Urgent Public Communique and Update from The International Common Law Court of Justice — Trial of Pope Francis, the Jesuits and the Anglicans to commence April 7

Urgent Public Communique and Update from The International Common Law Court of Justice

Issued under the auspices of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS)

Saturday, March 29, 2014 , 8 am GMT

Enclosed:

1. The Trial of Pope Francis, the Jesuits and the Anglicans to commence April 7 with Opening Presentation by the Prosecutor’s Office – The Court establishes tighter security after a Vatican-sponsored “black ops” disruption team is dispatched to Brussels.

2. A Public Information Agency is established to publicly disclose the Prosecutor’s evidence during the trial – The first report of the Agency follows.

3. Children’s remains and records ordered destroyed by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, acting for Queen Elizabeth – Mass graves of trafficked children are identified in Canada, Holland and the United States, and are linked to the Ninth Circle sacrificial cult.

The Secretariat of the Court has today released the following public statement:

Jorge Bergoglio (aka “Pope Francis”), Adolfo Pachon (Jesuit Superior General) and Justin Welby (Archbishop of Canterbury) will stand trial in absentia on Monday, April 7 after refusing to challenge or deny the criminal charges made against them in the Trial Division of the Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels.

The Prosecutor’s Office will commence its case against these three chief defendants on that day and will present evidence linking them to the trafficking, torture and death of children, and to the concealment of these crimes.

The Court has delayed the opening of the trial by one week, from its original commencement on March 31, after it received confirmation that a covert operations team has been dispatched by the Vatican to disrupt and destroy the work of the Court. The team consists of paid agents of the so-called “Holy Alliance”, the Jesuit-run spying and assassination agency responsible for the silencing and murder of papal opponents.

The Court has accordingly established new security arrangements for its members and especially its key public spokesman, Reverend Kevin Annett, ITCCS Field Secretary. The Court’s initial sessions will be closed, and conducted at an undisclosed location. However, the Prosecution’s evidence presented to the Court will be made public during the trial through a newly-established Public Information Agency attached to the Chief Prosecutor’s Office.

The first announcement from this Agency follows. See www.itccs.org and www.iclcj.com for further updates.

Public Information Agency of the Office of the Chief Prosecutor, International Common Law Court of Justice

Bulletin No. 1: Saturday, 29 March, 2014

The Office of the Chief Prosecutor (OCP) has compiled its evidence against the primary defendants BERGOGLIO, PACHON and WELBY, and filed its primary documentation with the Court. Our arguments to the Court will commence Monday, 7 April at 10 am.

The OCP has found considerable evidence linking the defendants with the operation and protection of a global child trafficking network involving the routine and systematic kidnapping, rape, torture and sacrificial murder of newborn infants and children up to age fourteen. The documented ring known as the NINTH CIRCLE involving the defendants and former Popes JOHN PAUL II and BENEDICT is one manifestation of this network. The CIRCLE operates according to a canon law statute designated as THE MAGISTERIAL PRIVILEGE, which is filed within the sealed archives of the Vatican library. An obtained copy of this statute is entered as evidence by the OCP.

The NINTH CIRCLE is globally based and centuries old, operating at Roman Catholic cathedrals in Montreal, New York, Rome, London and dozens of other locations, including at protected forest groves in America, Canada, France and Holland. It routinely utilizes children taken from Catholic orphanages, adoption agencies, hospitals and schools.

The OCP has documented one such operation at the former Church of England / Jesuit run MOHAWK INDIAN RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. The routine rape, torture and sacrificial killing of aboriginal children associated with the Mohawk Confederacy began with the opening of this facility in 1832 and continues to the present day in sub-basement vaults. This fact has been established from forensic remains from a mass grave near to the school, eyewitness testimonies, para-psychological evidence and documentation from secret archives of the Church of England in London, Ontario (the so-called closed “G 12” collection of the Anglican Huron Diocese under Bishop Bob Bennett).

Former Anglican church researcher LEONA MOSES has also confirmed these facts personally to Kevin Annett and Mohawk elder Cheryl Squire at a private interview in October 2011. (see the evidence from ICLCJ case 0022513-001, Genocide in Canada, at www.itccs.org, and attached youtube links)

Primary defendant WELBY, acting as Archbishop of Canterbury and under the direction of convicted felon ELIZABETH WINDSOR (aka “Queen of England”), ordered the destruction of these archives and any forensic remains of the murdered children in January of 2012, in a private communique to Anglican Primate Fred Hiltz in Toronto. WELBY’s order was prompted in part by ELIZABETH WINDSOR’S direct involvement in the kidnapping and death of aboriginal children in Canada and the regular participation of Royal Family members in NINTH CIRCLE rituals at the Mohawk school in Brantford.

These rituals are attested by eyewitness accounts of a former Mohawk school inmate and a police-accredited para-psychological investigator whose affidavits are in the OCP’s docket material.

Both of these sources agree on seeing nine figures in red robes gathered about an altar in a sub-basement catacomb under the west wing of the Mohawk Indian school. A young Mohawk girl aged five or six was bound and gagged on the altar, repeatedly raped by all participants, and then killed and disemboweled and dismembered with a ceremonial knife, and her blood was consumed by the nine. The remains of the corpse were then burned and buried in secret in the woods immediately west of the school building.

