Press Conference Transcript:

Hello and welcome. My name is Kevin Annett and I’m the Field Secretary of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, and its affiliated common law courts of justice. I’m here today on behalf of the Tribunal to make several important announcements.

This week, the United Nations released a toothless and unenforceable statement on the rape and torture of children by the Roman Catholic church that has done nothing to stop that enormous crime, and has allowed it to continue. And so it is now up to the people of the world to halt the crimes of the Vatican by taking direct action through their own common law courts and enforcement methods, as we began to do last year.

If the United Nations was serious about combatting the organized rape and trafficking of children that is allowed and encouraged by catholic canon law, it would treat the Vatican as the criminal organization it is, by revoking the diplomatic status of the Vatican at the U.N. and barring its representation on U.N. Committees.

It would encourage all nations to nullify their tax exemptions to the catholic church and revoked the financial concordats that unlawfully funnel billions of dollars of tax payers’ money to the Vatican Bank. And it would declare the Vatican Incorporated to be a transnational criminal organization under the U.N. Convention by that name, and brought civil court action against all known child raping priests, and the high church officials who protect them.

But the United Nations did none of that, and it has thereby enabled the church to continue its reign of terror against not simply tens of thousands of children, as the UN statement claims, but against millions of innocent little victims, and millions of victims to be.

The United Nations’ refusal to take firm action against the crimes of the catholic church is unexplainable and unconscionable in the light of the revelation last Monday that the criminal conspiracy to aid child rapists was broadened by the Vatican during 2010 to include the Church of England; and that conspiracy implicates the present Pope Francis as well.

Last Monday, our organization revealed that on September 16, 2010, the Vatican and the Crown of England, through their chief officers, entered into a formal criminal conspiracy to traffick children and aid and abet child rapists throughout the world.

That conspiracy occurred between Queen Elizabeth Windsor and former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, at Holyrood Castle in Edinburgh, where as a condition of the merger of the Church of England and the Church of Rome, the Queen agreed to place all Anglicans under the notorious catholic law known as Crimen Sollicitationas. This law requires that all child rape be covered up within the church, thereby obstructing justice and the sovereign laws of every country in the world in which catholicism or anglicanism operates, including the United States and Canada.

The present Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, has not only concealed this conspiracy but has recently been accused by a key eyewitness of organizing the trafficking of children of political prisoners in Argentina under the military dictatorship there.

Last Tuesday, on the basis of these facts, the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State petitioned the Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels to formally charge Jorge Bergoglio, Pope Francis, with abetting human trafficking, inciting treason and crime, and subverting the Law of Nations through the policies and actions of his church. The opening hearings of this case will begin no later than Monday, March 31, 2014, after which a Public Summons will be served on Jorge Bergoglio.

The International Common Law Court is also being asked to name as defendants in this case the corporations of the City of London and its Crown of England, as well as the Vatican and the Jesuit Order. These corporations and their officers will be named as accessories to an ongoing crime against the children of the world enunciated in the catholic canon law known as Crimen Sollicitationas and by the Holyrood agreement between the Vatican and the Crown of England.

Let me now take a moment to share the second part of my announcement today, and why I am saying this in front of the Canadian consulate. For this past week, I was informed by a British Member of Parliament that the Crown of England’s Privy Council in London is considering issuing an order to the Canadian Governor General and Prime Minister’s office to have me arrested and prosecuted for what they call sedition.

In other words, I may be charged with treason by the British monarchy under the same repressive laws that imprisoned some of America’s Founding Fathers and many of her patriots. And I am not alone in being targeted in this way: for three of my close associates, in England and Canada, were recently arrested and held without charges for having spoken out about the crimes committed against our children every day by the Crown and its courts, and sanctioned by Elizabeth Windsor.

It is Queen Elizabeth who has inflicted treason on her own people, by violating the English laws she swore to protect by acting at the behest of a foreign power and placing England under the jurisdiction of that power: the Church of Rome and its child-killing policies that subvert the laws of England, Canada and all of humanity. For that is what Elizabeth Windsor did on September 16, 2010, when with the connivance of Pope Benedict she required that all Anglicans aid child rapists. She has thereby violated her coronation oath and under British law, she and all of her heirs must either immediately abdicate or be removed by Parliament.

It’s no accident that my possible arrest was ordered by the Crown the very same week that we publicly revealed the Holyrood Agreement. But no amount of threats or imprisonment of their critics can change the fact that it is the Vatican and the British monarchy who are together committing crime. For it is not simply individual figureheads, but these institutions of church and state as a whole, that are criminal bodies, and they must be abolished root and branch to end their reign of terror on our children.

In truth, the Crown no longer has any legal authority in Canada or in England, for criminal bodies have no legitimate their authority, under the law. The writs of the Crown, like those of the Vatican, are null and void. Only when a new Republic and Constitution is established in Canada will there exist any lawful political system in my country. And so I appeal to all Americans to help us achieve the same liberties won by your people against the British Crown in 1776. If fighting for such a free country is considered treason, then so be it.

And so finally, let me announce that in the event of my arrest, detaining or persecution by any agent of the governments of Canada or Great Britain, I have been legally advised to seek political asylum in the United States. If I do so, it will be for a single purpose: to continue in my God-given purpose of defending the lives and liberty of children everywhere from predators in high places; and to let justice roll down like a river and wash away the evil and corruption of the present time.

Let me say that I am hopeful of our future, and of our upcoming prosecution of Jorge Bergoglio and the system that he represents, because from London to Rome, that system is toppling. We must covenant ourselves into new relationships under Natural Law and cleanse ourselves of the criminal system that is destroying our world, our children and our future. And so I look to the American people and to the common law that binds us all to uphold all of us in this purpose. May God help us allow freedom to reign, and our children to have a future. Thank you.

Media Statement from Rev. Kevin Annett presented before the Italian media in Savona, Italy

Media Statement from Rev. Kevin Annett, Field Secretary of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State

kevin italy

SAVONA, ITALY — The following is a summary of what Kevin Annett presented before the Italian media in Savona, Italy today May 23, 2013.

“Hello. My name is Kevin Annett, and I am the acting Field Secretary of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, the ITCCS, which represents over fifty organizations of survivors of church torture in nine countries, including Italy.

It is an honor to be present here today with Francesco Zanardi and the organization Rette L’abuse, at their invitation, and to join with them in an historic campaign to stop forever the religious torture of children.

For years now, Francesco has been conducting a heroic fight here in Italy for the same things that our Tribunal is campaigning for, by exposing child torture within the Roman Catholic church and bringing those responsible to justice. I look forward to working with Francesco and many others in Italy in the months ahead.

