In other ITCCS Ireland News: Black Ops and New Protests

An insider in Archbishop Diarmuid Martin’s Dublin Diocese claimed this week that Martin has authorized a “dirty ops” campaign aimed at ITCCS activists and other Irish groups seeking to expose child abuse and trafficking in the catholic church.

The “dirty ops” plan includes smearing and spreading lies and disinformation about Rev. Kevin Annett and other ITCCS leaders to the media and the Garda, Ireland’s national police force, and attempting to falsely brand ITCCS as a “terrorist” group tied to the so-called “Freemen on the Land” movement.

“That was all spelled out in a memo Martin gave to a priest at the pro-Cathedral named Father Damien. That’s what I was told” said the Diocese source.

“The Archbishop also authorized the paying of bribes to one of the regular protestors at the Cathedral so he’d back off and even change sides. You know who the man is”.

Archbishop Diarmuid Martin is the senior Catholic official in Ireland after Cardinal Sean Brady was suspended last year because of a police investigation into Brady’s ties with convicted child rapists among his clergy.

Elsewhere, students at Cork University took to the streets on October 4 and 5 demanding the arrest of former Pope Benedict for “pimping innocent kids”.

The students were part of a public debate at their campus two years ago between Kevin Annett and a Vatican representative, at which a majority of students voted yes to a post-debate poll on “Should the Pope be arrested?”.

The students distributed hundreds of leaflets to noon hour pedestrians on campus and in Cork’s central district. The leaflet read in part,

“Do you want your tax money to aid child rapists in Rome? … If Cork citizens could fight and die valiantly to throw out the British only to have their foreign tyranny replaced by that of Rome, why shouldn’t we toss those child killers in drag from our midst too?”

Breaking Update from Ireland: Dissolving Ties with Rome, Revealing Children’s Graves, an Archbishop’s Dirty Ops Schemes, and Forcing Irish Clergy to Choose their Allegiance

A Special Report from The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) and its affiliate, ITCCS Ireland (submitted by ITCCS Central with the help of Mary Hennessey and Ciaran Ui Niall)

October 10, 2013, 10 pm GMT

Dublin:

Four years ago, this city on the Liffey River hosted the formation of the ITCCS: a grassroots movement that has successfully prosecuted and deposed one pope and rallied survivors of church crimes in twenty one countries.

Today, Dublin is once again witnessing the birth of an historic movement, an offshoot of the ITCCS: a network of Roman Catholic priests who are aiming to break away from Rome, and establish an independent Irish Church that is free of any complicity with the crimes of the Vatican.

The new group is called Not in Our Name (NON), and it formed at a closed meeting in Dublin soon after Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, resigned last February, following his public indictment for Crimes against Humanity by the ITCCS affiliated Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels.

Ciaran Ui Niall is the pseudonym of a serving Catholic priest who lives near Wexford, Ireland. NON was his brainchild, along with a group of other clergy who, to quote Ciaran, “can’t stand the stench of Rome anymore”.

Ciaran spoke to ITCCS Central today from his home.

“Our own Cardinal Sean Brady actually told us last year that we’d face purgatory and suspension if we ever named the name of any child abuser in our ranks. For him to even say such a thing is a crime, as I understand the law. And I’m talking God’s law, not just man’s. Once Pope Benedict stepped down, forced down really, that was a sign for me. I knew someone had to start saying no, church law be damned”.

Since March, Ciaran has united more than twenty fellow priests across Ireland behind his group, and soon they’ll be going public with a demand that the government cancel the tax exemptions and privileges of the Roman Catholic church as long as it’s tied to a “proven transnational criminal body like the Vatican”.

And already, Ciaran and his group have support from outside the church.

Mary Hennessey lives in Connemara, and is a single mother and an organizer for the ITCCS in Ireland.

“A group of other moms got together with me and we linked up with the ITCCS when we heard about them taking out Ratzinger” she said today.

“We’re just sick and tired of these bastard priests and Bishops getting away with harming our kids and the law looking the other way. Soon enough we heard from Ciaran and we got together. But we’re fighting on a broader front than Not in Our Name. For one thing, we’re pressing for the defrocking of every priest who harms a kid. And we want the kind of mass graves inquiry the ITCCS has pressed for in Canada, to find the kids who died in Catholic schools and sweatshops, like the Magdalene Laundries. But just like in Canada, the fuckers are covering up their filth over here too.”