In October, 2011, excavations commenced by Mohawk elders on the grounds of the same site adjacent to the school revealed numerous buttons from the uniform of female students at the school, burnt pieces of clothing, and bones that had been cut up in sections. Subsequently, two of these bone fragments were positively identified as being those of a small child by Ontario forensic examiner Greg Olson and archaeologist Kris Nahrgang, as well as by senior forensic pathologist Dr. Donald Ortner of the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. (Ortner died of undisclosed causes shortly afterwards).

Primary defendants WELBY, BERGOGLIO and PACHON all conspired to set into motion a campaign to conceal or destroy this evidence, obstruct justice, and publicly discredit the ITCCS and Kevin Annett after this evidence was made public in October, 2011. This misinformation campaign continues primarily by means of government-controlled media in Canada, including the misnamed “Aboriginal Peoples’ Television Network” (APTN), and by directly silencing Mohawk elders and eyewitnesses in Brantford.

Jesuit involvement in the NINTH CIRCLE rituals at the Mohawk school is confirmed in correspondence from school Principals as far back as 1922. Similar Jesuit sacrificial rituals involving small children and newborns at Catholic Indian schools in South Dakota and Omak, Washington are attested by eyewitness Clarita Vargas in an affidavit entered into our docket material.

Further evidence in this case will be disclosed in upcoming Agency Bulletins.

Crimes at Mohawk School in Canada
http://youtu.be/G04DuSJhBhw

Barely three years ago, my aboriginal friend Johnny Dawson was beaten to death by three policeman in Vancouver, Canada for leading occupations of local churches that murdered more than 50,000 children in their “Indian residential schools”.

The official cause of Johnny’s death issued by the Vancouver Coroner’s office made no mention of his broken nose and shattered jaw.

Johnny’s fate is an example of how Canada’s genocide of native people has never stopped.

Last year, at a tribal-approved excavation, I held in my hand bits of bones and small buttons from what appears to be the mass grave of Mohawk Indian children who died at the Church of England Indian school in Brantford, Canada, and who were buried in secret on the school grounds. But after we made this historic news public, the Canadian media refused to report any aspect of it.

Canada is a land of official silence and coverup when it comes to its own ongoing genocide. With full church and state authorization, for over a century a hundred thousand Indian children were incarcerated in special camps called “residential schools” where until 1996 they were gang raped, tortured, worked to death as slave laborers, sexually sterilized, experimented on, starved to death and exposed to communicable diseases. Half of them died there.

For twenty years, I have documented and made public the details of these crimes (www.hiddennolonger.com), and have watched as the Canadian government and the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Churches have evaded justice and covered up their responsibility for the deliberate killing of more than 50,000 children in this infamous system.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper is personally implicated in this criminal conspiracy by authorizing an official whitewash known as Canada’s “Truth and Reconciliation Commission”, which censors survivors’ statements, minimizes the genocide, ignores the mass graves of residential school children and actually prohibits the prosecution of the guilty churches and the naming of names of the guilty. Prime Minister Harper must be made to stand before an international court of justice for this crime.

Behind Canada’s global image of a humanitarian nation lies the fact that it continues to violate international law with apartheid legislation known as the Indian Act, which denies aboriginal people on reservations full citizenship rights. The death rate among Indians is forty times the national average, and Indian children are still stolen from their families and cultures in a clear plan of cultural eradication by the government that is as entrenched as it was during the time of the Indian “residential schools”.

Canada’s extermination of Indians is in fact continuing at an ever-quickening pace because of the demands of the United States military and corporations for Canada’s uranium, water and minerals, much of which lies on Indian territory. The depleted uranium that slowly tortures and kills the children of Iraq and other Islamic nations is mined on Cree Indian land in northern Saskatchewan, where it first causes the same death among Cree aboriginal families.

Whenever we have confronted these crimes of past or present genocide in Canada, we have faced the same attacks from the government, corporations and churches responsible. A total of thirteen native activists in our network across Canada have been killed or died mysteriously in the last four years, including homeless men like Johnny Dawson in Vancouver. I believe the only reason I am still alive is because of my pale skin; and the public exposure our campaign has received.

That campaign is now escalating, as we have joined with other victims of catholic church terror in countries like America, England, Ireland, Italy and Australia. This month, we are launching an online common law court, in which the evidence of these crimes will be presented to panels of citizen judges and jurors, and an enforceable verdict will be issued.

We urgently rely on the courts and people of other nations to help us bring to justice the institutions responsible for the ongoing slaughter of indigenous people and children. We have served public summonses on Pope Benedict, the Queen and England, Prime Minister Harper of Canada and other church and state officials. On November 1, our International Common Law Court of Justice will begin revealing to the world the extent of their crimes against humanity.

For the sake of our children, living and dead, and for the victims of the worst genocide in human history, I ask for your help.

Please call and work for international economic and political sanctions to be brought against Canada for its genocide of Indians, and for a boycott of all trade and tourism to Canada. Endorse our Common Law court, and give it exposure in your media. And join us to actively dis-establish the Vatican and other churches and criminal institutions covered with the blood of so many innocent children.

Please consult the attached documents and videos.

In the name of our common humanity and our desire for justice, I thank you.