I have been authorized by the ITCCS Central Office to issue the following public statement:

1. As a Citizens’ Tribunal of Conscience with standing under international law, we call upon Italian President Giorgio Napolitano to seek the immediate extradition from the Vatican and the arrest of former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, on the grounds that Ratzinger is a fugitive from justice and a wanted criminal duly convicted of crimes against humanity on February 25, 2013 by an international common law court of justice.

2. We further call upon President Napolitano and his government to abide by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court by giving no further aid, tax exemptions or financial subsidies to an organization guilty of crimes against humanity and children, namely, the Vatican Incorporated, and to cancel and annul the so-called Lateran Treaty between the government of Italy and the Vatican.

3. If President Napolitano fails to abide by international law and refuses to take these measures, our Tribunal, its international affiliates and Italian citizens will commence an international boycott of Italian goods, trade and tourism; and within Italy, we will commence peaceful church occupations, citizens arrests and other direct actions against the Vatican and its officials. This campaign will commence on September 20, 2013, the 143rd anniversary of Garibaldi`s liberation of Rome and expulsion of the papacy.

4. The purpose of this campaign will be to enforce the lawful verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice of February 25, 2013, which convicted thirty officials of church and state of genocide and a criminal conspiracy, including former Pope Benedict and top Catholic Cardinals. (see www.itccs.org). This verdict sentenced these officials to immediate arrest and imprisonment for a term of twenty five years, and the confiscation of church property and wealth.

5. The Vatican and the Roman Catholic church as a whole represents a clear and present danger to the children of the world because of its standing policy known as Crimen Solictationas, which actively protects child rapists in the church and subverts justice and child protection laws in other nations. The present Pope Francis is actively complicit in this war crime by his position as head of the Church of Rome and his personal involvement in such crimes in Argentina. By this law, the Vatican constitutes a global criminal conspiracy and permanent war waged against the children, the sovereignty and the laws of all nations, and under the Law of Nations (jus gentium) must be resisted and opposed, and its power curtailed, for the wellbeing of people everywhere.

The ITCCS and its affiliates and allies in other governments are committed to doing so. We therefore call upon all citizens of Italy to withdraw their funding and allegiance from the Roman Catholic church, to demand that President Napolitano seeks the extradition of Joseph Ratzinger and the annulling of the Lateran Treaty, and to join our September 20 campaign to end forever the criminal actions of the Church of Rome.

We also make a formal request to the police forces of Italy to assist Italian citizens in protecting their children and their communities from child-raping catholic clergy by arresting such known and suspected predators, and by refusing to aid or assist the Roman Catholic church and its officials evade justice and prosecution for their crimes.

The government of Italy and President Napolitano have until September 20, 2013 to respond to this statement and abide by its requests, and to a registered communication being sent to the Presidential Office and the Parliament of Italy.

Not In Our Name: A Declaration of Concerned Protestant and Catholic Clergy and Laity, with a Ten Point Program to Bring the Church to Justice and Protect the Innocent

Baby Prayer Hands

We are a group of clergy and former clergy of both Protestant and Catholic faiths who are united in our fundamental rejection of the genocidal legacy of Christendom, which is an empire of conquest and violence arising from the fusion of church and state under the later Roman emperors.

Christendom operates today through wealthy, state-protected church organizations which are legal corporations answerable neither to God nor to their own congregations of believers.

Christendom is a heresy and a denial of the supremacy of Christ and his sacrifice. For we owe our allegiance to God, not to church bodies deriving their power and legitimacy from state and temporal powers, and worldly wealth.

As Christ is manifest in every man and woman, since the kingdom of heaven is within us, and his kingdom is not of this world, then any church claiming to represent him is fraudulently denying Christ as Lord, and the ultimate sanctity of the human person.

We are compelled to make this declaration now because of the reign of lies and violence that predominates in the church, and of the history of brutality, genocide and destruction enacted over millennia by both Catholic and Protestant churches on non-Christians and the innocent.

This slaughter began over fifteen centuries ago, at the beginning of Christendom, and continues today.

The killing of millions of women and dissident Christians under Inquisitions, the Crusading ethic of Indulgence – which promised spiritual cleansing to anyone who killed Jews, Muslims and other “enemies of the faith” – and the eventual genocide of untold millions of indigenous nations around the world: all of this arose from the Church’s belief that it has the power to kill and conquer in the name of the non-violent Jesus.

The Vatican is responsible for the greatest slaughter of humanity in history because of two papal bulls (Romanus Pontifex, 1455, and Inter Catera, 1493) – proclaimed and still operative under so-called Canon Law – that sanctioned and encouraged the destruction and enslavement of all non-Christian peoples: the majority of humanity. The wealth of the Vatican today rests upon the stolen and unreturned lands of many of those nations.

Is it surprising, then, that for just as long, the Church has sanctioned the torture, abuse and even murder of innocent children in its orphanages, sweatshops, and “residential schools” around the world? Are we surprised that such a violent organization places its own material survival ahead of justice for the innocents it has wronged? Or, that under the canon law known as Crimen Solicitationas, every priest is expected to hide the evidence of the rape of children and allow this abomination to go unpunished, or face expulsion from the church?

We are aware that Protestant churches as well are guilty of these crimes, and regularly shelter rapists and other criminals in their ranks. The example may be set by Rome, but it is actively copied by others.

These facts are irrefutable, and yet Christians continue to give their attendance, money and allegiance to the church corporations with such blood on their hands and lies on their lips.

All of these crimes against God and humanity have been done in our name. We have, by commission and omission, given our support to the anti-Christ in our midst and allowed ourselves to be used to commit the worst of all sins: violence against the sacred holy spirit of God and the innocent.

For this reason, and to cleanse ourselves of this enormous apostasy and wrong, we are issuing the following Ten Point Program. We believe that these measures are required for the church to be brought under public control so that it no longer operates as a secret, criminal body preying on the innocent.

1. The Church must issue full reparations to all of its victims according to their wishes and needs. The Church must pay for all of the costs incurred by their damage to these victims, including all medical, counseling and retraining costs, and all loss of income caused by their disability or grief and suffering.

2. The Church must return all land and property taken from its victims, and restore and return all of the wealth generated by their exploitation of their victims to them, including the wealth gained through forced, unpaid or low paid labor.

3. The Church must surrender for a proper burial, unconditionally and at its own expense, the remains of all those who died in their institutions or under their care.

