Thursday, January 23, 2014

London, UK: After being swamped with phone calls and a threat of an occupation, the authorities at the Park Royal Mental Health Centre have released incarcerated “thought criminal” David Compan, an ITCCS activist.

“They were going to hold him for ‘examination’ for at least 28 days, but now suddenly he’s free” explained Rhianne Mockridge, ITCCS organizer in Coventry, England and a friend of David.

“We know it’s because of the stink people were raising about David. The phones were ringing off the hook at the hospital so much that they stopped answering them! Thanks to everyone for their help, it’s meant everything”.

David was originally arrested last month for posting the common law notices about the conviction of Pope Benedict, Queen Elizabeth and other officials for crimes against children. (see www.itccs.org)

David, Rhianne and others in Coventry will proceed now to convene a public court to prosecute other church and state officials for crimes against the community. They are joined by similar common law courts that are assembling in Holland, Canada and the United States. (see below)

Well done, everyone! The power of the people always trumps lies!

New Common Law court cases, website and radio program are announced

1. The Brussels-based International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) has launched its own website at www.iclcj.com.

“We have courts convening in four countries this week, around issues as diverse as child trafficking, mortgage fraud and chemtrails” said George Dufort, the Court Secretary, from Brussels today.

“Obviously it’s time to display online their work and their documentation, so that their eventual verdicts can be understood and enforced by the community”.

Similarly, the ICLCJ is collaborating with the alternative media network Radio Warrior to host an initially monthly blog radio program known as We the Jury on the last Saturday of every month at 4 pm Eastern time and 9 pm GMT. The first broadcast will be this Saturday, January 25 at www.radiowarrior.ca.

2. Child trafficking and the Guilt of Pope Francis – Mortgage Fraud – and Atmospheric Chemical Spraying: The new ICLCJ cases

The Central Office of the ICLCJ has announced today three new court actions to commence under its auspices by March 15. These cases are:

1. A prosecution of international child trafficking, including the role of the Vatican and the present Pope Francis in aiding and abetting this crime. Launched by the Central Court in Brussels and by the Common Law Court of Holland.

2. A prosecution of fraudulent mortgage practices by banks and government agencies in the United States. Launched by the Common Law Court of New Hampshire.

3. A prosecution of those responsible for atmospheric chemical spraying (“chemtrails”). Launched by the Common Law Court of Long Island, New York.

The aim of all of these cases, brought by citizen prosecutors, will be to halt such criminal practices and to jail those liable and responsible.

These court cases will be guided by Natural Law, the protocols of due process, and the philosophy and procedures laid out in the Common Law Training Manual found online at www.itccs.org.

ITCCS Urgent Action Update on “Thought Crime” Victim in England: ITCCS member David Compan is re-arrested and jailed in a London mental hospital, and held without charges for posting Common Law verdicts

Breaking Media Advisory from The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS)

(video of David’s first arrest and incarceration at Charing Cross hospital)

London, UK: January 22, 10 pm GMT

Targeted under England’s draconian “thought crime” laws for posting the verdicts of the International Common Law Court of Justice, ITCCS member David Compan has been re-arrested and incarcerated without charges for one month at the Park Royal Mental Health Centre in London.

“They’re holding him because he won’t tell them where he got the common law proclamations from. They’re ‘assessing’ him for one month but there’s no charge against him” described ITCCS organizer Rhianne Mockridge from Coventry.

Rhianne, David and others have made local headlines in England after they occupied a Catholic church in Coventry and posted the citizen arrest warrants against former Pope Benedict, Queen Elizabeth and other officials who were found guilty of crimes against humanity last February. (see www.itccs.org)

David Compan is the second high profile ITCCS activist to be imprisoned without charges since the common law court verdict. Steve Finney of Kitchener, Ontario was arrested without cause and held in prison for three days last October until released by protests from around the world.

The ITCCS Central Office in Brussels calls on its British members and supporters to secure David Compan’s immediate release by mounting protests and occupations at Park Royal Mental Health Centre and at British diplomatic offices in other countries.

Contact the hospital and demand David’s release, at:

Defend Thought Crime Prisoners: Free David Compan! An Urgent Action Notice from the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS)

January 9, 2014

London, England:

A British citizen named David Compan has been imprisoned without charges in a London mental hospital after he publicly associated with the ITCCS campaign to hold the Crown of England responsible for crimes against children.

David is being held and sedated at Charing Cross Hospital: https://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?msa=0&msid=210989199671914980955.00045431366d3d0c96166

Social worker Elizabeth Scully has confirmed to Coventry ITCCS organizer Rhianne Mockridge that David is being held for “examination”, but Scully refused to say where or provide any other details.

David Compan is a friend and supporter of Rhianne and other ITCCS activists in Coventry, who have led occupations of local roman catholic churches and are now convening a common law court to enforce ITCCS warrants against convicted felons and child abusers.

New draconian “fixed threat assessment” (FTA) laws in England allow the government to imprison indefinitely without charges anyone who is considered to be “fixated” about public figures, “VIP’s”, or members of the Royal Family. This “thought crime” law is described at: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-457934/Revealed-Blairs-secret-stalker-squad.html.

On February 25, 2013, Elizabeth Windsor, “Queen of England”, and 29 other officials were found guilty of crimes against humanity by the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels. David Compans has circulated this verdict and the evidence linking Ms. Windsor to the documented disappearance of ten aboriginal boys and girls from the Kamloops residential school on October 10, 1964.

Ms. Windsor has never denied or disputed this public charge or evidence, nor did she reply to the Public Summons issued to her by the Court in November, 2012.

The ITCCS calls upon its affiliates and members in twenty one countries to stage protests and occupations at local British businesses, consulates and embassies to demand the unconditional release of David Compan and to annul the police state FTA laws.

ITCCS members in London will protest at known FTA centres.