An Open Letter to the “Aboriginal Peoples” Television Network

from Kevin D. Annett

An Open Letter to APTN
http://youtu.be/01Iq6OR0ibA

Dear APTN, and assorted minions,

I was going to write to your lawyers about all this, but you know how humorless those guys tend to be. And this involves what’s ultimately a laughing matter, despite the seriousness of the garbage you’ve been up to.

This week, as part of a grossly misrepresentative smear piece you’ve been running on me, you’ve been broadcasting my image on your network after I expressly denied you permission to do so. Somewhere, I read, that’s against the law.

You’ve also publicly lied about the work I’ve been doing at the Brantford Indian residential school in our search for the mass graves of the children who died there.

Let me say, first off, that I’ve tried unsuccessfully for several years to interest your station in our campaign to open these graves and bring the murdered children home for a proper burial. Ever since the farcical “apology” for genocide issued in June 2008 by your paymaster, the Prime Minister of Canada, you’ve ignored the whole issue, including the list of 28 mass graves near former Indian residential schools that I sent to your head office in April, 2010.

Even last year, when ten Mohawk elders gave me written authorization to commence surveys and digs at the Brantford “Mush hole” residential school, and when we actually uncovered evidence of buried children there, APTN refused to broadcast this historic news.

So it’s quite odd, and humorous, that APTN is now trumpeting itself as providing the “real story” about the missing residential school children in Canada. Exactly how you’d know anything about the issue is beyond me, considering how steadfastly you’ve shunned it.

But the heat is on you now, obviously, with the guilty government and churches’ need for a new big spin on the matter of mass murder of Indian children. Or is it coincidental that you guys are suddenly interested in missing Indian kids, now that the whitewash those killers call “canada’s truth and reconciliation commission” is about to issue its final report? A report, incidentally, that’s a $68 million version of the Warren Commission Report, except that it does the Americans one better: there wasn’t even a lone gunman responsible for the crime up here, apparently, since nobody was responsible for the deaths of those 50,000 Indian kids, considering that nobody is standing trial for the death of even one child – especially not the churches responsible.

So I understand. But in your zeal to suddenly look credible on the issue and help discredit me and the only independent inquiry into the mass graves, your bits of journalistic integrity have vanished quicker than death records into a church shredding machine. Because you’re openly lying about me, on the public airwaves.

One of your recent inflammatory pieces, for instance, claimed that our survey team at the Brantford Mush hole school relied only on “psychics” to identify the spot where childen were buried.

I guess you guys don’t watch youtube. In early October, 2011, images of our scanning the grounds of the school with a Ground Penetrating Radar machine were posted all over the internet. I can send you the link, again, if you like.

You also claim that our digging up a small two foot deep, five foot square patch of earth near the school has “irretrievably damaged the site”, which is an odd thing to say, considering that the site encompassses more than three hundred acres.

What you convientally don’t mention on the air is the significance of the evidence we dug up at the Mush Hole: namely, buttons from children’s uniforms at the school, entangled in tree roots. Eyewitnesses say that when kids were buried on the grounds, trees were always planted on top of the remains.

Newsworthy? Apparently not to APTN. What you do consider important is to spread lots of gossip, innuendo and unsubstantiated nastiness about me personally, and pass that off as objective coverage of murdered children.

Which brings us to those bones we uncovered.

What you claim is that I, a white guy, went it like a gangbuster at the Mush Hole and dug up some animal bones and then passed them off as human, and thereby so angered the Mohawk elders they asked me to leave. That’s also what the government and church spin doctors are saying about me, but I guess that’s another coincidence, eh?

What actually happened is that with full permission, I conducted two small digs in the presence of authorizing Mohawk elders and uncovered many bones close to and mixed with the school uniform buttons I mentioned. That same week, an archeaologist named Kris Nahrgang and an Ontario fire marshal called Greg Olson sat with me and the Mohawk elders and studied the bones we unearthed. After a half hour of examining one small bone, Olson said, with Nahrgang agreeing,

“I’m 90 pecent cetain this is human, probably a small child’s knee socket. But we’ll need a forensic examination to be sure.”

On the basis of his remark, I subsequently showed that bone on a youtube broadcast and a Toronto TV program, and repeated Olson’s words: that it was “probably human”, but we weren’t sure yet.

The bones were then sent off to the Smithsonian Institute in Washington for analysis. Their chief forensic specialist took three weeks to examine them and then told me on the phone,

“They could be human but I think they’re animal. I’ll need more samples to be sure.”

Frankly, his ambiguous comments seemed strange to me, and I believe he was influenced to say what he did and to be vague. It wouldn’t be the first time a government scientist has responded thus when faced with the remains of possibly murdered Indian kids.

Meanwhile, back in Brantford, a woman name Jan Longboat, who admitted she receives government money, had been smearing me in the comunity from top to bottom and paying a man named Frank Miller to join the “Trash Kevin Annett” campaign. The two of them created enough confusion to put any further digs on hold – and again, I guess coincidentally eh? – Miller is the first and primary Mohawk that APTN went to for “the real story” about Kevin Annett and the Mush hole dig.