Not in Our Name and ITCCS Ireland will announce a joint campaign early in the new year, at a Dublin press conference. Among their plans are to push for a national “Disaffiliate from Rome” referendum, public rallies at known mass grave sites of children who died in catholic facilities, and the public naming and citizens’ arrest of known child raping priests anywhere in Ireland.

“We’ll be pressing for every priest to take a public oath to unconditionally defend children by naming and exposing child rapists in the church, even if that means defying the present church policy of ‘don’t tell’ “ said Ciaran.

Spiritual Reclamation Begins: ITCCS Special Report

An ITCCS Breaking News Update : Rome, Equinox Sunday, September 22, 2013

Traditional elders, shamans and clergy gathered near the Vatican today and in at least six other countries to inaugurate a new spiritual regime that nullifies and replaces the Church of Rome, as well as “ungodly laws and economies”.

Invoking divine authority, the closed ceremonies culminated twenty one days of global prayer and fasting on behalf of “all of the victims of a false church and its spirit of lies and murder”.

In Rome, nine elders held a sacred circle ceremony near the Via della Conciliazione opposite St. Peter’s Square to “complete the cycle of exorcism begun here in 2009″, according to participant Brother Ciaran Ui Niall of Wexford, Ireland, who stated during the opening proceedings,

“The Roman papacy has been found guilty in the courts of man because first it was condemned by God. Divine judgement knows no compromise or evasion, and says, ‘I the Lord God am against the false shepherds and shall destroy them and their evil.’ And so we witness today to the spiritual truth that the rule of Rome is over, for God has dissolved all such man made authority on earth, and all unjust rulers, whether religious or secular.”

Similar ceremonies occurred in London, Cork, Amsterdam, Boston, Vancouver and eight other cities, and were accompanied by the occupation and seizure of catholic churches by citizens bearing common law warrants.

The Spiritual Reclamation was accompanied by a global media statement that clarified the full dimension of the Sunday Equinox Jubilee action. It reads in part,

“On August 4, 2013, the corporate entity calling itself the Church of Rome was lawfully disestablished and publicly declared to be a global criminal body, without standing or authority.

Today, on Equinox Sunday, September 22, 2013, the same criminal entity has been spiritually disestablished, declared abomination, anathema and anti-Christ, and banished from the world. Christians are now free to be faithful to Christ alone within their own self-governing congregations, separate from the corporate apostasy of the papacy and mediated religion. For God’s law lives in every human heart and not in institutions.

Likewise, the fallen social and economic global order instituted historically by the corporation of the Church of Rome is similarly disestablished according to the Jubilee Leviticus Laws of Renewal and Equality within the new Jubilee congregations we are forming, as a sign of the new creation.

The world and the land shall rest from injustice, greed and usury. All debts and interest rates are cancelled, and the land and its wealth is placed in common so that all people may dwell in peace and equality, as God wills it to be. Let all people rally to this new Jubilee order under the direct supremacy of God and Natural Law.”

In Ireland, Canada and America, catholic clergy have already announced their plan to disaffiliate from Rome and establish their own national, congregationally-based churches, according to Not in Our Name (NON), a Dublin based group. A similar movement has begun in the American mid-west in a Common Law Congregational Movement, which seeks to base Christian churches on Common Law rather than be tied to the state or admiralty and canon law.

NON and the Jubilee congregational movement can be contacted at thecommonland@gmail.com.

Italian parties to unite with ITCCS, confront Vatican

Italian parties to unite with ITCCS, confront Vatican
http://youtu.be/Cfhdim8ts3M

“The campaign for justice by victims of the Roman Catholic Church took a major step forward this past weekend when two political parties in Italy agreed to meet with ITCCS officials in September.

The meeting will plan what an internal statement calls “a comprehensive political and legal campaign to de-secularize the church and bring it under the rule of law and democratic control”.

This campaign will include as its aim the annulment of the so-called Lateran Treaty between Italy and the Vatican which protects the church from prosecution for its crimes against humanity.

Inspired by the August 4 Brussels Declaration of the ITCCS that proclaimed the Roman Catholic Church to be a transnational criminal body under international law, the Italian parties agreed that the time has arrived for “decisive political action in Italy on behalf of all the victims of the papacy”. (see www.itccs.org, August 3)

The parties in question presently have standing in the Italian Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. Their agreement to engage in unofficial talks with ITCCS representatives, including ITCCS Field Secretary Rev. Kevin Annett, was made on Saturday, August 24 at a joint conference of their respective leadership bodies.