4. The Church must surrender to secular authorities without conditions all the evidence, and all the perpetrators and their accessories, connected to such deaths and to any other crimes against children and others under church care. The Church must participate unconditionally in any legal or human rights inquiries into their crimes and freely disclose their records to such investigations.

5. Those responsible for crimes against children and others in church facilities, including the Pope, must be arrested and tried in civil or international courts of law, and cannot be shielded from prosecution by any form of immunity or by so-called “canon law”.

6. All clergy and church employees must be licensed and monitored as public servants, and be legally compelled to swear a public, binding oath to protect the rights and sanctity of children, and disclose any harm done to them, if need be against the orders of the Church itself.

7. All tax exemptions, immunities, legal safeguards and special privileges enjoyed by the Church must be abolished.

8. Diplomatic recognition of the Vatican and its status as a so-called “state” must be annulled.

9. All special concordats and financial agreements with the Vatican must be annulled, and all public funds and taxes given to the Vatican must be returned to their respective governments.

10. The wealth and property of all church bodies larger than a single congregation must be nationalized and placed under public ownership, so that the Church may function as a servant of the community.

We, the founding clergy of the Protestant and Roman Catholic faiths united in our group Not in Our Name, do solemnly pledge ourselves to this program and allegiance, and call upon all Christians and clergy to do the same.

Henceforth, and until this Program is enacted and the Church is disestablished as a corporate, self-governing, criminal body, we will conduct ourselves and our pastoral duties separate from and in opposition to corporate Christendom and its existing churches.

Duly signed and ratified this Tenth Day of March, 2012

Accused Criminal becomes first Jesuit Pope – Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio, tainted with Dirty War allegations, new Pontiff of Rome

Breaking News and Media Advisory: Wednesday, March 13, 2013

Accused Criminal becomes first Jesuit Pope – Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio, tainted with Dirty War allegations, new Pontiff of Rome

A Statement of the ITCCS Central Office – Brussels

March 13, 2013

A suspected criminal has been rapidly elected as the new Pontiff of the Church of Rome in a record two day conclave, being the first Jesuit in history to head the papacy.

Former Cardinal and Pope-elect “Francis I”, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, is accused of helping kidnap opponents of Argentina’s military junta during the 1970′s “Dirty War”, and of baby trafficking, by lawyers and members of the Plaza de Mayo human rights group. (Los Angeles Times, April 17, 2005, “Argentine Cardinal Named in Kidnapping Lawsuit”, http://articles.latimes.com/2005/apr/17/world/fg-cardinal17

Besides his personal alleged criminality, Bergoglio – as a Jesuit – represents the group most responsible for the centuries-old Crimes against Humanity and Genocide for which the Jesuit Superior General was found guilty on February 25, along with Joseph Ratzinger and other Vatican officials.

The Jesuit Order established the murderous Indian residential school system in North America during the mid 19th century, and has led the destruction and killing of millions of non-Catholics around the world since its inception in the mid 16th century.

Under a secret oath administered to every member, the Jesuits are authorized and encouraged to kill, torture or overthrow any opponent of the Vatican and the Pope. (http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/jesuits.htm)

These facts, the Argentine allegations, and his complicity in the global conspiracy against children enunciated in the canon law Crimen Sollicitationas, makes the new Pope particularly liable for immediate arrest and sentencing under international law and the Common Law Court verdict of February 25, 2013.

The ITCCS understands that Jorge Mario Bergoglio’s election was a quick and uncontested arrangement, as evident in its rapidity: in less than two days, a record for papal elections.

Bergoglio’s election makes the guilt of the Vatican and its highest officials for Crimes against Humanity all that more severe. The new Pope, as the head fiduciary officer of the Vatican, Inc., assumes that guilt and liability.

Bergoglio is therefore subject to immediate arrest under the terms of the Common Law Court ORDER of March 5, 2013, issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice under the authority of jus gentium, the Law of Nations, and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Accordingly, an application has been made by our Tribunal to these courts for an International Citizens Arrest Warrant, to be issued against the new Roman Pontiff, Jorge Mario Bergoglio – Pope Francis I, for Crimes against Humanity and involvement in a global criminal conspiracy based in Rome.

The ITCCS will soon be issuing more background evidence on the genocidal purpose and actions of the Jesuit Order in relation to the ongoing crimes we have documented; and of the evidence of Bergoglio’s suspected crimes in Argentina.

The International Common Law Court of Justice

Kevin Annett 15 September 2012 Announcement
http://youtu.be/EfFVvPvbmEI

Hello and welcome. My name is Kevin Annett Eagle Strong Voice and I am speaking to you today on behalf of the Council of Elders of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State: a multinational coalition of over fifty organizations in seven countries.

Under the authority of that Tribunal as well as Common Law and the Natural Land Law Jurisdiction of Sovereign Nations, I declare that as of this day, Saturday, September 15, 2012, a Public International Court of Justice is hereby convened to consider evidence related to charges of crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy by institutions of church and state, and their fiduciary officers.

The crimes that will be documented and judged in our Court are abominable and almost unimaginable. They span centuries, and range from outright murder to systematic torture, rape, slave labor, germ warfare, medical experimentation, drug testing, involuntary sterilizations, child trafficking, genocide and wars of extermination against peaceful nations. These crimes are all the more heinous by the fact that they were often aimed at children and occurred not randomly by isolated individuals, but historically, systematically, deliberately, and officially, by express command of heads of church and state according to their laws and customs – and by the fact that many of these crimes carry on today against the innocent at the hands of the same authorizing institutions and heads of state.

The enormity of these crimes requires a new approach. For this Court is a unique experiment, in that under existing international law, institutions cannot be brought to trial or account for genocidal or criminal actions, despite the fact that these crimes arise from and are caused by such institutions. There has consequently been no legal recourse for millions of people whose cultures and lives have been destroyed by the deliberate plans and actions of institutions of church and state, such as in the case of the conquest of entire continents of non-Christian people by European kingdoms operating under the sanction of so-called papal laws.

Similarly, in the case of countless victims of sexual assault and torture by clergy of catholic and protestant churches, national courts have continually denied these victims the right to sue these churches as a whole and restricted their litigation to individual perpetrators, despite the fact that church laws and policies allow, protect and legitimate such assaults.

These very restrictions require not only an entirely new legal approach to the historic wrongs of church and state, if justice is to be done and seen to be done; but the fact that existing courts refuse to address the root cause of these crimes by naming the systems responsible for them compels the citizens of all nations to rely on their customary and unalienable rights to win justice and protect themselves and their children when existing authorities refuse to do so.

It is in this spirit that our International Common Law Court of Justice is convened.