Of course, I’m not the issue at all: all those dead Mokawk children are, as is those who put them under the ground – namely, the Anglican Church of Canada and the feds. And Anglican Bishop Bob Bennett in London, Ontario has been sitting on hard evidence – including an 1870 Crown document outlining a plan to wipe out the Mohawks – that reveals that the church knew about the deaths at the Mush Hole and did nothing.

Funny that none of that made it into your programs, especially since, once again, I shared all of that information with you as I learned it from former Anglican researcher Leona Moses, who asked me to make it public. You are still getting my updates, aren’t you?

I know the pressure you guys are under. Last January, Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Cantebury, told top Canadian Anglican Fred Hiltz that not one church record about the Brantford school is to be made public. Back in law school, they called that obstructing justice. But I guess he can do that sort of thing, being an Archbishop.

The Archbishop didn’t call you guys too, did he?

Well, don’t worry. All of this stuff is being documented and will be broadcast soon all over the world, through the online common law court I am involved in that is publishing hundreds of exhibits detailing the crime and coverup of genocide in Canada … something else you’ve never mentioned over your airwaves.

So get the story straight, guys, and stop lying about me and what’s going on. But of course, engaging in such journalistic integrity, so unusual in Canada, will cost you your jobs, your reputations, and perhaps a lot more. That’s the price of truth.

cheers

Kevin D. Annett

ps: I’ve attached pictures showing that at the Brantford site, not only were we employing a GPR machine and technician – that’s Clynt employed by the Six Nations Tribal Council on the left, teaching ITCCS worker Lori O’Rorke how to run it – but your informant Frank Miller is filming everything, on the right. So how can he now claim we were only using a psychic?

Also, the pictures include three authorizing Mohawk elders – Bill Squire, Cheryl Squire, and Yvonne Hill – involved in the dig, and Cheryl Squire commencing the dig.

On the Eve of A Final Accounting: An Update from Kevin Annett and The International Common Law Court of Justice

I’ve been traveling across Europe and North America since August, helping to establish our Common Law Court of Justice. This Court is something new and historic in the world, a grassroots movement of citizen-powered justice that on October 15 will begin to turn the tables on criminal bodies of church and state.

The Court is now functioning in seven countries, and will issue indictments and enforce its verdicts and sentences against those responsible for hideous crimes against children. More specific directions will be issued to all 58 of its citizen jurors before October 15.

Hundreds of people are on board now with the Court: citizen jurors, judges and prosecutors, and many eyewitnesses and plaintiffs. Summonses have been issued, including to the Pope himself and heads of state. And in response, a senior catholic Cardinal has shown a willingness to break from the Pope and negotiate some of our demands on behalf of a faction in the hierarchy.

And thanks to new information provided by church insiders, we are on the verge of revealing the unmarked graves of little children that scatter the lands of Canada, America, Ireland and other nations; and starting the process to bring those children home.

So here’s my report, written from Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, the USA and Canada.

John Deegan is one of our co-workers in Ireland who can cause panic among the catholic hierarchy just by walking into one of their churches. John has led continual occupations of Pro Cathedral in Dublin on behalf of child rape survivors. I got a real kick out of accompanying him into the Cathedral on September 9 to see where he had chained himself to the gold-plated pulpit.

“It’s what they really fear, you know, occupying their churches during the mass” he commented, as worried Catholics watched us nervously. And I agreed with him, for it’s been proven true all over the world.

A week later, I stood with other friends inside Amsterdam’s main catholic church, St. Nicholas, handing out leaflets to startled parishioners and befuddled clergy. John’s comment came true again, as the head priest hurried over to us and said that he’d negotiate anything we wanted, as long as we left the building.

One of our Dutch activists then read to the priest from our leaflet, which called on Catholics not to fund the church as long as it protected child raping priests through the Vatican law called Crimen Sollicitationas.

“But we don’t do that!” exclaimed the priest. “We report all abuses to the police in Holland!”

I quickly said to him,

“Then you’re disobeying this law from the Pope?”

He stared at me angrily and said nothing. I continued,

“Because under this law, if you report an abusive priest to the police, you’ll be excommunicated”

Caught in his own lie, the priest threw up his hands and stormed away. And we kept leafleting his “flock”. One of the parish council members even came over to us to pledge his support for our work.

Our action caused quite the stir in Holland. The top archbishop there wrote about our action to all his clergy, and that same week, over 20,000 people watched our broadcast from Holland about the launching of our International Common Law Court of Justice. (www.itccs.org, Sept. 15 and 17) In response, a German-Swiss television network broadcast our documentary Unrepentant to ten million people across Europe.

These kind of church occupations are definitely an Achilles Heel to criminal bodies like the Vatican, the Church of England and the United Church of Canada. Don’t forget that it was our March, 2007 occupations of Vancouver and Toronto churches and the massive media coverage of those actions that forced the government’s “apology” to residential school survivors a few months later.

But an even greater weapon in our arsenal is the hard evidence of church-sponsored crime and murder that will begin to go online globally on October 15. And this is clearly what churches and governments are worried about.

On September 18, an official with the European Union met with me for a day in Brussels and confirmed this.

“Parliamentarians here have been reading your documentation about the death rate in Canadian Indian schools, ever since your press conference in Rome two years ago” said the man.

“Some of us are preparing a motion to have Canada investigated for crimes against humanity, along with Pope Benedict. There is plenty of evidence showing collusion, thanks to your work.”

