same destroyer of children gets maybe a year in prison, and then is out again to destroy more children.

“That’s why you whites don’t have a future, because you don’t care about it” he concluded. “My people knew that without healthy children, there is no community”

In the face of the global war against our children that is threatening our human survival, simply making gestures at church-backed child rapists is hardly the answer. And so I ask forgiveness from my readers for minimizing Jesus and his message like I did, with that mild and inappropriate image of him.

The times require the truth. So a far more accurate representation of Christ’s message to the child murdering Church of Rome would be something like this:

Jesus 2

For those of you who are even more offended now … well, it’s like what I learned in the pulpit: you sure as hell can’t please everybody.

Indeed, what being a parish minister impressed on me very quickly was that it was those parishioners who were most concerned about decorum and “remaining positive” who were invariably the ones who cared the least in practice about the people for whom Jesus struggled, beginning with the helpless and the victimized ones: especially since such unwashed and discarded folks ran the risk of walking into our church.

But let me avoid any such assumption about my readers. Let me address the concern of those folks who are alarmed by “violent or negative” images, or messages, and who believe, to quote one of you, that “projecting that confrontational stuff out into the world is just fostering darkness and the very thing you’re opposing … We have to create a positive world”.

Okay, fair enough. After all, who doesn’t want goodness and light? And an end to the slaughter of baby seals, and even baby humans?

I don’t believe, first of all, that we are demi-gods whose choices of whether to be “positive” or “negative” will be the determining factor in generating a future Utopia. The Promised Land isn’t constructed by us, ultimately. We are just workers in the vineyard, to quote Jesus; and, as he suggested, we must allow both the noxious weeds and the good wheat to grow alongside each other, until the Day of Reckoning when a far wiser and better hand than ours will separate the good from the bad.

New Age philosophy, on the other hand, disagrees with Christ, and places the human self at the heart of history and makes the individual the God-force that will determine the fate of humankind and indeed, the entire universe. Such stunning arrogance is the real factor behind the mini-uproar caused by my Jesus-imagery, and is epitomized in the dubious quotation from Mohandas Gandhi, so over-used among New Agers, that “We must be the change we wish to see in the world.”

The same thing could have just as easily been said by Attila the Hun, or Hitler. And besides, Gandhi was also the man who said,

“The worst evil is not violence, but cowardice … I would choose the road of violence before submitting to unjust laws so that I may avoid physical force” (1921)

The Law of Nature says, contrary to and more humbly than New Ageism, that we are the world, already: we men and women are both life and death, destruction and creation, and it is only our legacy of Christian dualism that counter poses such light and darkness, and means and ends. For this is the dissociated worldview that causes such trepidation by my critics when it comes to doing what we must do to protect our future generations.

Is protecting a child by naming and shaming those who threaten them somehow “fostering darkness”, simply because doing so involves an act of force? Hardly. Confrontation does not imply violence, merely opposition, which is the seed of change and renewal.

When fifty of us in Vancouver stood quietly in the midst of a catholic mass holding a banner stating “All the Children Need a Proper Burial”, were we “projecting confrontation … and fostering darkness” because we were causing a real offense and disruption in a church service? Quite the opposite, as it turned out. For it was only after this confrontation that some of the torture survivors in our group were able to recover in a real way from their fate at the hands of the catholic church. And the confrontation in the cathedral that morning also provoked the government of Canada to begin issuing a public “apology” to residential school victims.

The argument of my challengers, that we must always stay “positive”, which I assume means never to criticize or attack anyone, is really a call to stay inert and morally disengaged in practice.

My experience with survivors of assault is that it is only when they are able to criticize and confront their assaulters that they can find a positive view of a future for themselves, beyond pain and oppression. Such “negative” acts in truth create a positive outcome, in a dialectical dance of cause and effect: a dance that only those with the courage to act can experience.

In reality, the belief of my challengers, and many Canadians – that it is better to do nothing than cause a confrontation or “ill feelings” – is a recipe for dysfunction and continued subjugation in a world like ours that rests upon violence and injustice. Their view that “negative” images like the one I displayed somehow morally or energetically degrade our cause is not an original one, but is based on a Christian bi-polar world view that my challengers inherited, ironically, from the Church of Rome itself.

So, while it would be comforting to my ego to believe that I, Kevin Annett, can determine whether a world of light or of darkness can come into being simply from my choices, I must defer to others far more in touch with cosmic truth than I am when it comes to believing such a thing.

No, I don’t think “projecting” a message of confrontation, or an image of an angry Christ, will contribute to evil in the world. As a matter of fact, I think it’s likely that Jesus cursed, farted, had orgasms and made rude gestures at passing soldiers and priests. He was only human, after all.

What I not only believe but know with certainty is that I can only do what any feeling man must do when children are threatened by institutions backed by law, vast wealth, and tradition: and that is, to fight those powers, with all the means at my fingertips and until my last breath.

What the outcome is from such a confrontation is not in our hands at all, but rather, it lies with that One whom Jesus used to appeal to all the time: not as a divine “Son of God”, but as a Son of Man who could not countenance the destruction of any of his neighbors.

Perhaps as a message to my challengers, Jesus once asked his listeners,

“How can you claim to love God, whom you cannot see, and ignore your suffering neighbors, whom you can see?”

Paraphrased, my friends, it’s like this: How can you and I debate the ethics of our actions in the abstract while our littlest neighbors are being slaughtered in the flesh?

Let me end in that vein of realism by invoking another apostle of divine outrage, the rebel John Brown, who came to Concord, Massachusetts in 1857 looking for money to arm his small anti-slavery army.

In the quiet parlor rooms of the wealthy anti-slavery reformers who confined their moral outrage of the African genocide to polite petitions to a United States Congress run by slave owners, John Brown blew in like a cold and unwelcome blast of reality.

When criticized one evening by a Boston politician for advocating violence to liberate slaves, Brown replied,

“The innocent negroes who are perishing on a cross of greed know naught and care naught of your concerns. It is within our means to end their suffering. That is the only morality God knows. If thou will choose to obey man’s law or God’s, let that be your decision; by not acting you are aiding the violence of the rulers of this age, and your clean hands are in fact tainted with the blood of others. But I have been shown that the crimes and evil of this generation can only be washed clean in blood, as our Master showed by the spilling of his own. For us the only matter is this: whose blood shall it be? The time has come to decide. Thou will stand with the slave or the slave owner. There is no middle place to stand anymore”

History reveals whose actions caused the abolition of slavery, and the liberation of unborn generations of men and women: John Brown and the victorious Union Army he inspired, and not the placid Boston aristocrat.

I wish the world was different, and no-one except a true lover of peace knows that yearning. But to pretend that it is different, and to shrink from what the times and the least of us demand, makes us an accomplice in the rape and murder of more innocent children, and the spilling of ever more blood.

You will stand now with the slave or the slave owner, my friends. The time has come for each of you to decide. That is not my verdict, but eternity’s.