Our Court stands upon the precedent of the Nuremberg Laws and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which state clearly that citizens everywhere have the right and obligation to refuse to obey or pay taxes to governments or institutions engaged in crimes against humanity. That is, it is recognized by international law that institutions as well as individuals can be engaged in criminal actions and can therefore be held accountable and liable in a court of law.

The purpose of our Common Law Court is to do precisely that. Our Court has standing under not only the customary right of citizens to pursue justice and defend their communities, but by our relationship with the courts of various nations that claim universal jurisdiction over human rights cases. The evidence presented before our Court will also be filed in these national courts that do not operate under the authority or legal systems of the various powers we will be naming as defendants, such as the so-called Crown of England and its Admiralty laws, or the Vatican and its so-called Canon laws.

Our Court will be pursuing this course in order to render an enforceable verdict against churches and states responsible for the heinous crimes that we will document to the world. Our Court is not a symbolic gesture but a legitimate legal procedure that will seek the indictment and imprisonment of guilty parties, the restoration of stolen land, lives and wealth, and the abolition of institutions responsible for ongoing crimes against humanity.

With all this in mind, let me begin by explaining the procedure and protocols of our Common Law Court, and our timetable in the weeks ahead.

Today’s session is part of a normal pre-trial process, in which the terms of the trial are established, the cases and parties to the action are named, and a Public Summons is issued by the Prosecutor’s Office to the named defendants. These defendants will be given ten working days – until October 1, 2012 – to respond in writing to the Summons and agree to a Pre-trial Conference (often called Voir Dire or Examination for Discovery) in which evidence can be shared and pleadings heard. If the defendants refuse to respond, their silence can be deemed to mean they do not contest the charges made against them, and is often interpreted as a tacit admission of guilt. In this case, our Court will proceed with the Prosecution’s case against the Defendants in absentia and the formal trial will begin.

This legal process will be overseen by a Panel of five sworn judges, an Office of Citizen Prosecutors, and a common law jury of fifty eight Citizen Jurors based in Canada, the United States, Ireland, England, the Netherlands, Italy, and Australia. All of these participants have as of today been duly sworn and have taken an oath of confidentiality and service. For reasons of security and due process, the identity of these judges and jurors will remain confidential until the day the final verdict of the Court is pronounced, and the court officers are discharged.

Today, September 15, a Public Summons is being issued to all of the parties and institutions named in the five cases being presented by our Court. These parties will have until midnight Greenwich mean time on Monday, October 1, 2012 to respond to the charges and agree to a Pre-trial Conference date. After October 1, either that Conference or the trial itself will proceed, if necessary in absentia.

These events as they occur will be posted the same day on this website.

Now, in conclusion, allow me to present to all of you the five cases being brought to trial by our Prosecutor’s Office: cases which summarize the main evidence gathered to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the churches, governments and individuals named as defendants are guilty and indictable for crimes against humanity and a monstrous criminal conspiracy.

Our first case, in the Matter of Kevin Annett and the People v. the Government of Canada, The United Church of Canada, the Roman Catholic Church, the Anglican Church in Canada, the Crown of England, the Assembly of First Nations, the Weyerhauser logging company, the RCMP “E” Division, and the Law Society of British Columbia, and the officers of these corporations.

The Plaintiffs Kevin Annett and the People claim that the defendants are associated with a centuries-old criminal conspiracy and crime against humanity authorized by church laws to conquer, enslave, terrorize and permanently eradicate non-Christian nations and indigenous peoples, and to deprive these peoples of their identity, livelihood, lands and resources; and that the same defendants have actively used and are using the medium of their religion and so-called Indian residential schools to accomplish this conquest and other crimes which fit the definition of genocide under international law.

The Plaintiffs further claim that these crimes have caused the death of at least 50,000 children in the residential schools alone, and many hundreds of thousands of other native people and their offspring.

The Plaintiffs further claim that these crimes continue to the present day and involve the deliberate targeting and extermination of indigenous families, children, and land based communities across Canada; and that these crimes are aided and abetted by officials of the Crown and private corporations, as well as the media, church officials, the RCMP, the courts and legal community, and their agents.

The Plaintiffs further claim that this plan to eradicate native families is deliberately aimed at traditional female elders and their lineage, and involves operating child trafficking and pedophile-sex slavery networks, the murder of native women and children, “snuff” films and other criminal acts.

The Plaintiffs further claim that the defendants are actively concealing these crimes and their complicity in them through a sustained campaign of historical falsification, misinformation, lies, destruction of evidence and eyewitnesses, obstruction of justice, and other methods of dissumulation and fraud.

The Plaintiff Kevin Annett further claims that the defendants did knowingly and with malicious intent enter into an ongoing criminal conspiracy to intentionally assault and destroy his livelihood, employability, good name and family in order to conceal evidence of all of these crimes and especially of their theft and profiting off of land of the Ahousaht Nation, their defrauding of the public, and their collusion in genocide, rape and murder of generations of indigenous children across Canada in their so-called Indian residential schools and Indian hospitals.

In our second case, in the Matter of the People v. the Government of Canada and its officers, the Roman Catholic Church and its officers, the Anglican Church in Canada and its officers, the United Church of Canada and its officers.

The Plaintiffs claim that the government and named churches of Canada are deliberately obstructing and subverting justice, defrauding the public, and concealing their own crimes against humanity by establishing a self-regulated, restricted inquiry into Indian residential schools named the “truth and reconciliation commission” that has neither the mandate nor the legal power to conduct a competent and legally effective investigation.

The Plantiffs further claim that these named organizations and persons are deliberately concealing, destroying and subverting evidence of their own crimes in these schools, silencing eyewitnesses, denying the latter due process and civil liberties, and are re-traumatizing the latter with intent to destroy them.

In our third case, in the Matter of the People v. the Crown of England and the New England Company, the Anglican Church of Canada, the government of Canada, and the Six Nations Confederacy and its officers.
The Plaintiffs claim that the defendants are responsible for the intentional, planned extermination of generations of native children at the Mohawk Indian residential school in Brantford, Ontario, and for the deliberate and ongoing concealment and destruction of evidence, documentation, burial sites and human remains at this school and elsewhere.

The Plaintiffs further claim that these parties actively conspired and planned ways to destroy the Mohawk Nation in its entirety through the medium of the same Mohawk Indian school by way of a formal agreement signed between these parties in 1870.

In the fourth case in our Docket , in the Matter of the People and Victoria Stewart v. The United Church of Canada and its officers, the RCMP and its officer4s, the Estate of Ann Knizky, the government of Canada and its officers.