Equally encouraging, and a sign of the crisis in the Vatican, is that while in Brussels I received a communication from a senior Cardinal in Rome describing how an anti-Ratzinger element in the Curia wishes to discuss some of the Ten Requirements our Tribunal issued to the Pope on May 4 (www.itccs.org). Now that these kinds of divisions in the Vatican are starting to crack open, it’s clear that the tide is shifting.

Neither the churches nor governments under exposure are sitting idle, of course. The same European Union official told me that his sources in the British Home Office said that they plan to detain and imprison me if I try returning to England. And back in Canada, the government and its puppet “Aboriginal Peoples’ Television Network” (APTN) is launching a renewed smear and misinformation campaign against our work and me personally.

That latest smear, not surprisingly, is aimed at the first excavation of a mass grave site at a Canadian Indian residential school that we commenced with Mohawk elders’ permission just a year ago. That survey and dig, at the former Mohawk Institute in Brantford, uncovered for the first time verified clothing and buttons from children’s uniforms, and other evidence indicating that children are buried there. This evidence will feature prominently in the third case in the Docket of our Court.

The sabotage campaign at Brantford involves a couple of government-paid operatives, Jan Longboat and Frank Miller, who have bribed or confused elders at Brantford to disassociate themselves from our inquiry and yours truly, with the usual kind of unsubstantiated lies and smears. They’ve even issued a fake story that unnamed “elders” have asked me to leave their community. And after consistently ignoring the actual dig and the evidence we uncovered, the government-funded APTN is now broadcasting this stage-managed black ops as the truth of what is “really going on” at Brantford. Meanwhile, the Canadian media is completely blacking out all of the actual evidence we’ve uncovered.

All of this is very familiar. On two previous occasions, exactly the same tactics of internal sabotage were used to successfully infiltrate and disrupt our work in Canada: in June 1998, when our first Tribunal into Canadian residential schools was held in Vancouver, and in the period 2007-2008, when our protests forced the “apology” by Canada for residential schools.

The difference now, of course, is that our campaign has spread globally, and the hard evidence of children’s graves has finally surfaced. That’s why the Brantford dig that we initiated with Mohawk elders is so important, and not only because it was the first independent excavation of an identified residential school burial site.

In the process of the Brantford inquiry, two sources in the Anglican church that ran the school, including an aboriginal researcher named Leona Moses, described how they uncovered a “smoking gun” document authorizing the extermination of all the Mohawks. It was signed by the Crown of England, the Church and state-allied Indian chiefs in 1870. This document is being hidden by Anglican Bishop Bob Bennett along with other material proving murders of children at the Mohawk school, under orders from the Archbishop of Canterbury in London, Rowan Williams.

So it’s small wonder that the Crown and its paid agents are pulling out all stops to squash our exposure of such direct proof of deliberate genocide against Mohawk children. But the Brantford inquiry is continuing, and will feature in the third case in the Docket of our Court.

The important fact is that we’ve reached a new pinnacle in our work, and a crossroads: for instead of just documenting and exposing genocide, murder and child trafficking by churches, we are taking the next step, and placing the guilty on trial before the eyes of the world. What will emerge from that trial will be an enforceable judgement and sentencing against institutions that until now have been above the law and unaccountable.

Our Prosecutor’s Office will begin to present the evidence against the accused on an online broadcast and You Tube posting starting October 15, focusing on five cases which are fully described at www.itccs.org (September 17). All of you can be part of the court and its deliberations, as well as the public debate concerning the ultimate sentence to be imposed on the accused persons and institutions, so that their crimes will never re-occur.

Let me conclude by saying that what’s happening with all of this is truly remarkable. The churches that for centuries have caused unspeakable crimes on the innocent are facing disestablishment, thanks not only to these protest movements and legal actions, but due to a genuine spiritual reformation that is undoing the fabric of false religions.

During September, for example, we were contacted by groups of “light workers” and spiritual elders in America and Europe who are helping to undo the deeper power of the Vatican and the dark forces behind it. We can see the positive results of this work, as more witnesses and even church insiders are coming to us now with information and help; and as more people leave these false churches.

Truth and knowledge are power, and over time can overthrow any tyrant, no matter how formidable. So help us and yourselves, and children both dead and alive, by engaging personally in the efforts of our Common Law Court and New Reformation during the months ahead. The end of the present cycle of decay and falsehood has been predicted, and is manifesting before our eyes.

Stay tuned on Monday, October 15 for the online posting of the first evidence about the crimes of church and state. And please contact me directly.

Thank you and carry it on!

The Queen of England Orders a Coverup, and other News from our very own Deep Throat

Posted on July 31, 2012 by itccs
by Kevin D. Annett

It didn’t happen late at night in a murky parking garage, like in All the President’s Men. The phone call from the inside informant came to me unexpectedly this week from someone claiming to be a former staff member at the head office of the Anglican Church in Toronto. I’ll call him Sid.

According to “Sid”, top Anglican church officials like Primate Fred Hiltz and Huron Diocese Bishop Bob Bennett have known all about hideous crimes at their former Mohawk Indian residential school in Brantford for years.