These facts were communicated to the ITCCS Central Office in Brussels that same day through a joint communique signed by spokespeople for the two parties under their pseudonyms “Massimo” and “Maria”.

Speaking from Washington D.C. today, Rev. Annett hailed the move as “the break we’ve all been waiting for”.

“Our campaign has always been an inherently political one because of the enormity of the institutional crime we’re confronting. So it’s gratifying that finally, Italian politicians are taking steps to defang and curtail the power of the Catholic Church as a criminal body – and to not let the money and influence of the Vatican stop them, which has been the case up until now.

“I know their courageous example will not be lost on politicians and governments elsewhere”.

For security reasons, the two parties will conduct their September meetings with the ITCCS clandestinely, within Italy and at an undisclosed location in Switzerland.

Meanwhile, the planned convergence of spiritual elders and survivors of church torture on the Vatican on Sunday, September 22 is proceeding with a new vigor.

Entitled “A Global Assembly of Spiritual Reclamation”, the equinox event will include simultaneous gatherings, church occupations and “community exorcisms” at Catholic churches in twenty one countries on that same day.

In an August 20 statement issued by Not in Our Name! (Non!), a coalition of Catholic and Protestant clergy based in America that is co-sponsoring the Assembly, it is stated,

“The Vatican has already been legally disestablished and found guilty of abominable crimes in the common law courts of mankind. Now we are spiritually disestablishing that church and creating a new way for Christians to end their legacy of Imperial Christianity, church-protected child rape and genocide. Christ is not the Church.

“This Assembly is a an act of repentance and exorcism, done through the will of God and the least of God’s children. Now is the time for all true Christians to leave the false church, and let the dead souls in Rome bury their own dead.” *

Not In Our Name: A Declaration of Concerned Protestant and Catholic Clergy and Laity, with a Ten Point Program to Bring the Church to Justice and Protect the Innocent

Posted on March 13, 2012 by itccs

Not In Our Name: A Declaration of Concerned Protestant and Catholic Clergy and Laity, with a Ten Point Program to Bring the Church to Justice and Protect the Innocent

child of god
Child of God

We are a group of Protestant and Catholic clergy who are compelled by our faith and conscience to speak out and act against the continuing reign of corruption, lies and criminality that predominates in the so-called Christian Church today.

This is a cry to all people of faith to awaken to the evil in which we are immersed.

The Church has betrayed Christ and humanity by committing unpardonable evil against countless children and “non-believers”, denying its victims justice, and absolving itself of any accountability for its crimes. The Pope himself is implicated in protecting known child rapists in his church, and presides over a system of massive, institutionalized child abuse and trafficking.

The Church is also responsible for a long history of brutality, theft, genocide and destruction committed over centuries on non-Christians and the innocent. This slaughter began over fifteen centuries ago, at the founding of the Church of Rome, and continues today.

The killing of millions of women and dissident Christians under Inquisitions, the Crusading ethic of Indulgence – which promised spiritual cleansing to anyone who killed Jews, Muslims and other “enemies of the faith” – and the eventual genocide of untold millions of indigenous people around the world with Christian blessing: all of this arose from the Church’s belief that it has the power to kill and conquer in the name of the same Christ who said, “Put away your swords”.

The Vatican is responsible for the greatest slaughter of humanity in history because of two papal bulls (Romanus Pontifex, 1455, and Inter Catera, 1493) – proclaimed and still operative under so-called Canon Law – that sanctioned and encouraged the destruction and enslavement of all non-Christian peoples: the majority of humanity. The vast wealth of the Vatican today rests upon the stolen and unreturned lands of many of those nations.

Is it surprising, then, that for just as long, the Church has sanctioned the torture, rape and even murder of innocent children in its orphanages, sweatshops, and “residential schools” around the world?

Are we surprised that such a violent and wealthy organization places its own material survival ahead of justice for the innocents it has wronged, or for the world’s starving millions? Or, that under the canon law known as Crimen Solicitationas, every Catholic priest is expected to hide the evidence of the rape of children and allow this abomination to go unpunished, or face expulsion from the Church?

We are aware that Protestant churches as well are guilty of these crimes. The Anglican Church of England, the United Church of Canada, and Episcopalian, Presbyterian, Baptist and other churches in America and around the world also caused the torture and death of children in their schools and orphanages. These churches continue to aid and abet child rapists, and shelter such criminals in their ranks. The example may be set by Catholic Rome, but it is actively copied by others.