The Plaintiffs claim that the defendants killed and aided and abetted in the killing of Victoria Stewart, age 9, at the United Church Indian residential school in Edmonton, Alberta, on April 9, 1958.

The Plaintiffs further claim that the defendants concealed this murder by falsifying records, removing body organs of the deceased, silencing eyewitnesses to the killing and issuing a false and fraudulent account of her death; and that this concealment and obstruction of justice continues.
And in the fifth case in our Docket, in the Matter of the People v. the Vatican and its chief executive officers.

The Plaintiffs claim that the defendants are part of a deliberate international criminal conspiracy and crime against humanity to aid and abet organized child rape, torture and trafficking within the Roman Catholic Church, using their position to protect and maintain such crimes.

The Plaintiffs further claim that the defendants are actively obstructing justice in Italy and internationally according to a Vatican canon law policy known as Crimen Sollicitationis, which is binding on all Catholic clergy, and which compels them to engage in the same criminal conspiracy by protecting and aiding child rapists within the Catholic church and concealing these criminals from police and legal authorities.

The evidence regarding these five cases will be presented by our Prosecutor’s Office commencing October 1, in the absence of a pre-trial conference. That evidence will be posted and available on line in the course of the trial, as well as being submitted to the fifty eight sworn Citizen Jurors who will be charged with rendering a final verdict. The world in effect will be in the court room to hear and consider this evidence of some of the worst crimes against humanity in history, and to come to its own consensus about what must be done to end forever the reigh of terror of criminal institutions in our midst.

In the meantime, please read the background to these cases and some of the evidence being presented at the website www.hiddennolonger.com.

Again, you can follow the progress of our court at www.itccs.org. Our next broadcast will occur on October 2, 2012. Thank you, and may we close by saying: Let justice be done though the heavens may fall.

Enforcing the Banishment Proclamation against the Catholic Church: A Practical Guide to Cleansing your local Temple

Posted on September 11, 2012 by itccs
by Kevin D. Annett
(Banishment Proclamation is posted below)

That old trouble maker and community organizer, Saul Alinsky, once said that no public action was worth doing if the people doing it didn’t have fun. More to the point, he elaborated that sustained mockery of the powerful, like by occupying their sacred turf, was something they had no defense against.

The horrified reaction of Catholic Bishops everywhere to our occupation of their churches during Sunday services seems to bear out Saul. So it’s delightful to know that we few in the vanguard of a growing army of justice for children have a way to really grab the clerics where it hurts.

This article is an accompanying piece to our just-issued Proclamation of Banishment against the Roman Catholic Church. It’s a sort of “how to” manual with practical hints of ways to sustain our campaign to expose and open up these churches long past the day when the Banishment is pronounced.

The Fly in the Elephant’s Ear

First, a word on our general strategic situation: our forces are like a fly in an elephant’s ear – tiny, but lethal in the right moment and place. That’s because we have the truth, solid evidence, and a potential army of witnesses on our side. Our strongest weapon is to always stand loudly and clearly on that evidence, and to keep shoving it in the face of the church and the public, in ways they don’t expect.

The Catholic Church Inc. is the oldest corporation in history, and therefore the most vulnerable and the least flexible. We are the opposite: we have nothing to lose, are adaptable, and completely unpredictable. That’s how guerrilla movements historically operate, and win against seemingly unbeatable tyrants.

The best example I like about what our little guerrilla groups can do is how a dozen or so of us in Canada forced the Indian residential schools genocide into the political and media mainstream in the spring of 2007 simply by occupying churches in Vancouver and Toronto during their Sunday services. And years before that, in the fall of 1995, by picketing the United Church head office in Vancouver I forced its top officers to prematurely issue a public statement denying that children were killed in their Indian schools – even before I had accused them of causing such deaths!

In short, a big enemy, properly goaded, will cause its own undoing, since it knows it’s guilty and is operated by lawyers and bureaucrats whose bottom line is a purely financial one: that is, calculating everything on the basis of what they stand to lose.

Practical Steps: Be Creative and Have a Ball!

What we’re starting around the world is an enormous reclamation movement: we are telling the Catholic Church to get off our land or conform to the will of the people. We are taking over churches and making them open, public space. And from the reaction so far, including from over three hundred ecstatic volunteers in seven countries, we have struck a chord in the public imagination.

Our own worst enemy now is our own fear and lack of imagination.

First, about fear: it’s what religion relies on, especially Catholicism. Most of us have been conditioned to fear churches and clergy, and assume that those cloistered altars and pews are somehow sacred and untouchable realms. We’re even told by some statutes that to “disrupt” a church service is an offense under the law.

In practice, that’s a statute that cops will never enforce, because they know it’s bullshit. After all, what is “disruption”? Somebody challenging a priest or questioning his interpretation of scripture? Maybe an old granny should be jailed for coughing during a priestly homily?

In our case, our occupation of churches during the service has always been done respectfully and non-violently. It’s always the priests who resort to violence in that situation.

For instance, I was personally grabbed and put into an arm lock by an enraged cleric at Holy Rosary cathedral in Vancouver once when I stood peacefully with fifty others bearing a banner “All the Children Need a Proper Burial”. The priest’s absurdity was obvious to everyone in the pews that day, and in fact, a few minutes later, the whole congregation stood reverentially as we walked past with the banner.

Of course, what we’re planning this week and beyond is more permanent than a one-time occupation. We will be actively dis-establishing the Catholic Church, and taking over their premises. And for that, we need serious and wider community support.

We will be creating that support by breaking the ice and naming what is, and doing something. Most people hang back and are secretly inspired and thrilled by the doers, no matter how risky is the doing. What gets them on board is when they see that the doing is happening more than once. So above all, we need to sustain our effort.

But here are two very simple things that will guarantee community involvement, and even media interest: music, and humor.

Some folks in Vancouver are planning a Public Frock Off in local catholic churches, where known child rapists and other crooks among the clergy will be named and escorted from the premises. They’re asking everybody to show up and witness the Frock Off, and to please bring drums, instruments and banners for the event.

A local singer-friend of mine in Vancouver plans to sing from the pulpit a diddy he composed called “I Saw Jesus Today”, which reminds people how you won’t find Christ in a church but out among the suffering.

In the coming days, an aboriginal women’s group in Canada plans to occupy and open up their local catholic church as a free daycare and safe house for threatened people: wonderfully appropriate, when you think of it, considering the role of the same church in creating generations of tortured native women and men. I love the image of a hundred dark skinned kids running around a fancy catholic sanctuary!