Repeatedly, Hiltz, Bennett and other top church officials asked the Canadian government to help conceal incriminating evidence at “the Mush Hole”: like letters from church staff describing gang rapes of children, forced starvation, and the routine killing of pregnant or “unruly” Mohawk adolescents by beatings and forced confinement without food or water.

Much of this evidence is now locked away at Justice Department archives in Ottawa that are firmly closed to the public, according to Sid. The “worst stuff” was shipped to Ottawa over a decade ago to hide it from lawyers for residential school survivors.

“Ottawa and the Anglicans had an agreement as early as 1999, right after you blew open the residential school story with that tribunal of yours” explained Sid to me on the phone.

“In return for the feds’ help in covering up this really bad stuff and bearing the cost of court payments to victims, the church would disclose some of the well, less controversial abuses that happened at the Mush Hole by opening some of our archives. Well, the feds kept their side of the bargain but the church never did, on orders from London”

“London? You mean like, England?” I asked Sid.

“That’s what I overheard. The Primate was passing on a confidential statement from the Archbishop of Canterbury himself, acting for the Queen. Under no circumstances can anything be divulged, those were the Archbishop’s very words, and Hiltz said he was speaking for Her Majesty”

“Do you mean the Queen ordered church officials to obstruct justice and bury the truth about murder?”

“I’m not making that accusation but her words speak for themselves” said Sid quietly.

Sid took a stress leave break that stretched into a permanent leave from his job because, to quote him, “I couldn’t take all the lies and subterfuge anymore. I was expected to destroy evidence of crime scenes and report any staff or clergymen who looked like they might leak something”.

Among some of the allegations made by Brantford school survivors that were confirmed by Sid to me this week, based on documents and reports he read,

- Children who died were regularly buried in secret in the forest just east of the Mush Hole school

- Those who were killed were usually incinerated in the school furnace to avoid a possible autopsy

- Mohawk children were “especially targeted” for rapes, beatings, starvation and a regimen that would weaken and kill them

- Principals like W.J. Zimmerman (1933-1952) operated a brothel and child prostitution service out of the Mush Hole for police and politicians in return for cash payments

- Zimmerman was also responsible for forcing children to drink fouled and unpasteurized milk as part of a federal Health department study

- This use of native children for involuntary experiments included drug testing programs operated in association with pharmaceutical companies like Eli Lilly, Upjohn and Bayer that funded the United, Anglican and Catholic churches which ran Indian residential schools

- Local police were regularly prevented from investigating and laying charges against Mush Hole school staff and clergy for rape and killings “by people at the very top”

The fact that Sid’s inner circle evidence confirms that Mohawks were targeted for “special treatment” confirms the claim of former Anglican researcher Leona Moses that a formal agreement to exterminate the Mohawks by means of the Mush Hole school was signed in 1870 between the Crown – Church of England, the New England Company that established the school, and non-Mohawk chiefs of the local Six Nations Confederacy.

This “smoking gun” document is locked away in something called “the closed G 12 section” in the archives of the Anglican Church’s Huron Diocese office in London, Ontario. Diocese Bishop Bob Bennett has refused access to the G 12 section to even his own staff members and has fired or disciplined clergy in his Diocese who would not agree to be gagged from speaking about their knowledge of crimes at the Mush Hole.

Legal efforts to expose these crimes have been continually blocked by Crown officials in Ontario, like the case of dozens of Mush Hole survivors who tried suing the Anglican Church and Crown in June, 2001. This case was dismissed by Judge Haines of the Ontario Supreme Court on the grounds that legal action against the Crown was barred by The Crown Liability Act of 1953.

Considering that he sits on evidence that the Queen of England, like Pope Benedict, has actively obstructed justice and protected criminals, I asked “Sid” if he would go on record with what he knew. He finally replied,

“I will if others will, but not by myself. People with more pull than me need to come forward. Ask Dr. Wendy Fletcher all that she knows. If she goes public, I will too. You can tell her that.”

Dr. Wendy Fletcher is the Principal of one of the largest seminaries in Canada: my old Alma Mater, the Vancouver School of Theology. Fletcher was given the plum posting after she agreed to do what neither Sid nor Leona Moses would do, and that was to gag and silence herself for over ten years while she was a researcher for the Huron Diocese, after she uncovered the horror that resides under the earth of the Mush Hole, in secret government archives, and in countless ruined lives.

Soon after Mohawk elders and I commenced excavations at the grounds of the Mush Hole school last October, Wendy Fletcher took a leave of absence as VST Principal. This month, she announced she would step down as Principal as of December, 2012.

Wendy plans to return to teaching and advising the Association of Theological Schools (ATS): a Christian accreditation program heavily funded by and tied to large pharmaceutical companies like Eli Lilly: one of the corporations that paid the Anglican church for years to test out experimental drugs on the Mohawk boys and girls at the Mush Hole school in Brantford.

The inquiry continues.

The Mass Graves at Brantford: An Update from the ITCCS Indigenous Elders Advisory Council and Kevin Annett

ITCCS International Communique, 5 June 2012
Brussels

The first successful uncovering of apparent mass graves at a former Indian residential school in Canada began in October, 2011 at the “Mush Hole” Mohawk Institute: the former Church of England (Anglican) facility in Brantford, Ontario.