These facts are irrefutable, and yet Christians continue to give their attendance, money and allegiance to the church corporations with such blood on their hands and lies on their lips.

We have all, by commission and omission, given our support to the anti-Christ in our midst and allowed ourselves to be used to commit the worst of all sins: violence against the sacred holy spirit of God and the innocent.

All of these desecrations against God and humanity have been done in our name. They must be undone. And yet before we can cleanse ourselves of this enormous wrong and apostasy, we must recognize that the true body of Christ could not have committed such evil – only a false Church could.

Since Christ is manifest in every man and woman, the kingdom of heaven being within us, then churches which claim to “represent” Christ and yet violate and harm with impunity human beings, and children, are a lie and a violation of God’s law and human dignity.

We therefore name the Church and its denominations responsible for such wrong as apostate, anti-Christ and servants of the world rather than of God; and we declare ourselves spiritually and actively absolved from our allegiance to such a lie, and to these church organizations.

In faith, we seek instead to re-establish a genuine Christianity not tied to these crimes and to a history of genocide and institutionalized child abuse.

The present, false Church is the offspring of the murderous legacy of Christendom, which is an empire of conquest and violence arising from the adulterous union of church and state under the later Roman emperors. Yet Christendom still operates today through wealthy, state-protected church organizations which are a law unto themselves: legal corporations in league with the state, answerable neither to God nor to their own congregations of believers.

Christendom is a heresy and a denial of the supremacy of Christ and his sacrifice. For we owe our allegiance to God, not to church bodies deriving their power and legitimacy from government and financial institutions, and worldly wealth. For the kingdom of Christ is not of this world.

For this reason, to cleanse ourselves of this enormous sin and crime, and to help reinvent and re-establish a genuine Christian faith rooted in true discipleship to the non-violent poor one Jesus Christ, we are issuing the following Ten Point Program.

We believe that these measures are required for the church to be brought under public control so that it no longer operates as a secret, criminal body preying on the innocent. There can be no “apology” or healing of the crimes of Christendom without the enacting of these concrete measures to make justice a reality for the living and the dead. (note: We are referring to all churches responsible for these crimes, Protestant and Catholic, when we use the term “The Church”)

1. The Church must issue full reparations to all of its victims according to their wishes and needs. The Church must pay for all of the costs incurred by their damage to these victims, including all medical, counseling and retraining costs, and all loss of income caused by their disability or grief and suffering.

2. The Church must return all land and property taken from its victims, and restore and return all of the wealth generated by their exploitation of their victims to them, including the wealth gained through forced, unpaid or low paid labor.

3. The Church must surrender for a proper burial, unconditionally and at its own expense, the remains of all those who died in their institutions or under their care.

4. The Church must surrender to secular authorities without conditions all the evidence, and all the perpetrators and their accessories, connected to such deaths and to any other crimes against children and others under church care. The Church must participate unconditionally in any legal or human rights inquiries into their crimes and freely disclose their records to such investigations.

5. Those responsible for crimes against children and others in church facilities, including the Pope, must be arrested and tried in civil or international courts of law, and cannot be shielded from prosecution by any form of immunity or by so-called “canon law”.

6. All clergy and church employees must be licensed and monitored as public servants, and be legally compelled to swear a public, binding oath to protect the rights and sanctity of children, and disclose any harm done to them, if need be against the orders of the Church itself.

7. All tax exemptions, immunities, legal safeguards and special privileges enjoyed by the Church must be abolished.

8. Diplomatic recognition of the Vatican and its status as a so-called “state” must be annulled.

9. All special concordats and financial agreements with the Vatican must be annulled, and all public funds and taxes given to the Vatican and all other churches must be returned to the people in the form of a direct, public redistribution of that wealth to the poor.

10. The wealth and property of all church bodies larger than a single congregation must be nationalized and placed under public ownership, so that the Church may function as a servant of the community and especially of the poor.

We, the founding clergy of the Protestant and Roman Catholic faiths united in our group Not in Our Name, do solemnly pledge ourselves to this program and allegiance, and call upon all Christians and clergy to do the same.

Henceforth, and until this Program is enacted and the Church is disestablished as a corporate, self-governing, criminal body, we will conduct ourselves and our pastoral duties separate from and in opposition to corporate Christendom and its existing churches.