The sky’s the limit in these actions. Some survivors’ groups in Europe plan to open up catholic churches as the site of Street Corner Tribunals, where victims can name the crimes and the criminals. And in Canada and the USA, our people will often rely on simple “infiltration” of Sunday services, sitting among the parishioners and speaking with them, or mounting the pulpit to address the congregation.

Pulpit seizures are a fine and honorable tradition, after all. The early Quakers and Ranters in England did it nicely, inciting church goers to seek God in the world and their neighbors, and not in “idolatrous temples”.

And speaking of temples and their cleansing, Jesus himself – on the one occasion he was ever in a church – used a tactic that we’d recommend as well. Need we say more?

What to Do if …

Okay, so your cheerful hordes have entered a church and camped out, read the Banishment, and been told by the grumpy ushers to leave. You don’t, so they call the cops. Now what?

Well, going into a church isn’t a crime. It’s your public right, especially since those of you who pay taxes are actually funding the place, and that makes it public space. And that’s the first thing you tell the boys in blue when they arrive: sorry officers, but this is a religious gathering in public, and we’re all worshiping what really matters.

The cops and anybody, in fact, can get in trouble under the law if they disturb a religious gathering. We’ve found that at this point, the gendarmes either leave or stand around looking helpless: in which case, go ahead and start educating them about the crimes of the church they’ve shown up to protect.

And that’s a key point: the police are sworn to be public servants and not the private security force for institutionalized child rapists. So tell them that, and tell them you’re deputizing them to be public peace officers who’ll protect your right to gather peacefully inside and outside the church.

We did that in Vancouver churches on three occasions. Each time, the cops left.

But life is unpredictable, and what if the police or some catholic thugs try using force to evict you? Unlikely. The church’s chief concerns are their public image, their property and their revenue. Violence in the church threatens all three of those. So stand pat on your rights, your peaceful occupation, and the truth that the church killed and still harms children, and you will retain the moral and practical high ground.

In the Long Run

Displacing and replacing the church is our long term aim. These Banishments and Occupations are merely our opening salvos. On those occasions where native groups in Canada have ordered the catholic church off their land, the church has complied, since it knows it was squatting there illegally all along.

In the long run, we will be relying on such evictions like the ones ordered by hereditary elder Kiapilano of the Squamish nation, who in March 2008 issued eviction notices to all of the churches that killed his relatives in residential schools: the Church of England, the Catholic, and the United Church.

For now, our Ten Measures statement (May 4 posting, www.itccs.org) is what needs to be broadcasted to catholics everywhere during our occupations: that is, the catholic folks can stay, as long as they agree to these ten steps. This will help force church goers to choose, and will help launch a new sort of Reformation, if history tells us anything.

For now, be bold, imaginative, and film everything that you do, and post it on youtube. Send us the links. We will be spreading news and updates to you all.

Remember: what you do today will save the life and the sanity of a child tomorrow – and may even resurrect the memory and hopes of the little ones murdered by Imperial Christianity.

Carry it on! The world is watching!

banishment proclamation

PUBLIC PROCLAMATION OF BANISHMENT
issued against the Roman Catholic Church, Inc.
on the sixteenth day of September, 2012
and read to Roman Catholic Church officials and congregations around the world

Whenever any power becomes a destructive and uncontrollable force in our communities and endangers the lives and well being of our children, it is the inherent, lawful and customary right of the People to expel that power from their midst, especially when constituted authority refuses to do so.

The Roman Catholic Church as a whole has become such a destructive force, causing centuries of suffering, plundering, genocide, warfare and death, maintaining a regime of institutionalized terror against children, protecting child rapists and murderers in its ranks, and holding itself unaccountable for its crimes. This criminal regime compels its own clergy to obstruct justice by protecting child rapists among them, from a law promulgated by the Pope himself and by the Vatican.

Since it is we the People who have through our taxes and tax exemption laws allowed such a church to operate among us and even profit off its exploitation and torture of our children, we the People have the legitimate right and duty to annul such tax exemptions and legal privileges now enjoyed by the Roman Catholic Church.

By the same measure, since the Roman Catholic Church is a publicly funded institution, we the People have the right to freely enter any such Church to ensure that children are not being harmed, that evidence of wrongdoing is not being concealed, and that child abusers are not operating under church protection. And ultimately, we the People have the right to prevent the same Church from operating in our community by banishing it outright when it proves resistant to change.

Therefore, firm in this knowledge and our right, as well as our sacred duty to defend all children, we the People make the following Public Proclamation:

The Roman Catholic Church Incorporated, and all of its dioceses, parishes and agencies, are henceforth as of this date and forever declared to be banished and denied the right to operate in our communities.

Individual Roman Catholic congregations are exempt from this Banishment if they agree to abide by the ten terms set forth below.

The Church as a whole or individual congregations will be allowed the right to resume operations in our communities only when it agrees to and implements the following measures:

1. The Pope and College of Cardinals, and all of their Bishops and other authorities, must annul the Canon Law doctrine known as Crimen Solicitationas and all other rules and policies that give aid and protection to anyone who harms children.

2. The same Church authorities must immediately defrock and deny any compensation to any and all of its clergy who have harmed children or who in the future do harm to children, and to anyone who protects such abusers.

3. The Church must issue full reparations to survivors of harm done by church employees or clergy, according to the wishes of those survivors.

4. The Church must unconditionally surrender for a proper burial the remains of all those children and others who died in church facilities.

5. The Church must unconditionally return all land and wealth taken from those incarcerated in their facilities, and all wealth generated by their exploitation as low paid or unpaid laborers.

6. The Church must unconditionally surrender all the evidence and the perpetrators of crimes done by the Church against children, indigenous people and others.

7. The Church must agree to the public licensing of all of its clergy, Bishops and employees as accountable and supervised public servants who take a binding, Public Oath to unconditionally defend the rights and sanctity of all children and expose anyone who harms children, even if this Oath contradicts Church customs and policies.

8. The Church must agree to withdraw from all tax exemptions, financial concordats, legal or diplomatic immunity, and all other privileges granted to it by governments.

9. The Church must annul the status of the Vatican as a state and abolish Rome’s authority over its congregations.

10. The Church must redistribute its wealth and the resources of the Vatican Bank to church victims and the community, as Christ himself commands.

If the Pope, Cardinals, Bishops and Clergy of the Roman Catholic Church publicly agree to these Ten Requirements of Humanity and the Law, the Public Banishment of the Church will be suspended, and it will be allowed to legally and morally operate in our communities.