After being formally authorized by Mohawk elders to begin the inquiry, two teams associated with the ITCCS successfully surveyed the grounds of the Mush Hole with Ground Penetrating Radar. This survey revealed massive soil dislocation in areas where eyewitnesses describe seeing burials of children who died in the Mush Hole.

Based on this discovery, the ITCCS teams sunk two small test digs which revealed positive evidence of burials. These included remains of clothing and buttons positively identified as coming from school uniforms, as well as bone samples which turned out to be primarily animal mixed with probable human remains of small children.

The very success of this dig, and its kindling of similar independent excavations at two other former residential schools during 2012, has sparked a counter-attack by the government of Canada and the Anglican Church which has caused the Brantford inquiry to be put on temporary hold.

This counter-attack has followed the usual pattern of divide and conquer tactics utilizing the already factionalized atmosphere in the Six Nations community in Brantford.

Early in 2012 after the test digs had uncovered the first bone samples, a government-funded operative named Jan Longboat recruited and paid one of the tribal members who had authorized the ITCCS inquiry, Frank Miller, to begin criticizing the inquiry and calling for the expulsion of ITCCS field worker Kevin Annett from the Mohawk community.

Miller successfully factionalized the original group of authorizing Mohawks by stoking fear and spreading state-sponsored smears about Kevin Annett in the community, despite Kevin having been adopted into the Mohawk Nation and given a name.

Nevertheless, to solidify the ITCCS inquiry, in late March, 2012, a new group of ten Mohawk elders and Mush Hole survivors issued a new statement authorizing Kevin Annett and ITCCS to proceed with the Mush Hole inquiry and excavation.

To counter further disruptions and rally native supporters, ITCCS has also established a seven-member Indigenous Elders Advisory Council with representatives from the Cree, Anishnabe, Haudenosaunee, Squamish, Mohawk, Wyandotte, and Maliseet Nations.

The Mush Hole inquiry will be proceeding under the authority of the ten authorizing Mohawk elders, along with a new international team of archaeological and forensic specialists who will seek to recover and identify the remains of children who died at the Mush Hole, for analysis and traditional re-burial.

This inquiry is now joined by similar independent excavations on Cree and Squamish territory, authorized by survivors at the site of residential schools in Ontario and British Columbia.

Obviously, this initiative is a direct challenge to the present state and church-funded whitewash known as Canada’s “truth and reconciliation commission”, which has no mandate to lay criminal charges or search for the remains or cause of death of the 50,000 and more children who died in these schools.

We can therefore expect further efforts by Canada and its guilty churches to disrupt and discredit the independent search for the missing children at the Mush Hole, and elsewhere. And so we urge all people of conscience and all survivors of Canada’s genocide to rally behind our efforts, and to launch similar digs in their own communities.

“A New Reformation”

Breaking News: “A New Reformation” to stop the Vatican’s War of Terror on the Innocent will Commence during “Holy Week”, Sunday, April 1:

A Call to Action by Occupy the Vatican

Occupy the Vatican

Rome:

Survivors of church terror and their allies are taking direct action against the world’s oldest and most ruthless criminal, starting Palm Sunday, April 1.

Occupy the Vatican and survivor’s groups in eight countries will launch church occupations, teach-ins, protests, and even “public defrockings” that day that will include the issuing of a New Reformation Charter, containing a ten point program to abolish the power of the Vatican as a criminal body.

The April 1 campaign will include actions by a new group within the churches called Not in Our Name, comprising Catholic and Protestant clergy who support the legal disestablishment of criminal church corporations like the Vatican and the Church of England, and a return to an egalitarian, congregational system of Christianity devoid of the genocidal legacy of Christendom.

Joining this Occupy movement will be traditional indigenous elders in Canada from the Mohawk, Squamish and Ojibway nations who survived Catholic and Protestant “Indian residential schools”, and who will be issuing new banishment orders to evict these churches from their lands.

In Ireland, plans are afoot to conduct “public defrockings” of known child raping priests who the authorities refuse to prosecute.

“We won’t let these bastards pose as men of God anymore, or practice in our communities. We’ll toss them out of the churches on their ass” described Colm O’Brien of Wexford, a member of Occupy the Vatican Ireland.

In Rome, Occupy supporters plan to create a human “exorcism” chain around the Vatican on Easter Sunday, April 8, to “expel the spirit of lies and violence” from the church.

Besides these direct actions, Occupy the Vatican is working with members and officials of the European Parliament and other nations to repeal the so-called “financial concordats” between the Vatican and governments, and to bring the operations of the Vatican Bank under public control and scrutiny.

“The important thing is to take action to dismantle the church from the ground up, and place it under public control. That’s the only way future generations of our children will be safe from a church that’s a law unto itself and feeds and profits off the suffering of the innocent” declared Caoimhin Ui Niall of Occupy the Vatican.

“Let everyone do something on April 1 and April 8 to end the reign of terror of this false church.”

Breaking News: Another independent search for native children’s remains begins in Ontario, Canada – and more revelations and attempted sabotage at the Mohawk Indian residential school inquiry

Another independent search for native children’s remains begins in Ontario, Canada – and more revelations and attempted sabotage at the Mohawk Indian residential school inquiry

February 29, 2012 – ITCCS Brussels

A second aboriginal nation in Canada has begun searching on their own for the bodies of their relatives who never returned from the local state and church-run Indian residential school.