We call upon all true believers to reclaim their spiritual sovereignty and help us re-establish the true church of Jesus Christ, by disassociating themselves from corporate Christendom and its false churches, and the Vatican. Begin this new Reformation now by not giving money and tithings to the Catholic and Protestant churches responsible for crimes against the innocent and God.

We ask and pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, our one and ultimate authority.

We are twenty four clergy in Canada, the United States, Ireland, England, Australia and Italy, who are affiliated with Not in Our Name.

Duly signed and ratified this Fifteenth Day of March, 2012

The Bone that Could Change Everything: A Time to End our Complicity in Murder, and Reinvent Canada

bone fragment
Bone Fragment unearthed at former Anglican Indian school in Brantford, Ontario

by Kevin D. Annett

The tiny bone weighs hardly anything, and yet it is the weightiest evidence in Canadian history.

The forensic specialists are nearly definite that it’s the upper thigh bone of a small child, maybe four or five years old. This month, their tests will confirm what I felt was true when I recently lifted it from the soil near the former Anglican Indian school in Brantford: that the first of Canada’s Disappeared – the missing and murdered residential school children – have begun to come home.

Canada and its churches tried for decades to bury and forget the bone, and the other remains of the 50,000 and more children who died in their residential “schools”. And when these innocents’ deaths could no longer be denied, the same guilty parties distracted us from their foul deed with “reconciliation” babble and a whitewashing “truth and reconciliation commission” that has not once turned over the soil at a residential school grave.

That’s all about to change, in a way that most of us have yet to realize.

For one thing, once this bone, or others, are positively identified as human, the entire Indian residential schools issue becomes no longer a matter of public platitudes about “healing”, but of a massive crime scene. Every possible church record and grave site connected to a residential school will have to be opened and examined by competent specialists – and that does not and cannot mean the RCMP, police or any agent of the Crown or church, who are, after all, complicit in the crime.

The opening of these graves, in other words, will require and compel us to reinvent Canada, transforming it from an agent of the Crown and its church partners to a sovereign Republic with the power to prosecute historic agents of genocide, such as, in the Brantford case, the Church of England and its head, Elizabeth Windsor.

Most mainstream Canadians want such a change to a Republic, anyway: 58% of them, in the latest national poll. And what better issue to ignite such sovereignty than the need to bring comfort and justice to innocent children who died at our hands?

Some of the good people in southern Ontario have already taken such a step by forming something called Not in Our Name!(Non!): a community network that wants to rally support for the excavations at the local residential school authorized by Mohawk elders recently, that I have helped to organize. But Non! is more than that. To quote one of its statements,

We are sickened and outraged by the acts of the Anglican, Catholic and United churches … For generations, our ancestors have been lied to and fooled by these churches and the crown to fund the slaughter of native people, our friends and neighbors. They have killed children in our name and continue to profit from their crime by not paying taxes and having we, the taxpayers, foot their legal bills! … The churches must instead account for their crimes not with words, or money, but by giving up their right to operate as protected corporations above the law … We must take back our churches and our culture by returning the land and wealth they stole from the original people, and disestablishing their right to operate as anything larger than individual congregations. Perhaps that will allow moral as well as material reparations to murdered children …

Non! could spell the death knell of the church corporations that have evaded justice for so long, simply because it’s a movement emerging from within the churches themselves. One of the Non! organizers is a retired clergyman who actually left the church over its cover up of the residential schools massacre: a man who, like me, was pilloried and persecuted for his stand, but, unlike me, has chosen to stay silent about what happened to him. Until now.

Our excavations at the Anglican Indian school in Brantford are waiting for the new year, and more research, to resume, but already, three other indigenous nations have asked me to come and help them begin similar digs at their local Indian residential school mass graves.

Meanwhile, Non! is spreading as well, and setting up similar groups across the country. “White” Canadians, it seems, are switching their allegiance, and laying the basis for a sovereign nation capable of facing its past crimes and present possibilities. It all seems to echo the words of a Mohawk elder whom I’ve come to befriend and respect, Bill Squire, who said to me last week,

Once we bring home our murdered children we’ve acted as a real nation, saying, this is our crime site. And then we’re going to put Canada on trial.

Bill Squire will get his chance this spring, when a European Union parliamentary committee will hear and see the forensic proof of the dead children at the Brantford school – and much more. Canada could then face sanctions, and an international war crimes tribunal. And it will all be thanks to a small bone fragment, and many more like it, that you and I and many others will bring to light, by saying our Non!, loudly and clearly, and through action.

Welcome to the Republic of Kanata.