However, if these authorities refuse to implement these measures, all church buildings, assets and properties of the Roman Catholic Church Incorporated and its dioceses and parishes will continue as of this date to be under Public Ownership and Control, and will be freely occupied and used by the community for its benefit. Any officials or clergy of the Church found on these Public Premises after this date will be considered to be illegally trespassing, and may face immediate Citizens’ Arrest.

We call upon all members of the Roman Catholic Church and all of its clergy to stand now with humanity and justice, and abide by this Proclamation in order to forge a new consensus and faith that unconditionally upholds the sanctity and well being of all children and all people.

As of today, under the authority of this Proclamation, all members of our communities, and especially our homeless and poorest members, are invited and encouraged to permanently occupy and reclaim Roman Catholic churches everywhere, which are now and forever proclaimed to be Open, Public Space.

Catholic Prelate William Lynn is found guilty: But what about those that ordered him? Placing the Pope and Crimen Sollicitationis on Trial

lyn jail

How the mighty are falling.

Watching William Lynn go to jail is immensely pleasurable, partly because it reminds me of the rapid collapse of the Richard Nixon administration years ago, as the conviction of successive Presidential flunkies eventually led prosecutors right to the door of the Executive office.

Being students of history, the Vatican mob must be nervous today, regardless of their success in nullifying their main concern in the Lynn case, which was the charge of criminal conspiracy against him. For such a conviction would have connected Lynn’s protection of child rapists in his charge to the Vatican policy that shielded him for so long – namely, Crimen Solicitationas – and to Pope Benedict himself, who has personally authorized the policy.

Crimen Solicitationas is the law in the Roman Catholic church that orders every priest and Bishop in the world to protect child raping clergy or face excommunication. It is a clear command to obstruct justice and conspire in an enormous, global assault on the innocent, and it implicates the Catholic hierarchy as a whole in a crime against humanity.

The historic conviction of William Lynn, as the first member of the Roman Catholic hierarchy in America to go to jail for aiding and abetting clerical child rapists, is no small feat, considering the political weight of the papacy and its strange ally in the Obama administration, which did its utmost to derail the Lynn case. But where Lynn’s conviction will lead is uncertain, since the entire matter of whom and what allowed him to help terrorize and destroy generations of children was ignored by the court’s decision.

This fact is odd, considering how early on in the court proceedings it was established that Lynn was not acting alone, but clearly was following the instructions of Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua, the boss of Lynn’s Philadelphia Diocese who Lynn served as an aide. Last January, Bevilacqua suffered a convenient and sudden death the day after he was declared fit to stand trial in the Lynn case.

Vatican machinations aside, if William Lynn’s conviction is to have the long-term significance that many survivors of church terror hope it will, it must be followed by a legal assault on the Vatican and its policy of Crimen, which is the executive order that authorized William Lynn to do what he did in the first place. Any failure to do so will be analogous to convicting an Auschwitz S.S. guard for mass murder while ignoring the Wannsee Protocol, or the orders from his superiors in Berlin.

That, of course, is easier said than done. Not only is the Catholic Church a law unto itself, but so are its many orders and branches: like the elite Knights of Malta, for example, which issues its own passports, has its own courts and judiciary, enjoys observer status at the United Nations and has diplomatic relations with over a hundred nations. And the Vatican itself has simply snubbed its nose at numerous attempts by German and American lawyers to serve a summons on the Pope, who claims “diplomatic immunity” from prosecution as a so-called “head of state”.

Joseph Ratzinger must never have heard of, or at least tries to forget, the Nuremburg Trials, which isn’t surprising, considering his Hitler Youth past. But the precedent is there, nevertheless: heads of state can and are tried under international law for crimes against humanity, which child rape and trafficking now constitute under the Rome Convention of the International Criminal Court.

Admittedly, the old guy is a tottering figurehead, and according to some Vatican insiders, Ratzinger was deliberately elected as Pope by the College of Cardinals to take the heat that was brewing because of the blatancy of his personal involvement in concealing child rapists in the church – including his own brother in Munich. This analysis seems to be borne out by the recent “Vatileaks” scandal that shows that at least some Cardinals in the Secretary of State’s office are releasing evidence to the press of criminal corruption by Ratzinger in his awarding Vatican contracts to friends and insiders.

Clearly, somebody in the upper church echelons wants the old Nazi out.

In the light of this growing civil war in Rome, William Lynn’s conviction could be the spark that ignites the downfall of at least one Pope and that part of the hierarchy that stands by him. And it’s for that reason that this particular spark is simultaneously being fanned and doused by different elements in the catholic church.

Those fanning the case – call them the “liberal” faction in the Curia and a host of non-Italian Bishops and Cardinals – clearly want reforms and window cleaning in the Vatican. They are in fact the same force that has been funding and promoting various front groups of church abuse survivors, most notoriously the so-called “SNAP” movement (Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests) based in the USA, and much-quoted in the world media as “the official survivors’ organization”.

SNAP goes out of its way to invite Catholic clergy to speak at its posh, heavily-funded events, and steers its members away from any protests at churches. Intrepid former SNAP members have recently traced the group’s origin to a Catholic group called the Eighth Day Center for Justice in the Chicago Diocese, set up in 1993. The practice of stage managing dissent and creating a controlled opposition is not a new tactic for institutions under fire, but it’s one desperately needed these days by Roman Catholicism as its victims and opponents are closing ranks from all sides.

But ultimately money talks, especially in the church, and the weight of the financial czars in the Vatican Bank still lean towards the papal status quo. The expulsion of reformer Gotti Tedeschi as head of the Bank is a sign of the Italian mob’s vote of confidence in Ratzinger – for now. But the Lynn case has all of them worrying, and the Italian old guard is already moving to have the Lynn indictment quashed through their considerable influence in the American judiciary and Obama administration.

Nevertheless, the jailing of William Lynn is a huge green light for lawyers everywhere who seek to prosecute the Vatican as a whole for crimes against children and liberty. And yet this is a battle that will be ultimately staged and won in the public arena, not the legal one, through direct, sustained political action against the catholic church and its finances.

Our network has already thrown down the gauntlet to Rome by planning church occupations and citizen’s arrests against child raping priests and their protectors beginning on September 15. If this type of direct action can be multiplied in many communities, and join with the international legal campaign to bring the papacy to trial, our power will be immeasurable.

The crime known as Crimen Solicitationas that allowed William Lynn and so many others to terrorize our children needs to be torn up at its roots, by confronting the loyalty given it by Catholic clergy around the world. We have given them all until September 15 to take a public oath to defy Crimen and protect children, or be branded as public enemies subject to arrest and public banishment. (see www.itccs.org)

This is not an especially radical thing to ask a priest to do. The French revolution imposed a similar civil oath on catholic clergy in 1791, after nationalizing the property of the church in France. And now, as then, it is only fundamental action to dismantle the source of religious tyranny and terrorism that will put an end to it.