Elders of a Cree Nation in Canada have commenced surveys and a test excavation at a suspected mass grave near a former Indian residential school in northern Ontario, it was announced yesterday in a statement sent to The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS).

The statement is signed by ten elders and members of a tribe of the Cree Nation, who have requested that their names and the identity of the former school in question be withheld until their excavation results can be analyzed.

The statement reads in part,

“We have started to look for the little ones who never came back from the local residential school. After the police refuse to investigate. We want to know what happened to them and give them an honoring ceremony. We want to have what we discover sent to the courts outside Canada with the help of ITCCS so Canada and the (omitted) Church can be brought to trial for the ginocide (sic) of our people.”

One of the presiding Cree elders contacted Kevin Annett shortly after the commencement of the Mohawk residential school dig in Brantford, Ontario last October was announced on You Tube. The elder asked that Kevin and the ITCCS assist his people in their own independent inquiry into the death and disappearance of Cree children.

Meanwhile, in Brantford, some of the artifacts unearthed last November on the grounds of the former Church of England school have been positively identified by former inmates there as being small wooden and ivory buttons that were part of the school uniform worn by girls during the early 1950′s.

These buttons were found near to bits of old shoes and considerable pieces of burned charcoal in subsoil fifty yards from the residential school.

These buttons were also found in association with a number of bones which have been analyzed by four separate archaeologists. Since there is no consensus among these four specialists whether the bones are definitely human or animal, the ITCCS has advised the authorizing Mohawk elders not to make any further public announcements about these bones until more evidence and physical remains at the site can be properly excavated and identified by experts.

The authorizing Mohawk elders have previously informed all concerned not to comment on these bones until definitive results are confirmed.

This security is required, as well, by recent efforts by government-funded natives and their associates to sabotage and undermine the independent Mohawk inquiry, including through attempts to spread rumors and create divisions among the nine original elders who authorized Kevin Annett and the ITCCS to work on their territory.

More updates will be issued soon by the Mohawk elders themselves.

The ITCCS is encouraged by the fact that a second undertaking has been launched by native people themselves to search for the evidence of genocide and murder at the state and church-run “Indian residential schools” in Canada. We can only hope the example of the Mohawk and the Cree nations will continue to spread, in the face of a concerted whitewash of this genocide by Canada’s church and state-funded official “truth and reconciliation commission”.

Children’s Bones Identified at Canada’s Oldest Indian Residential School

An International Media Release

A child’s remains and other human bones have been identified at Canada’s oldest Indian residential school in Brantford, Ontario:

A Statement from the Kanien’keha’:ka (Mohawk) Nation of the Grand River

Archaeological surveys and test digs authorized by we, elders of the Kanien’keha:ka Nation, have been conducted at the former Mohawk Institute Indian residential school since October 1.

This past week, while on the grounds of the school, our researchers along with Kevin Annett -Rawennatshani, who acts with our approval, have unearthed what has been described as human remains. One bone among sixteen uncovered has been identified, through preliminary visual examination by a competent archaeologist, as that of a young child. This bone sample is described by the same archaeologist as “definitely human”.

bone fragment

A test dig in a twenty square foot area on grounds adjoining the former Mohawk Institute have revealed a considerable number of bones, as well as buttons which have been confirmed to be part of the children’s school uniforms. Large deposits of coal were also found associated with these remains, all at a depth of barely two feet. Several of the bones have also been cut up, suggesting that the bodies may have been deliberately dismembered, while other bones were broken.

We declare the area on and near the former Mohawk Institute to be a crime site under our jurisdiction, and we will not allow representatives of the Crown or Church of England, or the government of Canada, access to these excavations because of their complicity in this crime.

These institutions have consistently refused to disclose the evidence they possess regarding the Mohawk Institute and the deaths of children under their legal care, and therefore, we are proceeding to charge these bodies with crimes against humanity in international courts of justice, based in part on the forensic evidence we have uncovered.

We now call upon our community and the world to rally behind our efforts to bring recognition to the remains of children buried on the Mohawk Institute grounds, and our work to excavate this site. Prior to any possible repatriation of these remains, and because these remains may include children from other indigenous nations, we look to those nations to participate with us in this work and welcome their input, and we urge them to begin their own excavations at local Indian residential schools.

We appeal to other nations to send archaeological and forensic specialists and international observers and peacekeepers to our territory to operate under our Mohawk jurisdiction, to assist with our inquiry and protect the burial sites until the remains can be accorded a proper burial according to our diverse traditions. Until these experts arrive to conduct a professional archeological excavation of these graves, we are temporarily suspending our excavations.

As our investigation continues, the bone samples will be subjected to further forensic tests, and this data about the human remains uncovered at the Mohawk Institute will be prepared in a final report to be delivered in the spring of 2012 to human rights courts and Parliamentarians in Europe, as part of a campaign to bring charges of genocide against the Crown of England, the government of Canada, the Anglican Church in Canada and other guilty parties.

The Mohawk Institute inquiry is held under the auspices of the Onkwehon:we (Mohawk) Nation and Kevin Annett (Rawennatshani) of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, who has our full authority and protection.