The simple verdict condemning William Lynn was a shot heard around the world, and aimed at the heart of the oldest, corporate conspiracy in human history. The crumbling of Roman Catholicism can only be good news for humankind. In the recent words to the author of a senior Vatican official who, understandably, prefers anonymity,

“Who knows? This scandal might even make Christians of us!”

A New Focus and some Tactical Advice concerning our Upcoming Actions

Notice from Kevin Annett and Occupy the Vatican:

Dear friends and supporters,

Groups in twenty cities across the world are launching protests, occupations and public defrockings of known child-raping priests at Catholic churches, beginning this Palm Sunday and Easter, on April 1 and 8.

These protests have until now been very effective in gathering public and media support, and exposing crimes by the churches.

On Palm Sunday, 2007, for instance, our Friends and Relatives of the Disappeared (FRD) network in Vancouver and Toronto occupied Catholic churches during their services, alongside survivors of the murderous Indian residential schools; and after considerable media coverage of the FRD actions, barely a month later, the Canadian government was forced to address in Parliament the matter of the dead residential school children for the first time.

Thus, our occupation actions in churches achieved more in one day in exposing the Canadian genocide than had been won in the previous five or more years.

With all of the international exposure since 2007 of church-sponsored crimes against humanity, including the personal complicity of the pope in concealing child rape and trafficking, the potential impact of these direct occupations of criminal churches is infinitely greater, especially now that we have linked hands with the Global occupy movement and Occupy the Vatican.

We therefore urge you all to be as audacious and public as possible in the actions you mount during April and beyond, as we unite around the call to disestablish and reclaim the space of churches engaged in crimes against humanity and children.

But remember always that our aim is to reach the hearts and the minds of church goers and congregations, and separate them from the hierarchy of the church corporations that have committed these crimes in their name and with their support and money.

In this regard, the work of a new network of serving clergy within Protestant and Catholic churches, known as Not in Our Name, is very encouraging, for it represents a movement within official Christianity to repudiate the child raping, genocidal legacy of Christendom. Their statement is reproduced here, and we urge you to circulate it to church goers as part of your actions on April 1 and 8.

Further in this vein, we’ve found that psychologically, church goers tend to close ranks against a perceived external threat like angry protestors, and can’t hear what they have to say.

Conversely, when we individually infiltrate church services and speak to congregants one on one, we outflank this aversion and make headway with the church goers. Using such methods last November, our Occupy the Vatican group in Vancouver actually caused some of the burly “Knights of Columbus” who were barring us access to the main Catholic cathedral to begin weeping as they were told of the missing and murdered children in Catholic schools.

In addition, infiltration methods into church services downplay and negate our small numbers and play up our real strength, which is our compassionate, moral high ground of our message. When we have fifty or a hundred people, then we can stage overt and visible actions; but short of that, if you are but a handful next Sunday, each of you can be a formidable army just by sharing the truth we hold with Christians who are ignorant of the murderous nature and history of their own church.

For this reason, we urge you this Sunday, and the next, to enter your targeted church individually, or in pairs, and disseminate information to people, try to make a statement during the “announcements” section of the service, or even try unfurling a banner or sign respectfully and peacefully during the service. There is no need for a mandatory protest outside if there are only a few of you, since your impact will be much greater inside the building rather than on the sidewalk.

Finally, and of direct relevance to this new focus and tactic, is the fact that we have been issued a legal Right of Entry into publicly-funded buildings like the taxpayer-supported Catholic and Protestant churches in your city. This legal right has been explicitly authorized in writing by various indigenous tribal chiefs, such as siem Kiapilano in Vancouver and some of the Mohawk elders, but more generally, it is a common law right that all of us enjoy based on something called a Necessity Defense under that law.

That is, citizens have the right to enter any place and arrest those suspect if they believe a crime is being committed and the police and courts refuse to intervene.

Since cops and governments everywhere are colluding openly in protecting the churches and their crimes against the innocent, our Right of Entry is thus required and guaranteed. And if the police or private security thugs try to evict or stop you from entering the church buildings, charge them publicly, on film, with aiding and abetting known child raping-and-killing organizations.

Rarely do churches want that kind of bad publicity.

In other words, it isn’t you who is trespassing or disrupting a religious service: on the contrary, you are engaged in a moral and community-protection action that must not be interfered with.

It’s vital that there are at least three or four of you working together on any such direct entry strategy; that someone not openly identified with your group videos the event or U tube posting afterwards; and that you try to directly reach the people in the pews.

We are enclosing a leaflet (download rtf here and below) for distribution in the churches on April 1 and 8.

Please send us reports and post the filmed proof of your action on You tube or by emailing it to us for our re-posting.

Further updates are pending.

May all strength and resolve be with you all, as you remember why we act: for the dead children, and for those who will suffer tomorrow if we don’t act today to end the power of criminal church corporations.

To all of you across Canada, the USA, Ireland, England, Italy, Latin America and Australia: audacity and courage!

Here is the text of the leaflet – please download the rtf and print and distribute at catholic churches on April 1 and 8:

Stop the Vatican’s War of Terror on Children and Liberty!

This Church is under Public Occupation until Justice is Won!

Statement to Church Goers and the Public:

Sunday, April 1 and 8, 2012

We are claiming this church as public space today under a Common Law Necessity Defense, which requires that citizens act to protect themselves when police and courts refuse to do so.

The Roman Catholic Church is a clear and ongoing threat to the safety of children everywhere.

Not only has it caused the death of untold hundreds of thousands of children in its orphanages, Indian residential schools and sweatshops, but Church policy requires that priests conceal rape and violence against children in their parishes, under the papal directive called Crimen sollicitationis.

Your child is not safe in this church, or anywhere in the catholic system.

Pope Joseph Ratzinger is personally implicated in concealing child rape and trafficking in his church, and is facing legal action for obstructing justice.

Aboriginal elders have issued eviction orders to Catholic churches on their territories for the Vatican’s crimes against humanity. We in Occupy the Vatican are enforcing those orders today, and declaring this church as free and open public space, especially to the poor and the homeless.

We ask all church goers to respect these facts by not obstructing our actions, and by withholding all money and tithing to this church.

We ask you to join with us to uphold the rights and safety of children, and hold the Vatican accountable for its centuries of crimes, and its ongoing injury to the innocent.
